Update- I was refunded $50.... honestly at that rate don't bother refunding money, id just take the loss. My family got about as much sleep as we'd have gotten if we slept in a tent in the parking lot and it would have been a heck of a lot less expensive. I'll be staying at the Marriott down the road next time we're in town. Do not recommend. Positives- sufficiently safe and no bedbugs. Also the staff at breakfast was lovely and helpful. Negatives- sticky floor, dirty walls, hair all over the bathroom, no fresh towels, no working vending machines, but the best part was the fire alarm in our bedroom going off at 2am when we were sleeping. After calling the front desk, who very nonchalantly told us to call back if it went over again (it did), we had to wait for someone to come upstairs to look at it. Apparently there was a miscommunication between them and the front desk because the gentleman who came into our room spent a few moments trying to wrench the thermostat off the wall, leaving piles of wall on the floor before we pointed out the problem was with the fire alarm. He removed it and told us they'd replace it the next morning. They did not. We had to call multiple times to have them send someone up with what I'd consider a basic safety requirement. Other notes: everything is outdated, the walls are thin and you can hear everything.

Room had a missing room divider which was covered in hard glue but no cover. Hurt my foot a little stepping on it. The bathroom had mildew around it. There were holes on the bathroom wall from missing hooks. Tv remote unable to find. Space under entrance door was at least an inch high, had to put a towel there because it was letting in so much light and noise. Coffee machine just kept pouring, spilled over my cup. I honestly wouldn’t mind these things if it was a cheap hotel but it’s pretty pricey, so not worth the money. Best thing I’d say was that I got a good night rest with the black out curtains, comfy bed. The bar had a great bar tender and the food was good and affordable. Good selection of drinks.

Gold status and higher beware. They barely acknowledge your status for upgrades. When I Checked in there was no one to assist me with bags. Front desk Gentleman was kind enough to grab a trolley for me. In the morning the shower had at most ROOM TEMPERATURE water after I let it run for about 10 minutes. Went to call the front desk the phone systems did not work. When trying to leave my room they had the AC blasting in the hallway. It’s the middle of January? Around lunch time I went to the “Atrium Lounge” trying to order food here was a nightmare. 1 bartender to take orders and serve all the guests. Food menu was mediocre at best.

This was the worst Hilton hotel I've ever stayed in. If it hadn't been a work-sponsored event I would've left. There was no WiFi in the room during my stay, my room smelled moldy, old, and there was mold in all the grout. There were no power outlets attached to the desk like should be there for me to use my laptop, but wouldn't matter anyway because the WiFi never got fixed the full week I was there. When I first arrived, my "clean" towels were on the bathroom floor next to the toilet, and the remote was missing. It probably smells moldy because the bathroom doesn't have a vent fan so everything gets wet. The floor was uneven in my room and right beside the pool so it was loud with all the kids conferences going on here. The breakfast was gross and not complementary and over $25 per person definitely not worth it. There were water leak spots everywhere in the ceiling of the pool area, and the only reason I didn't give it one star was because the bed was at least clean and comfortable and location good for our office trip. I would never stay here again. You can tell they're proud of their lobby, but that's as far as the pride goes.

This hotel is an embarrassment to Hilton. The rooms were dingy and dirty (found a bandaid in my shower and the drain was clogged), no one ever answered the phone if you tried to call down for help, towels or to request fresh sheets. The bar staff were nice and the food was good, especially the wings, but that is where the positive ended. They shut off the hotel water without telling anyone in advance....why didn't they post a notice in the elevator or leave notes on our doors????? Send an email?? I understand emergencies happen, but you would think your guests would be notified. Also, the AC sucked and it was horribly hot in our room, the hallways and the elevator. It was like being in a sauna. When we tried to turn the AC on it sounded like a broken fan belt. (See my video). Stay anywhere else. Ick.

The air conditioning was not able to keep the room at a reasonable temperature. It was 76 degrees in our room (575). When they finally brought in a portable air conditioner they weren't able to properly vent the heated exhaust out the window. So they simply put the heated exhaust behind the curtain and said we shouldn't open the curtains. This made the room dark. The indoor pool had chicken bones on the floor near the hot tub and was generally unclean. The jets on the hot tub didn't work. The button to push them was literally duct taped to the wall. There was an incident on Saturday night at the indoor pool in which many unruly and unsupervised children were all over the place. I'm talking about at least 25 kids that were being "supervised" by parents that were in the lobby or elsewhere. Then several women came down and started loudly cursing at another child and his parents (who where actually supervising their child). I used the red phone to call the hotel emergency line and the manager didn't do anything about the situation. The only reason I gave a 2 instead of a 1 was the delightful and competent hotel restaurant staff.

