"We
entered
the
place
at
about
5
pm
when
the
place
was
moderately
busy.
It
was
the
25th
anniversary
so
there
was
a
celebration
planned
later
in
the
evening.
About
an
hour
later,
the
waiter
asked
us
to
move
out
from
the
table
to
make
space
for
the
musicians
performing
that
night.
That
seemed
really
rude
and
out
of
place
as
we
had
to
hastily
arrange
for
a
different
place.
The
staff
also
didn't
have
the
courtesy
to
offer
us
another
table
as
a
backup
and
we
had
to
find
one
by
ourselves.
On
top
of
that,
we
were
asked
to
move
a
second
time
to
make
even
more
space!
That
was
a
truly
negative
experience
and
out
of
place
for
the
location.
We
had
previously
had
a
good
experience
with
the
service
and
were
not
expecting
such
an
unprofessional
attitude
towards
customers.
I
understand
the
requirement
for
setup
but
that
doesn't
mean
interfering
with
the
customers'
privacy,
and
even
so
not
caring
about
a
backup
plan.
A
better
place
would
have
facilitated
the
musicians
prior
to
assigning
or
occupying
tables.
It
was
not
impressive
or
acceptable
on
the
part
of
people
in
charge
of
making
these
decisions.
About
the
food,
we
had
ordered
barbq
chicken
wings
which
were
very
dry
and
not
upto
the
mark
or
expectations.
All
in
all,
it
was
a
really
poor
show
by
the
event
management
and
even
so
from
the
working
staff
at
the
time.
I
encourage
them
to
be
on
point
with
the
organization
and
upkeep
of
the
place
and
take
measures
to
improve
customer
satisfaction.
