TL;DR:
The
Sears
of
fast
casual
dining.
Bland
and
sticking
to
what
it
knows
best…
even
if
it
leads
to
their
demise.
I’ll
try
to
focus
only
on
this
particular
location
and
not
the
sad
state
of
Boston
Market
as
a
whole.
This
Boston
Market
is
situated
along
a
relatively
busy
road
and
doesn’t
have
much
competition
for
fast
casual
dining
options,
so
one
would
assume
that
this
location
would
see
decent
customer
traffic
on
a
regular
basis.
The
food
is
boring,
and
bland.
There’s
chicken,
turkey,
meatloaf,
deflated-looking
pot
pies,
and
ribs
that
contains
an
entire
day’s
worth
of
sodium
in
one
serving.
The
number
of
side
item
options
seems
to
decrease
with
each
passing
year.
For
a
while
brussels
sprouts
were
available
as
an
upcharge
item
(like
the
sweet
potatoes),
but
they
disappeared
prior
to
the
pandemic.
The
employees
at
this
location
are
nice
and
there’s
always
lots
of
available
seating
thanks
to
the
lack
of
dine-in
customers.