I was truly shocked that this was a Hilton. The room was incredibly dingy and dank. The carpet was clearly old and dirty with a big red stain on it, as if someone had spilled a bottle of nail polish (at least, that's what I hoped). The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating when I asked them to fix the broken toilet seat and the tub that backed up to 2 inches of water while showering. But, why were these things an issue to begin with? Do cleaning staff not notice and report them? I expect better from a Hilton and perhaps that's just my mistake. The pool was lovely, the lobby and bar, very nice. But the room was a big disappointment. The brand is not what it used to be. I wouldn't stay there again.

I need to warn people about this hotel. I tried for months to call the sales department, I even went down there and left several notes for them to contact me in regards to a hotel room block for my upcoming wedding. They never called me like they said they would multiple times, when I did finally get in contact with someone by going through corporate they gave me the wrong information and were no help at all. They even promised me another phone call which never happened. I guess everything happens for a reason though. I went just at 4pm where I stood on a long line of guest with only 1 person at the counter to assist after about 30 minutes an event planner saw the line and went to the back office and found 3 other staff members to come help at check in time. While on line I watched one guy come back down complaining that people were in the room they put him in so he walked in to a nice surprise. Numerous wedding hotel guests were stressing to get into their room so they could make the weddings ceremony. Two even had to come down because they could not get anyone on the phone and they needed irons that were not in their rooms upon checking in. At one point they stopped answering my calls at the front desk all together and weren't listening to me when I informed them the person they transferred me to didn't have a voicemail and stated she no longer worked there. So when I called back a few time trying to tell them and get assistance I was followed by no answer at all now. I am absolutely appalled by the service, lack of professionalism and horrific communication. Tried to give them 2/3 nights of 15+ rooms of business. PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!! LACK OF MANAGEMENT AT THIS FACILITY! Best part I work in aviation where we book over 10 nights a month in Farmingdale. They lost our companies business over this as well.

Jamel and Oscar deserve 5 stars!! But the hotel needs a 1 star. We chose this hotel for the amenities but nothing was working. Jacuzzi was hot but no bubbles. Part was broken. The hotel needs HELP!! The elevators looked like someone took the vacuum dust and emptied it in one corner. The outside pool was not open yet even though I called a few days ago to check everything was working. Breakfast is not included in room unless you pay extra for it. It was pretty chilly in pool area. Beds were comfortable but the rooms could use a little updating. If you are looking to use accessible room get one because everything is pretty low and hard to get up if you have back, hip and leg issues. We will go to our normal spot nect time where everything is clean and in working condition. Hilton you need to get on it and fix this hotel.

Bathroom design poor Rugs in room very dirty. AC did not work properly Night service very unconcerned about the guests needs wants. The bar / hotel restaurant The service was good the food was decent/ but I think I got food poisoning the second night eating that. And the one beer I had taste like it was skunk. The location was close to the area I needed to be. But if we're going by dollar value was not worth the dollar value.

I will start off with the good. The staff was helpful and very accommodating. That’s where the good review stops. We had booked 5 rooms for a bereavement stay. 3 of the rooms had bugs. My room had only 2 towels. When I went to call down for the towels the phone didn’t work in the room. The beds are doubles not queens. So not comfortable when your traveling with your spouse and kids. The bathroom door didn’t close. No AC in the hallways. The thermostat in the room didn’t work, the choice was air on or air off. I went to use the refrigerator and found old food from a prior stay!! Gross! I won’t be staying here again.

The hotel lobby was nice, staff were pleasant enough. Toilet seat was peeling apart, there was a very noticeable amount of wear and tear throughout the room. Overall, was incredibly outdated and pretty unclean, which was unacceptable considering the absurd amount I had to pay for a one night stay.

