I was excited to get my food and ordered my wings online. Waited in the store patiently because I can understand a rush. Got my wings then got home. Seen a “Sorry no BBQ” on the box and was welcomed with this. I was AT THE STORE. Could’ve notified me if I wanted any other sauce or something but instead gave me this pathetic excuse for sauce? Cmon man. I want my money back. Lucky I had sweet baby rays on deck smh 🤦🏽‍♂️

Food is fine but the service is literally horrible the two girls at the register literally were making fun of the customers there for asking simple questions like if the could have the meal to go. Most uncomfortable experience of my entire life just go to buffalo wild wings across the street where the workers are nice to the customers

Eh... not the best. They’re wings are super oily, as you can see for a dry rub that’s quite a bit of oil. The flavors aren’t anything special. The wings themselves were cooked well and were crispy even with a wet sauce the wings still had a crunch. I didn’t order them well done, they were cooked perfect. I ordered all drums and was up charged $1 for that, not necessary to do such it’s just an extra dollar for the cook to look a little harder at what they drop in a fryer. I’d keep moving and just go across the street to Buffalo Wild Wings. Prices are better, way more sauces and sides to choose from. Also you get ranch/bleu cheese with your wing order rather than a charge from this place for some ranch is quite ridiculous. Good luck!

Was in the area and had a feel for some wings. As I entered I was greeted with smiles ftom the 2 cashier's in front. I ordered the family pack with 3 choices of flavors. It came with fries. The food was very tasty the mango habanero is sweet and spicy. The wings themselves could be bigger. Prices are not bad.

Ordered online got there a little early and was pleasantly greeted by the wingstop staff. Order was done in about a minute later. Wings were delicious! Keep up the outstanding work. ..... I ordered 30 wings Louisiana rub and some atomic on the side( it's not as hot as you think don't be wimp lol)

If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited a very long time to receive my food. Way longer than usual. I ordered wings and they only had a splash of sauce on them plus they were cold. On top of that it seemed like they were old or over-cooked. They had no ice and only 3 options of soda in the coca-cola machine. I always come here and sometimes I have a small problem. But this was unacceptable. All of my food was bad.

Kid at the register was terrible. I placed an order for pick up at 10 pm. Told me my order would be out in 10 mins when I got there and I waited until 10:45 for him to tell me they didn’t receive my online order. IT TAKES YOU 45 MINS TO SAY THAT ?! And you lied the whole time saying “your order will be out shortly”. Don’t come to this location, you will be waiting at least an hour minimum to get your food and the girl who was bagging up the food had a nasty attitude. Terrible location

Very inconsistent food staff never seems to know what they're doing here. My order is never right and when it is they manage to make it terrible. Last time I went in to pick up my order they told me it wasn't ready and I ended up waiting 20 minutes until the same employee asked me what my name was again then showed me my order that was sitting there the whole time.

The employees are friendly but however the wings are absolute garbage! 3 different flavors and barely any taste in them. Can barely taste any flavor in any of them! Stick to Wing Zone everybody!! They are the way to go. This isn’t the first Wingstop I’ve been to and the wings are garbage and the fries are garbage as well. Sorry but it’s true 🤷🏻‍♂️

Karen is amazing! Any problem you could think of she will be there to solve it with pure class and expertise. Give this woman a raise! Things like this go under looked in the service industry sometimes. I truly appreciate the help. 5 stars is well deserved. Thanks for such an amazing experience. 10/10 will recommend and be back as a repeated customer!

Great place to eat. Fast service and great wings. Jimmy was polite, courteous and food was served amazing. I got the sauces i asked for and my order was accurate. Customer service is a BIG WIN for me. Thank you Jimmy for great customer service we will Definitely patronize Wing Stop again because of employees like Jim.

Monday, September 6, 2021: Customer service by Valerie was awful. We came in for the sign on the front door advertising 70¢ boneless wings on Mondays and Tuesdays and she said she doesn’t know how to put it in and made us choose from a different combo, she didn’t even bother asking someone for help to be able to do this for us as advertised on the front door. Then the combo she does proceed to put in is traditional wings which are more expensive— when we were there for boneless wings to start. So she had to then refund and rering in the order as boneless wings with an attitude saying we never clarified. Completely unprofessional and unhelpful, not a manager in sight either. As for the food came out hot and that’s all I could really ask for at this point. Next time should listen to every other low review for this WingStop.

