100% best Aboffs! I have been going here for 13 years, ever since I moved to the area. Being a decorative painter I have been to many of the Aboffs and this is by far the best of them all! Carl and Ren are especially the most helpful, knowledgeable, respectful, not to mention funny and I call them my friends. Being a woman in this field is not easy and this is the only store where I don't feel questioned like I have no idea what I am doing after 24 years in the business.

We will not be using this company for our paint needs. The reason is simple. They were rude and inattentive. When one of the associates decided to offer assistance, he just pointed to the paint swatches that we were interested in. Looks like we will be taking our business to the Sherman Williams shop in Babylon. I will also be making the BM corporate office aware of experience.

Very knowledgeable staff

I been going here for paint for couple years. I had good experience before, however there help its getting a little worse. I was looking for a gray color from Sherwin-William to continue bring my business here but the rep will not help me at all. So i went to Sherwin and for sure that is my store from now on.

I recently used this store to buy pool paint. I worked with Ren but mostly Will. They were very helpful in answering questions and went above and beyond with their service. I would not hesitate to use them again.

You can find the same products elsewhere for a much lower price. Don’t recommend.

I love dealing with most of the guys (4) at this store location. Ren and Carl are always awesome. They seem to have a great time at work. I especially enjoy the morning laughs while they mix my paint. It’s a great way to start off my mornings!! Their customer service and bright personalities are the reasons why I keep coming back, and have stayed around. One guy was not as good. Thank goodness he moved on. Unfortunately, it seems like one of the guys still has his traits.

This customer service here is fantastic, they always know exactly how to help ( even with my indecisiveness lol) and the best paint options for us. We have remodeled our entire home using BM paint but I know that the staff at the N Babylon location will treat me like family. It’s the best of both: great customer service and quality products. Carl and the crew are fantastic!

We have been using Aboff's North Babylon for over 15 years for our business, and Carl & Ren are the reason we have stuck around for so many years. I have never been disappointed and always look forward to starting off the work day with them. Carl and his team– Ren, George, Kevin, & Will– are always courteous, polite, and incredibly knowledgable. No matter how busy they get in there, they work hard to meet the needs of every customer. Had a amazing shopping experience that was both friendly and educational. Carl I must say knows his stuff and made getting the exact products I needed for the job super easy. Mixed the colors of paints to perfection. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful. The store was clean, stocked, and very well managed. Carl has made me a aboffs customer for life ... do not lose that guy he is one of the very rare amazing people who go out of their way to help in every and anyway possible. Thank you Carl and staff for all the help.!!!

My husband and I have used Aboffs in North Babylon for many years. Today my husband returned to the store after aboffs provided him with the wrong paint color he originally asked for. (The clerk was provided the correct paint swatch). The mistake was not discovered until after he began to paint the room in our home. Upon entering the store today he was assisted by Paul who was rude and accused my husband of telling them the wrong color. He refused to give my husband a refund and correct their error. We will no longer be using this company.

I was looking for primer and the salesman was very helpful and friendly. This is a real paint store and it was intimidating at first but the staff were all very friendly. They really specialize in Benjamin Moore paints which are amazing.

Pretty good service was able to help me pick colors over the phone as we cannot go in due to covid 19. My order was complete for pick up in timely manner.

Staff is great. Very helpful

I went here yesterday to get paint to restore my wood tv stand. The Gentleman that helped me was extremely helpful down to every detail! He asked us the right questions to make sure we got the right paint for the right project! Also what brushes to use and sold us just the right size of paint for the job! I would highly recommend them to my friends and family!