Although some of the staff was very nice the hotel itself is awful. There is no hot water in many of the rooms and when I informed the front desk they looked at me like I was stupid. Come to find out there were a lot of other guests complaining about the same thing and it is also mentioned in several other reviews. The walls are paper thin so you can hear every single word the person next to you is saying. The sky window over the bar tables has a leak. The rooms and lobby area smell musty and the carpet is gross. The elevators are continuously having issues. This hotel is in need of a serious renovation. The price I paid was definitely NOT worth it. I strongly feel like some kind of credit or partial refund should have definitely been given especially for not having hot water when it was 30/40 degrees out. They said they would have switched our room however they didn't have another room to switch us to. Very disappointed in this place and will not be booking here again.

Great service at the front desk, had a great bacon cheeseburger at the Atrium bar, great service there too - shout out to the fantastic bartender Oksana. Room was fine but the mattress was kinda soft n squishy in a way that seemed like it was time to replace. Hey not a big deal, slept pretty well all the same. Next time I will bring swim trunks to hit the pool, it looked nice.

My wife and I attended a birthday party at the Grand Ballroom of this hotel. The service was incredible, but the catering was PHENOMENAL! I usually loathe attending these kinds of affairs at venues like these because they are not conducive to a vegan dietary lifestyle as I follow. But not this time. The food was great and the offerings were so diverse that it was easy to find my way around and be comfortable and greatly accommodated as a vegan. The food was really fresh and wonderfully prepared. My wife was extremely pleased as well as one who is still consumes meat as part of her dietary lifestyle. Well Done!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Never again! Hotel room has no hot water, no heat, and no service. Called for help twice, the first time they responded and said someone would come check. No help came so I ended up going to the front desk only to find out they didn't have me down for any help. I was told someone would come check, no one came to check. Ran water for 10 minutes and room temp was as warm as it got. With it being 11°F outside and no heat at this place it has to be a health risk.

No hot water for AT LEAST (duration of my stay) three days straight Christmas weekend (an issue many people experienced judging by the front desk). They moved me to another room and wasted my time because even the new room didn't have hot water. No phone service to call maintenance or housekeeping about it so you needed to go down in person. Cleaning staff didn't come by to make the bed while I was out (I don't really care about this part, but it's nice to have a fresh bed to come home to). A runaround from management to get even a partial refund that I'm still fighting for a full refund out of principle for. Broken ice machines, noisy heaters, the works. I have never in my life stayed at such a broken mess of a hotel and paid this much money to do it. Never felt compelled enough to write reviews everywhere about my experience. This hotel changed all of that.

The best thing about this hotel was the lovely waiter who took our order at the bar downstairs. He was extremely friendly and attentive. The first two rooms were dirty- unknown stains in the bathroom and crumbs in the drawers. The shower didn’t work in the first one. The third room was fine, except for the shower fixtures that were basically hanging out of the wall. The hotel was humid and stale, and there was a huge lack of management. They overbooked rooms and some people were waiting for hours to check into rooms they have already booked. The breakfast (not included) was overpriced and subpar. They treated the luggage carts like they only had one or two- and told us to bring them down immediately after unloading. Upon checking out the third night, we found a popcorn kernel under the corner of the bed(we did not eat any popcorn). No room service offered (apparently due to COVID), but the breakfast bar was completely open with no mask mandate. The vending machine on our floor ate up our money and the hallways were covered in dirt and dust. All in all not a great experience, and probably won’t be returning.

Service was amazing from the doormen to the front desk. With several wedding parties on site that weekend, front desk made sure all guests were taken care of. Bartenders were also amazing and attentive, and was very happy about the prices for drinks. Not expensive and the food was great. My daughter got up just to go to breakfast. Great place to stay at , will definitely go back there and stay again while in long Island.

This is a fabulous hotel with very clean rooms and the most magnificent pool and hot tub! The staff was friendly and took care of all our needs right away and the food at the breakfast buffet was exceptional. I highly recommend the omelet station and fresh baked croissants even the kids were raving about all the choices!!! Very spacious rooms and a gorgeous lobby bar with lounge seating all around was the icing on the cake!

