    The girl with the black hair who was working the drive through window at 10:15pm on 12/21 was extremely rude, almost child-like. She definitely doesn’t know customer service nor does she seem capable of having a job. I will not be coming back to this location and deal with immaturity lol. Who is managing this place?

    They serve stale food all day long and when I asked for my money back after taking one bite they refused the manager Carolina should be fired! (if that’s even her real name ) Horrible place ! I have video of them refusing to compensate me for the bad food! Dirty people

    The best of the best. Food was piping hot. Fries cooked to perfection. Special order done correctly. Bathroom was immaculate (Waitress @register had key) . Well worth repeat visit. Walk to strip maa which included Bob's discount store.

    I ordered something so simple, no special requests .. a bacon egg and cheese bagel .. I get a bagel w sausage, egg looking gross and there was like 3x as much eggs as there should be, no cheese no butter .. the bagel was so dry it just crumbled… and tell me why they gave me bbq sauce instead of the ketchup i asked for…how do you mess that up ? that doesn't even make sense … I did this job at 14 and there’s really no excuse to screw up every other order… it’s so rare I even go to a McDonald’s but even if it’s once a year it’s gonna be messed up … just reminds me NOT to get it next time … waste of $$$…your job is so easy!!! I feel like I need to mention the time I ordered a chocolate milkshake and the girl hands me a VANILLA milkshake (they just changed the machine) and she told me it was chocolate because it came out of the chocolate spout .. even thought it was white as snow .. I never laughed so hard, she proceeded to try to explain WHY it was actually chocolate .. I had to speak to the manager who agreed it was in fact not chocolate even though the girl still insisted …

    I think that this McDs and the North Babylon one are competing for the title if slowest fast food restaurant, and no bags of ice for sale. Also, the renovation made the place smaller inside; talk about not wanting to be inviting anymore.

    It's McDonald's. Food is pretty much the same across the board at most locations and is generally pretty. I don't eat fast food breakfast, so no remarks there. Coffee is actually very good in my opinion and is the usual reason I go there. Don't often eat fast food, but have visited this location for about 16 years, and can only recall them having messed up an order a handful of times. Otherwise, service is fine (wouldn't say exceptional, but they're not doing anything wrong either). Recently renovated inside, it looks nice, but kind of bland. It looks almost like a typical "emotionless" corporate-designed space (which is exactly what it is). Prime location and easy to get to being on Sunrise Highway. Parking is, I guess, okay? It is Handicap accessible.

    I mean the food is just as good as any other McDonalds. The employees are nice. Few mistakes which is good because unfortunately in fast food mistakes are common due to the unrealistic expectations of productivity by corporate.

    My fries where old and gave no straws and the big Mac where so small and they charge more for the burger when there's no meat. The one in Puerto Rico where better and the meat fits the bun and it was thicker not here . Plus they always had a smile not here Either.

    The restaurant is typical McDonalds but it has avery small dining area and ownership seems to be transitioning/ pressuring customers to embrace self ordering vs having live employees.

    I ordered food through the drive thru, they didn't give me the sauce that goes with my nuggets, my nuggets were spicy, I ordered sprite without ice and they gave it to me with ice, I asked for ketchup and they don’t gave it to me, honestly, put staff who know how to take orders, horrible service

    Honestly it was the worst McDonalds I've been to in a long time. They got my order wrong, wouldn't let me add a shake at the window. Waiting time was ridiculous. Our 35.00 order was cold by the time my family got it. Due to the wait because they forgot a quarter pounder. It will be a long time before I go back there

    Have to agree with everyone else service sucks. Did the mobile app multiple times to see if it was a one-time thing, and every time it takes forever. I have to park in a spot and wait for my order and as always something is missing.

    Needed some hot French fries 🍟 😋 yummy right soooo why did I have to go back for hot 🔥 🥵 ones. I waited for them too. lol 😆 They were nice and exchanged them with no problem!!! Thank you for those hot fries 🍟 made my day!

    This place had me waiting an hour for a sandwich when i mobile ordered it, I tried to go inside to speak to the manager, all the doors were locked, even though there were families enjoying their meals and it wasn’t just that they were closing it was7:30 and it closes at 11:00

    PLACE SUCKS AND SERVICE REALLY IS HORRIBLE. 👎👎AND IM BEING NICE. They remodeled it and I feel place is designed very bad no line everyone stands wherever and after I placed my order the person that bagged my food came out from behind the WALL just put my order on counter and walked away so lf I didn't look at the number on the receipt I would have NEVER knew it was mine. All in All McDonald's went down hill and they need to go back to the way it was years ago when it was organized. Owners need to really be on top of stuff and staff.

    Alllrighty i was a lil hungry so i went threw the drive threw having a great conversation with one of the girls threw the drive threw having a magnificent time talking to her about what i wanted to eat when the manger said stop yelling in my drive threw it ruined the mood so i completed my order when i went to the next window the manger had her rbf on not happy the girl that i was having a magnificent conversation with probably got yelled at by her moving on we get our food very salty not good assuming the manager made them very ungood moral of the the story manger didn’t like my presents i hope this review helped you if your going late at night and having a vibbing night

    I waited over 25 minutes for a mobile order. I did mobile order so my three kids wouldn’t have to go inside. After waiting the 25 minutes, I went inside, I waited at the counter and watched them finally finish my order. At which time I asked for the manager, I asked her if I would have had to wait a half an hour in the drive thru for my food. She couldn’t have card any less if she could. She them told me that there was only 2 people working. Then I proceeded to count 4 people working. The manager was a total disappointment, to all managers everywhere

    Be sure to ask for a receipt and double check your bag! Service is quick but drive thru never seems to give me my full order (guess that explains the quickness). Every time i go, they forget something and i end up either cutting my losses since i already paid and left... or sitting in the reserved spots to wait for them to fix the issue. It would be nice if just once, i got my full order with no issues.

