As others have said, they lack posted menu items. Don’t dare go take out, the food is barley warm if you eat there. They had Prime Rib for awhile. I hope it’s gone because the off- color grizzly slice I had last time was the last time. Much better options up and down the street.

I frequent Boston Market and this location seems to be the worst one I have ever been to. Too many things to list that were wrong about this location. I believe that the corporate office is unaware of this store. I ordered their nuggets, taste as if the nuggets were microwaved too long. It was rubbery and lacked taste. Lemonade machine does not work, over 4weeks. This location needs to shut down. I am so sorry I wasted my time coming here.

Worst experience ever in a Boston Market. Ordered a 1/4 chicken dinner and the 3 slice meatloaf dinner. 1/4 chicken was the size of a Cornish hen and the meatloaf was sliced 1/2 as thick as it used to be. 3 slices now is smaller than 2 slices the last time I was in there. The sides were horrible. How do you not put gravy on meatloaf? I don't know how they got the cat food to hold together. And almost $30 for 2 lousy dinners... Never again. You just lost some more customers!

Very sad, have watched the service steadily decline the last two years. Last week went to pick up two dinners and was shocked at the limited menu offerings and shortage of staff. Will give the staff that was there credit for doing their best to keep things moving. Prices are up (nothing new there) but menu is curtailed ie. no more prime rib offered.

The family was hungry and we didn't want fries food, so we went with Boston market... The location near me closed ,so we had to go to the next location in another town over. No lines, we got the food but when we came home we were disappointed on the flavor. The quality of Boston market has declined and the price has increased $50 for chicken of 3 in fast food...smh. it also seems that they are under different management/ ownership . Maybe that was the reason why there was no lines in the restaurant ,poorly flavored food.

The girl who took my order was dismissive, the food wasn't hot and looked like it wasn't changed for a while, also I've been to other Boston markets the food tasted much better.

I passed this place traveling back to Connecticut. This was the nastiest Boston Market I’ve ever been to. I paid over ten dollars for a meal that was cold and just old. I got the three piece chicken and they were the smallest pieces of chicken I’d ever seen. Expensive and nasty. Very disappointed.

TL;DR: The Sears of fast casual dining. Bland and sticking to what it knows best… even if it leads to their demise. I’ll try to focus only on this particular location and not the sad state of Boston Market as a whole. This Boston Market is situated along a relatively busy road and doesn’t have much competition for fast casual dining options, so one would assume that this location would see decent customer traffic on a regular basis. The food is boring, and bland. There’s chicken, turkey, meatloaf, deflated-looking pot pies, and ribs that contains an entire day’s worth of sodium in one serving. The number of side item options seems to decrease with each passing year. For a while brussels sprouts were available as an upcharge item (like the sweet potatoes), but they disappeared prior to the pandemic. The employees at this location are nice and there’s always lots of available seating thanks to the lack of dine-in customers.

Maybe it was an off day.. the a/c wasn't working at all. It was very warm in the restaurant. But the food was very good. The staff was super friendly and very helpful.. and had alot of patience with certain customers. This Boston Market should get the gold star in customer service.

I ordered online at 7PM, it said it would be ready for pickup by 735PM. My ordered had been confirmed by the store and my card had already been charged but when I got there the store was closed. There is no way to cancel the order online or over phone call. Waste of my time and money

I think Boston Market will soon be closing its doors. The food availability and more importantly, quality, has significantly declined in recent months. The mashed potatoes taste instant or are completely watered down. If the gravy wasn't watered down before, it is now worse. Not to mention that the menu is extremely limited. Beverage dispenser is often "sold out" on certain flavors. This is no way to run a restaurant or a business. Close your doors. It's over, no one is coming back.

Over all food wasn't too bad. Lacked a little flavor. When dealing with food employees needs to wear gloves at all times not just the employees in back cooking but those in the front serving and making plates. Also cashier needs to stay on register and strictly deal with money not both. I've had better. Tonight was mediocre.

There’s a short blonde women there idk if she is the manager or what but the way she speaks to customers is just not right. She made feel so uncomfortable when she was taking care of the costumer before me and let’s not even talk about when it was my turn I immediately wanted to leave the place. I wanted to ask her so badly what was her name but she was scary talking just not nice at all. Deff will try not to go there if she’s there the other girls are so nice

After a certain time of day, this location stops carrying all of its options (after the chefs leave or something). Its understandable, but after that time the food becomes quickly dry and not so appetizing. Also, the mashed potatoes have always been a very disappointing side, I cant recommend them over something like ther mac&cheese or sweet potatoes If you want to go here, I would suggest arriving before 5:30 for an optimal dining experience. (the food is quite good while fresh) Its a decent place for a more 'home-cooked' style meal, but the shortcoming of having disappointing meals after a certain time, leaves me underimpressed.

This was my first time ordering delivery from here & it wasn’t so great. I liked that there was an option to order online & choose a delivery time. I selected 5:45pm so it allowed me to run a quick errand & come back home. The driver showed up at 5pm & didn’t follow the “contactless” delivery note I had included. I was also given 2 biscuits instead of 2 pieces of cornbread, even though my receipt says cornbread. The food arrived semi warm & required me to reheat it in my oven. The driver came 45 minutes early with semi warm food, if he arrived on time im sure it would have been cold. Not sure if I would order from here again.

This place is terrible. If you like being charged for full servings for a half serving of food. This is the place for you. I can get more food from a few baby food jars and for a 1/4 of the price

Used to go here alot with friends years ago, food was always great with good portions. Recently it has been getting alot worse. I went yesterday and ordered the chicken cordon bleu. Apparently, putting a white sauce on fried chicken is the same as Chicken cordon bleu. The chicken was still pink inside, portions were smaller than ever, half the menu was unavailable, and none of the drinks were available. All that for $23. I was so disgusted by the undercooked chicken that was somehow dry I don't think I'll ever go back. I don't usually leave negative reviews like this but it really was terrible. I threw it out and went somewhere else. You can get a full mean somewhere else for the price. The piece of chicken was almost exactly what you would get inside a Wendy's sandwich

Chicken and stuffing were tasteless. Expensive food with no flavor. I was not driven a tray and had to juggle my way to the table.

I was just at the Boston market in lindenhurst. I ordered a meal for 3. I wanted mash potatoes, cream spinach and sweet potatoes. They put 2 scoops in a large container. That didn't even fill the container. When I asked them to give me more they said it was portion control. If you get a meal for one they give you one scoop so im getting a meal for 3. It should be 3 scoops. They refused to give me more and the manager wouldn't even come and speak to me. I've been to this restaurant plenty of times. I never had a problem. So if you want small portions of good for a big price go to the lindenhurst location. Plus there customer service stunk.

Ordered meals chicken was burnt and dry they hardly had any sides place looked dirty and my meatloaf had damn bones in it worst place ever

  • 2/5 John H. 2 years ago on Google
Not good. They were having major technical issues (power loss? Fridge meltdown? Not sure, but pools of water on the floor of the customer side of the counter. The chicken tasted pretty good, but none of the sides (Mac and cheese, stuffing) were worth a damn. Wasn't crazy about the meal and felt kind of blech for a while after eating. Won't be going back.

This was my first time ever going to Boston Market. I was instantly greeted by Emily who was insanely helpful after I said it's my first time because I was taking too long to losing my sides. She kept advising me do not worry not a big deal take your time it was very reassuring knowing that there was someone behind me and she was being so patient and kind I hope the food is as great as the service everyone on shift look very happy and was working so well together I have to definitely give it up to the whole crew thank you again Emily I hope it tastes as good as the service