Cigarette smoke smell, noisy rooms, warm… not hot showers. It’s always something with this property. They SAY it’s doe to staffing shortages… maybe shortages of the RIGHT staff. COVID is over and so are the excuses. I walked in the room after a long day to an ozone generator in the room trying to reverse what was a smoker in the bathroom previous to my stay. The linens and shower curtain were not changed so they wreaked. The whole room was touched with the smell. Of course the hotel was sold out. The shower wasn’t hot. It was warm. Saving cash o guess by turning the boilers down. I see that at hotels that struggle. Lots of room to room noise from inconsiderate families. Doors slamming. Several kids unattended running up and down hallways. Earplugs a must here. The hotel offered 5000 hilton points for the experience. It takes 66,000 to stay in this hotel for an evening. No thanks. I’d rather potential customers know about this experience instead. This hotel regularly falls below the Hilton standard.

Overall, our stay at the Hilton Long Island/Huntington was a pleasant one. Rooms were comfortable and appeared to be clean. My main criticism is that the hand sanitizer stations in both the lobby and on the floor were empty during my entire 3-day stay. I was also unhappy that no attempt to enforce state mandated mask guidelines in common areas, not to mention hotel 'policy' per signage at the entrance, was made.

The first room was in the wrong location, at the end of the hallway with no lights. We asked to be moved to another room. It went downhill at this point. The second room has a gnat infestation in the bathroom. The shower head ran water constantly and the security lock on the door was broken. The room was extreme cold, about 68 degrees. We tried to get the thermostat to work on heat but it only work on cool settings. We called the front desk for blankets that never came. We asked to be moved again and was told “they were full and had no more rooms”. I used 150k of my Honor Points for this travesty. We moved to another hotel the next day.

Describing my experience as merely disappointing would be an understatement. It ranged from finding bloodstains on my sheets to what appeared to be poop stains on the crib they provided, not to mention a mysterious substance near the door that resembled vomit and the cleaning service was practically non-existent. Problems began emerging from the moment I checked in on Friday evening, and any request to address these issues was met with annoyance and a noticeable lack of effort. The crib I requested for my daughter weeks ago was initially broken, and when we received a replacement, it also had unsightly stains resembling poop or vomit. Requesting another clean replacement made me feel like I was asking for too much. Next, to my horror, as I lay with my daughter on the bed, I noticed a bloodstain exactly where her face had been. When I reported this to the front desk, they responded with a dismissive "how do you know that's blood?" When the cleaning service finally arrived, they handed me fresh sheets and attempted to leave without changing the bedding, which I had to request. To their dismay, they changed the bedding. After speaking with the manager, he apologized and promised action, but nothing improved during my stay over the next few days. It seemed that my requests were only fulfilled after multiple reminders. Not once was my room cleaned while I was gone for the day. When they did come they’d just drop off sheets and leave. Blows my mind they charge over $200 a night to stay here. I wouldn't consider staying here again; it was a truly horrendous experience.

I have stayed in this hotel many times and it was fine. my recent stay was not pleasant as there was no heat in the room and there was mole in the bathroom and the tub also had what appear to be black mold around it. The bathroom tiles were also loose and move every time you walk on them. The bathroom was very dirty. I will not be staying there anymore until they renovate the place. PS i did talk to the manager who did not seem to care about what i was saying...

Dirty and unkept - original room had mold in the sheets making us have to switch rooms. No apologies or rate discount. Nothing was updated, hand sanitizers were empty, towels, couch and bathroom in the room were dirty. I’m a Hilton honors member and I have never experienced something like this at a Hilton hotel - would not recommend.

Rooms are very nice and clean and good spacing but bathrooms are a little too tight. This is perfect for business travel. Beautiful indoor pool. Many meeting rooms. I would've given 5 Stars to the rooms if they had a microwave and 5 star overall if they had a comp 24hr coffee station as do many of the Hiltons we frequent as Diamond Members.

The overall look of hotel was really nice. I stayed 3nights the first 2 nights were very nice the staff was friendly.. however it takes a turn for the worst on my last night me and my sister are in the roughly around midnight there is a knock on our door it a guy asking if we have a charger he can use we tell him no, mind you he has his hand behind his back we call downstairs and let the front desk know what happen and we would like for them to come at check things out. We'll I am looking out the peephole the security comes up he is standing there he then knocks on the door of the room directly In front of and to my surprise a guy opens the door and he goes in.... well I'm like no way so bout 8 mins later he comes out the room walks down the hall... we get no call back to our room to say anything. Our flight leaves at 6am that morning we were up all night packing and taking turns watching the door. The guy that ask for a charger him and they security is going In and out the room. They eventually are uses the other room next to it as well. We use a Strategy to exit the room and get to our uber because we don't trust anyone at the hotel at this point... once in uber we call back to say how disappointing and disheartened we were with the incident 💔. This man gets an attitude and goes off on me. I have never been so scared, disappointed, disheartened, like that at a hotel. And yes I told him it seem like human traffic to me. Do better people!!!!!!