    I work at nearby Hosptial and my car was blocked in at my job so I couldn't take my car so I walked over and I called to see if there was anyway they could help me to place a small quick order from outside and the guy who answered the phone was completely rude and didn't even try to help me his exact works were " if you don't have a car nothing I can do" so rude and unhelpful at all. Never going back there and letting my co Worker know about this situation. Thanks.

    McDonald's drive thru. ABSOLUTELY THRILLING! Thinking: would I get the correct change? Would my food be cold? Would the extra ketchup packets I ordered be in the bag?? Would the car ahead of me breakdown in the drive through lane, leaving me stuck and NEAR DEATH from hunger???? The suspense had me on the EDGE of my seat! Luckily, everything went fine, got my food, tipped the very nice drive-through peep (TIP YOUR SERVERS! EVEN DRIVE-THROUGH PEEPS!) and went on my merry way. The End. 🙄.

    Actually got the whole order right surprised and proud for them! they usually always mess up so big plus I guess they fixed there employees every time I come now it’s correct so happy kids is a happy momma !

    I first started enjoying a big mack in the early 70s. I haven't had one in quite a while. It has changed DRAMATICALLY in size and flavor. All sauce, bread and lettuce. If the burger gets any smaller it will be a vegetarian meal. Other offerings are still good, just smaller.

    Picked up a happy meal for my son dropped it off at the house 2 minutes away went to pick up daughter from work got text from wife stating the happy meal fries and nuggets were not fresh and seemed old. My son was literally gagging on them they were so bad. Went back to the West Islip McDonald’s where I was met with the manager who was not looking like she wanted to hear my story. I told her about the food being not fresh she nastily said I’ll only give you the fries and nuggets like I wasn’t looking for a free toy lady I just want fresh food without the attitude. She said I took too long to come back which was only 30 minutes later since I had to drop my daughter off home. This is not the first time the West Islip McDonald’s food tasted awful.. Check your food before you leave cause they always forget an item on you order. I will never go back to this McDonald’s. I can’t be the only one unhappy with the food and service here.

    We spent 32.00 on breakfast there this morning, had to pull up to #3 spot to wait 5 mins to get order, came out with half order then finally drinks came out, we pulled away went to our granddaughters to Surprise them to find out NO Hashbrowns in there breakfast meals ! UGH! My husband goes back to get them , Manager was like not believing him? No Sorry No nothing! Really? We really wanted to rip off you for 2 Hash browns We Paid for ! Never Again to them , we’ll travel somewhere else to get the order RIGHT! In Patchogue they would say I’m Sorry and Offer us something Else! We just want we PAID For! 😢

    Food tasted foreign! Stopped eating it.. soon after, sick with a stomach virus. 🤢, 🤒 no appetite for a week!! I can only chalk it up to someone handled food with dirty hands, or they were sick while working. GROSS 😝!!

    So that's a buttermilk chicken sandwich. It was half the size of the roll, rubbery with wilted lettuce. The frys had a aftertaste and the hot apple pie was not hot. I got there about 11pm it was busy but I guess at night just reheated leftover stuff! I know it's only fast food but this was terrible.

    Had a wonderful conversation with the very personable manager Ryan! He remembered my husband coming in when he used to drive school bus some years ago, and during conversation found that we know some of the same people and are familiar with the other locations the franchise owner owns as well. Location is busy but well maintained and the staff is quick at getting the orders prepared and out to customers. Great location! Say hi to Ryan!

    Recommend going inside vs hitting the drive through, even if you're getting takeout. Drive through crew will send you to park and wait, and then they'll bring the food out... But it will take a while. Save yourself the time and just head inside from the start. About half the crew was masked when I last visited...5/2022.

    Ordered a Filet -O-Fish with an extra slice of cheese. Not only did it not have the extra slice of cheese but they didn’t even put any tartar sauce on it. They also did charge me for the extra cheese too. The service there used to be better

    Went twice first time messed up drive through order second time went they messed up my order and I went in person to explain. So prolly not going back again. All I order was the combo meal with double cheeseburger but only wanted hamburgers and just onions only no cheese. I didn't notice till i got home and I never go back and complain unless i Iook at purchase and I usually don't 90% of the time because I believe in people. Lol

    It’s a shame this place sucks. My order was simple and small. They had me wait in the parking lot for about 30 minutes for a burger and fries. They got my order wrong (as they always did before this incident) and when I go in there to ask about it I was yelled at and shamed. They left me standing there and ignored me for another 30 minutes all because they did not get my order right. I was cursed out and told to leave by staff when trying to tell them that they gave me the wrong order. Never going there ever again.

    Horrible manager barlet speaks english whick is not a great problem. New double big mac horrible presentation. Cold briwn lettuce. Half a sluce of cheese on fusg sandwich...poorly cooked. Thx mcdonnalds for anither waisted 60 + dollars oh and cold fries . I called store nicely and got horrible response. Someone should send message to corprate because food is a mess customer servuce is horrible and a complete waist of money !!!!

    I ordered a crispy mc chicken with extra butter and they didnt give me a bun, i ordered off grub hub so i couldnt check at the time, i call afterwards and tell them you forgot the bun to my crispy mc chicken and she says never call this number back again and i call it again she says shes giving my numbert to the police. terrible service and terrible food.