First time there for a superbowl order. It was packed!! But it was made perfectly, tasty. I will definitely be returning again

Wings are fine, fries are never well done when asked though, slower than its ever been even with 4 people working. Update: Got more order today and had to drop it from 2 to 1 stars, if you come here just don't order the fries. These weren't even cooked this time.

This evening we ordered from Wingstop in North Babylon and we never received our order. It was delivered to the wrong address. This is the 2nd time there was an issue with the delivery. I ordered on their website but they use grub hub for delivery and they are HORRIBLE!!! You would think if they couldn’t find the address they would contact you and not just leave it on someone else’s door step. After almost an hour past the delivery time I contacted the restaurant and spoke to the manager who said she will issue a refund.

Preordered and paid for wings ahead of time for Super Bowl. After waiting over an hour in the middle of pure chaos had no choice but to leave without order. Place was packed with unhappy customers. Extremely unorganized. Customers were getting into physical fights they were so aggravated. Horrible organization. Place needs better management. Regret not ordering from somewhere else.

Check your order!!! Missing an entire box of boneless habanero wings. Left without receipt, immediately called & no one is picking up the phone. There should be 4 boxes of wings.

My first time ever at a Wingstop. Have been meaning to try this chain out for YEARS. This location is a smallish space. But it is clean inside, which is a bigger deal now than usual. The hand cut fries were VERY good. The boneless chicken (Lemon Pepper) and (Habanero Mango), we're good, but the LP was VERY salty. A good enough experience to give a second try and taste some other options. (3/26 edit) So after my second visit to this location, I’ve changed my rating to five stars. The young lady behind the counter was clearly new, but VERY attentive. She was really trying hard to get stuff right, and you could tell. I appreciate that. The fries were good, yet again. The lemon pepper boneless wings were much more enjoyable this time around. Not salty like last time. I’ll be back....

Your typical Wingstop. Great wings and corn everything else is a gamble and workers be having attitude. I love this but I can’t give it anything above 3 lol

It was my first time. It's really a fast food place. Good food, excellent prices. Cheese fries were excellent. We had 3 different types and flavors. Recommended

Ordered carryout through the app. Customer Service was great, I was greeted shortly after entering. Order was ready on time. Food was hot and the perfect crispy texture. My special instructions were followed. Only issues I had were with the lack of napkins, I mean come on it's a wing spot, those are a necessity. Also, the coke fountain drink machine didn't have a lot of available options.

I was at this restaurant 10/28/2023. At 12:24. I ordered a 8 piece all flats Cajun wings. Just wings. Why did I receive this? I got dry wings to the point I can’t even tell what seasoning was used. Vs how they look on the website/ should look. DO NOT COME HERE

So imagine, you see this little store next to Aldi, and Taco Bell, you wouldn't suspect much from the initial impression, but lurking, a diamond in the rough. A sleeper pick for chicken, it's a bit of an oddity that people don't regularly talk about how delectable and savory Wingstop's options are. Ignoring the chicken wings, their chicken sandwich stole the show for me, their atomic flavor. That sandwich. Genuine spice, tingle, a dance with the spice gods might I say. It's a kick that no other spicy chicken sandwich has yet to trump for me. Sure, it's an ordinary chicken sandwich, but the fact you can make it your own opposed to other chicken sandwiches really sells it for me. I'd definitely recommend Wingstop to lots of my friends and family.

Ordered on Super Bowl Sunday and on a regular Monday for delivery. I live 20 mins away from this location but somehow delivery took over an hour both times. Delivery part aside, the food here is good.

This place is awful! Employees are incompetent and will mess the order up and then only offer you store credit instead of reimbursement for a charge on an order that wasn’t correct on there end. I ordered over 80 dollars worth of food for my family and it was missing 2 orders of wings for my son! I was told after I paid for the delivery and tipped the drive 10 bucks! I could come in and pick up a gift card. They wouldn’t reimburse the change made on the card even though it was there fault! They even said they wouldn’t come back!!! The manager, I spoke with said I would need to come pick up the gift card too! Couldn’t even give me the store credit over the phone or via email. They have a sign in the store basically saying if you have an issue call corporate. Well that’s says it all! AVOID this mismanaged dump!