This establishment's standards appear to have declined over time. While the lobby features an attractive bar, the rooms have shown signs of increasing wear and lack of cleanliness during each visit. Regrettably, this location would not be our preferred choice when staying in Farmingdale

Overall is excellent except for the restaurant. The waitress Anne takes forever to take care of us. Waiting half hour to order, half hour to have the check, and ten minutes to find her to refill our glass of water and ten minutes to have some napkins. We spent almost two hours waiting and eating dinner.

Although this hotel was under minor renovations, and taking that into account I wasn’t impressed with how our room looked. Upon registering and going to our room everything appeared very nice in the lobby, however, we had several problems in the room that I addressed face-to-face with the attendant at the registration desk. The young lady said that she would take care of it, we came back to our room 23 hours later and nothing was done. I was fuming the hotel manager took control of the situation and made us very comfortable and an alternate room. The hotel manager saved the day for our three day visit at this hotel.

I recently used this location for my wedding block in October. Although the contact for the group reservations was helpful, the rest of the stay was not. While staying, we woke up to my husband’s car being vandalized. All 4 rims and tires were stolen off his car in the second row of the lot. Obviously, we are aware that things happen, but after hearing this has happened 4 times in the weeks leading up to our stay with no change or modification done to security in the lot , it is disarming. It’s a repeat issue that they are not addressing or making their guests aware of it. They have no cameras or security in the lot. It’s an overall safety issue that they don’t seem concerned about. Their policy is one of we can’t do anything. They even stated that they would be charging us a late checkout fee because we were past the checkout time dealing with the police and insurance companies. It was not until we complained to our original contact that he made sure it would not happen. We will not be staying at any more Hiltons

I stayed here for a wedding, and I was very underwhelmed. The hotel room was overpriced, and the quality was atrocious. There was a disgusting pair of used women’s underwear under the bed. To me that means the room wasn’t cleaned properly. The tub ran nonstop. It wasn’t just a drip. It was running the entire time we were there. We called down and they did nothing. The room was scolding hot because the thermostat did not work. Even after we called down again, the room was just dirty and warm, we couldn’t even crack the window a little. The staff was not polite, when I asked about the pool I was told you can’t go in there, even though it was open and the middle of the day and it’s an indoor pool. Lastly, the bar, the bar down in the lobby was over priced even by New York standards. I’m used to being robbed in this state, but wow this hotel really knows how to rip people off. I will NEVER stay here again. I advise you don’t. Terrible Hilton Location. Oh, one last thing don’t go down to their breakfast because not only do they not tell you that you’re gonna be charged but no matter how much or how little you eat, they charge you I had a single piece of toast and three pieces of fruit and was charged $20 and expected to tip. I got the fruit and a toast myself and I sat myself at a table. Some random employee comes up and gives me a bill. I was literally laughing. This is a joke of a hotel.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Long Island/Huntington during my recent visit. From its elegant design to the warm and welcoming staff, this hotel truly stands out. Mark at the front desk and his team were both amicable and efficient upon my arrival. Super friendly guy. Be sure to ask for him when you go in. For those considering accommodation in Long Island, this Hilton is a top recommendation. Not only are the beds invitingly comfortable, but the rooms also offer generous space. While I missed out on their restaurant this time, past experiences vouch for its quality. Kudos to the Hilton team! I eagerly anticipate my return on my next visit.

I usually don’t write bad reviews because I’m not a picky traveler and i only needed a place to sleep, but the first night it was 80 degrees in my room and was told the whole hotel was set to a minimum of 67 (but still only blew out warm air and took all day to get it down to 73). I called the second night to see if i could get a different answer and sure enough i did, and that person moved me to a cooler room that had AC working to actually lower it to 67. Lack of communication on their part but just a reminder to always as for a second opinion…my first night should be comped, especially since the price was way higher than the quality of the room.

I can’t even believe how amazing this hotel is. Pulled up in front and the guy is there with the luggage cart waiting. Another person immediately takes an ice cream cake I’m holding and puts it in a freezer. Another person is waiting at the desk to check me in. Get to the room the man that brought everything up to the room unloads everything and doesn’t leave until he makes sure everything is as expected. I rented a regular room for one night my daughter and 3 friends and an joining one for me. I asked if they could have a table set aside for my daughters birthday dinner. They called me the day before I arrived to not only tell me they would have a special table but that they would make special menus with her name on it. Went over all safe food because we had one child with allergies. I can’t even tell you how many little things each person working here did to make our stay special because there were so many! For dinner They had a room to themselves with their own waitress, they decorated the table with different color napkins in each glass and a birthday sign. This was all done as standard service, all I paid for was the rooms! The pool is amazing! The desk found out two of my daughters friend had to leave for a short time and they offered to keep the pool open later so they didn’t miss out on any pool time. I’ve never stayed at such an amazing hotel!

Small rooms. Broken windows in the room. No hot water and room cold. Elevators missing floor numbers. No continental breakfast served. Lighting in. Main lobby where bar is with awful bright White fixtures. Awful place. I've had better accommodations in Hotel 6.

Good service and pretty good hotel for its rating level. Rooms weren’t amazing but everything was good service wise and housekeeping was especially helpful. Indoor/outdoor pools and parking. About an hour drive from NYC. Great for a place to have a wedding or conference and still have access to NYC without too much trouble.

Very disappointed in this hotel. Seems like all their money is spent to make the pool and lobby look good cause the rooms are not great. Tub had hair and stains. Shower curtain all ripped up. Stains on the ground. NO MICROWAVE. Thermostat wouldn’t change temperature. Bed was actually comfortable but Breakfast said included with our room but when we tried to get it the guy said we have to pay. Didn’t offer any other info.

I had an important meeting and i was running late, i approached to the bar and the servers were able to expedite and complete my order at a very reasonable time. That allowed me to take my order to go, and enjoy some wine while having my meeting at this location. I stay here at least once a month and everything is always pleasant; from the cleanliness, customer service and amenities available. Thank you Hilton Huntington for always accommodating my needs.

People are friendly, but that's really where it ends. For the $400+ we spent for the weekend, we got nothing else. The lobby looked fantastic, but it hides the ugly truth of an dank and dismal hotel. The rooms were dirty with no way to actually adjust room temperature. There is no free continental breakfast. It sure looks like it until you bite into your food and then they ask you to pay! It was $21 for one person!! And I will say that the food was mediocre at best. Not worth more than $5-$6. We're here on a wet weekend for a soccer tournament and I find out they have no laundry facilities. Now the bathroom will become the drying rack. Lastly....and thus is just the first night....food and dirty laundry scattered on the floor in the hallways. I would give this place a ZERO if I could. Do not ever expect us back here. I'd rather stay in my car!

The hotel itself is beautiful with tons of things to do and is very clean. The restaurant, the bar, the pools all great. I think the front desk staff could use maybe a little customer service training. The rooms were big, but need remodeling along with the halls with exposed electrical wires. Also the AC wasn’t working properly in the room so it was humid and hot which left a smell. Not saying I had a bad stay just that there is definitely room for improvement for the amount you pay to stay at a Hilton.

Very disappointing stay. I had an emergency, so I asked for an early check in. I was willing to pay a fee. An older female Spanish lady was very rude. She told me, early check in will be at 2 pm and will cost $75. Funny thing is... there was a guest ahead of me and they were checking them in. Lol ....So I called reservation and Catherine ( central reservation) was very pleasant. She offered to call the property and ask. She comes back and tells me there are availability and it will be $25. No problem. My issue is.. be a bit professional. Have employees know the rate for early check in. Night auditor was extremely rude .. I wasn't feeling well and asked for a late check out.. he just bluntly said no. I work in the hotel industry and was willing to pay. Very rude. Front desk can't sympathize or empathize with guest.

Was a beautiful spot with the collection indoor pool area. The waterfall was right outside the room too so we got to hear a lovely water feature while the window was open. Not much to do around the area though.

Hotel was nice. Restaurant was good. Pool was lovely. My son and I had a great time, however, in our hurry to catch a flight, we left some clothes in the drawer of the hotel room. I called immediately after realizing this (same day). We were unable to return due to our flight back home but the person I spoke to reassured me that they would find them and that they could be shipped back home. They said they would call me back. I never received a call. I called again and was told I would get a call back. A week later they called back. I was instructed to get a FedEx label made and email it so they can send my stuff back.