The worst experience ever, will never come back again here , very rude and disrespectful staff, they won’t answer my phone order , they said they don’t take orders anymore, 40 minutes before closing time, because they can’t handle it , even though the place was empty

Mediocre food,horrible costumer service. I order a chicken sandwich,Cajun fried corn and fries. The sandwich is the saddest sandwich I seen in my life. The chicken was chewy and and the bun was soggy. Fries were crunchy at the end and soggy in the middle.The corn was the only good thing about my order. I do understand that this is CHEAP food,but still. I rather spend extra somewhere else and get something a little more edible. This location also has no parking,the strip mall is always busy and makes it difficult to find parking spots.

Asked for well done wings and got cold and soggy :( and fries were also cold and wet and tasted like there was sugar on them? You’d think a place called wing stop wouldn’t mess up wings. Also I didn’t get a straw for my drink or celery

I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS, BUT TODAY THIS STORE DONE GONE ME ALL THE WAY MESSED UP ! I spent $70 on wings for this girl to get me order wrong. I am so outraged. She made it seem like she done had everything correct, when they served me boneless instead of bone in. Like I know you know what it feels like when you expect some good wings and get boneless. But I guess that’s my bad for not checking the bag. I still give this store a 0 for this experience.

I am huge fan of the Wingstop franchise. I am however am not too excited about this location. Part of this may be because of the demographic they serve. Wingstop is commonplace in the south. They like spicy and flavorful foods. The total opposite is seen here on the island. People generally are not too tolerant of spicy and flavors outside of the norm I placed a order of 25 boneless and not a single piece of chicken was well coated with the sauce. At best 20% covered. This made me feel like I was chomping on nuggets rather than wings. Chicken was cooked well and was good. Order was placed online and I came to pick it up. Everything was perfect otherwise. Staff was quick and friendly. I most likely won't be returning to this location.

STAY FAR AWAY!!!!! Ordered from here the other day through UberEats. We had ordered two combo meals with sides of Ranch in which I even made sure to call them and specify it was important to make sure it was Ranch and not Bleu Cheese due to I am HIGHLY ALLERGIC upon our order being delivered we received the wrong combos and instead of getting Ranch we were given Bleu Cheese I called immediately to try and handle the issue and instead the kid on the phone continuously argued with me that our order was correct and the bleh cheese was ranch. I even expressed my health and being highly allergic to Bleu Cheese and his comment was that’s not my issue we gave you Ranch. I asked to speak with a manager instead got hung up on and I kept trying to call back but instead kept getting picked up and hung up on. So I finally chose to drive down to the restaurant asking to speak with a manager while doing so the young gentleman from over the phone had over heard me speaking and began screaming at me telling me to shut up or watch him come out behind the counter. The whole time with the manager standing right there not saying a single word.

Tonight was chaos. I ordered at 8 and it took and hour to get my order BUT you know what.. I didn’t mind because 3-4 people working with SO MANY ORDERS. It was so busy and people just kept flooding in. All the punches thrown and y’all kept the ball rolling. The kid that was working the register, you’re killing it even while your (assuming). manager was not being very nice towards you. Keep up the good work. My food was probably the best that I’ve had tonight out of all the times I ordered there too. Keep up the good work. Also the kid that came in trying to start some drama, was that a BWW worker? That was odd lol

I went to wingstop in North Babylon, love the fries. I don't know how the chicken is, because I don't eat meat, but my kids love it. Very friendly staff, but one staff member in particular stood out to me, his name is Ever. Always very polite on the phone, very pleasant in person. And very important, they always get the order right.

They need friendly, helpful and pleasant staff, I waited over a hour for my order, and not to mention when I got home they shorted me a couple of wings. They need more staff

20 minutes turned to 45. Only one bench to sit on. Tons of people standing waiting for order you might as well let us sit. First time I ordered everything was too salty. Second time ordering they didn’t get the fries right. There phone is always ringing at some point and only one person manning the front is the person on the phone? So whose taking care of the clients in the building. Then my order was done and and I keep having to ask if it’s done Since it was 25 after expected finish time. Since front desk is so busy I had to ask someone from the back and finally someone looked all over for my order and boom it’s hidden away looking like it’s been done for a While. Never go here if your on a time schedule you may not get there in time. On a positive note the chicken was alright.