I’ve stayed here on & off for the past 3 weeks. I have received nothing but great service from this staff. Lourdes, in particular deserves extra recognition for going out of her way for me. The beds are very comfortable. I’m staying here again tonight and come to realize that the money spent here is well spent - highly recommend!

This was worse than my Hilton stay ten days before in the Riverhead Hilton. And I'm a Hilton Honors member. When I checked in here there was no water in the entire hotel. When the water came back on hours later there was no hot water. The hot water did not come back on until after 9 at night. This was a problem for me, and I'm sure for many others. The room smelled, and the air conditioning wasn't great. The toilet ran loudly approximately every ten minutes. Both days the walk to my room down the hallway was littered with plaster, loose wires, and dust. They were redoing the wiring. The wing should have been closed for this. I have severe allergies. Although the website said room service available, they do not have room service. So I had to go to the restaurant in the lobby. The bartender, Oksana, was wonderful. I ate at the bar. The bed in room 324 near the window was way too soft. My room wasn't cleaned. This was unacceptable. It turns out they were supposed to tell me at the front desk that they only clean the rooms on the fourth day of your stay. Excuse me, isn't this a Hilton? It turns out there is a sticker on the lower left corner of the bathroom mirror that also informs you of this. I tend not to look at small stickers on huge mirrors in the bathroom. The maids I spoke with were very nice. I enjoyed chatting with them. But the room had some issues that should be dealt with. The vent in the shower was pretty dirty with dust. Photo below. And the shower/tub and floor area needs updating. Photo below. Upon checkout I requested a deduction because of the water issues and other problems. $50 was taken off the invoice which was not enough. But I was running late and couldn't stay to plead my case with the very nice front desk person. I'm really unhappy with Hilton at this point. Any hotel in the area would have been better than this. Why would I bother to stay in a Hilton if they no longer provide a Hilton service? I travel a lot and I no longer trust the Hilton name. Hilton, are you listening? You need to rebrand as a lower level hotel. This was appalling. Please tell me I'm wrong.

1 star was minimum.. I would have given them less.Rooms smelled really bad. Moldy & musty. Carpet was damp and felt nasty on my feet so I had to wear socks the whole time. Bathroom had mold & dirt/hair on floor. Paid 19.00 for a Titos martini that was measured. 2oz of vodka.. I could almost buy a bottle for what I paid. AC wasn't working properly in whole hotel. For 200.00 & having the Hilton name attached to it,, I expected better. Never staying there again even though it was convenient to work.

Nice hotel overall. The check-in process was pretty seamless but I could have used more information about the services and amenities along with hours. You almost have to ask questions the entire stay. We lost hot water for an entire day. The NISI Mediterranean restaurant order takers/greeters were not welcoming. Felt like I was an annoyance to them by ordering take-out. The lady at the bar was nice and the food was good.

Could be the worst Hilton I ever stayed at. You would think with such a prestigious name and location this place would be 4 stars minimum. Shower is leaky and noisy. Wi-Fi in the room does not connect. I stay at Hampton Inn and Hilton Garden where I have much better experiences. I stay at the Hilton Garden two miles away sometimes and it is far superior and better of a hotel. I was shocked that this one had a lower price this time. Now I know why. This hotel is horrible.

The Hilton Long Island/Huntington proved to be a cozy and enjoyable stay, although it's a bit of a drive from JFK. This distance aside, the overall experience was pleasing. The in-room cleanliness and comfort level were commendable, creating a welcoming atmosphere after a long day of travel. A minor drawback was some construction on my floor, which resulted in a bit of debris in the hallway - a minor inconvenience in an otherwise flawless experience. The highlight of the stay was undeniably the dining. The on-site breakfast buffet was an excellent start to the day with a great variety of dishes. But the real star was the on-site Indian food restaurant, which was a culinary delight and a must-visit for any guest. In conclusion, the Hilton Long Island/Huntington offers a comfortable stay with superior dining options. If you can manage the distance from JFK and overlook minor renovations, it's well worth considering.

Very Clean. Good aesthetics. The pool was nice but the water seemed a little cloudy. The staff is pleasant. It’s quite. Has good dining. A lot to do in the surrounding area. Fantastic mall nearby!
