    Day shift desk was nice, helpful and the night shift seemed quite busy talking and entertaining each other while we were ignored. Room was cozy, clean and bed was comfortable. Lots of places to eat and shop in immediate area which was nice because we didn't have to go to far. Short stay but not an unpleasant experience.

    The entire hotel smells old and musty. The carpets and elevators need to be cleaned properly. The bathrooms are old looking grout and caulking are old and discolored/ moldy , the shower didn’t drain properly. Way beneath Marriott standards. The hotel really needs a complete refresh.

    Many positives if your in need of restaurants that are walkable and the Southern State Parkway is very close. The hotel has both positive and negative to consider. If traveling alone I recommend the lower floors. There is not a breakfast included in your stay. There is a bar area which you can order drinks, food and a coffee area which are all an extra charge. There is a 711 within one mile if you prefer to buy out. The rooms are clean and they try very hard to maintain this throughout. There was often the smell of weed and cigarettes on the third floor. Management should take a credit card and charge those caught in the hotel smoking. The bathrooms could use an update and there is a tub not a walk in shower unless you ask. Over all a good stay.

    I can’t believe the sign of the times causes employees at Marriott to steal from guest rooms. I stayed at this marriott last weekend for what was a beautiful wedding only for it to be soured by thieving employees and uncaring management. I stood at the same room as my sister and felt as if someone went through my things. Unfortunately, I was right. My sister’s platinum diamond necklace was stolen along with my brother in laws AirPods. The Marriott was always my go-to hotel. I will never visit the Marriott again.

    Standard Courtyard. Great room with all the amenities. Very good gym with a lot more equipment than I expected. It is next to a super Walmart, so don't worry if you forgot anything.

    I can’t believe I am even writing this right now. My aunt blocked out over 20 rooms for my cousins wedding this past weekend. Upon arrival I was not greeted and noticed a foul smell but I was too excited to be with my family to make it a big deal. What turned out to be a big deal was the fact that someone not only went through my bag while I wasn’t in my room but stole my aunts platinum/diamond necklace and my uncles air pods. These items were left in our room the day of checkout. When my aunt realized that she didn’t have these 2 items she decided to call the front desk to ask if housekeeping had found them they responded by saying that the housekeeping manager was out and that she would be receiving a call back from Jamie. When Jamie did call back she said that neither of the items were in lost and found. With that being said, it is clear that there are untrustworthy employees working in this establishment. I will never ever give this business another cent nor will I refer anyone to visit any of the Marriott Hotels. If I could give this hotel a 0 I absolutely would because even 1 star is being GENEROUS!

    The hotel amenities are well-maintained - great fitness center, friendly staff, very nice restaurant/bar area. The overall atmosphere is professional and respectful, nice and quiet at night especially. Had some issues with the rooms. The first room I was given had a broken deadbolt, so I was moved to another room which had a wobbly toilet that wouldn't stop running. Had to keep turning the water flow off to get the noise to stop. Room service is basically nonexistent but I think that's every hotel now post-COVID. Other than that, it was a nice stay and a convenient location!

    I did not have the pleasure of staying at the Marriott. I made reservations August 1st 1 month before I had to fly to New York for the wedding and when I go to double check my reservations somehow my reservation magically disappeared. I showed Marriott the last email they sent me which was my confirmation number. I will say they did make up for it by putting me in their sister Hotel and knocking off a couple dollars but that wasn't the point my whole family was staying in the other Hotel and we were taking shuttles back and forth to the wedding which I couldn't make since I was dealing with their mistake of not having a room ready for me when I had flown in from California

    This hotel has a very convenient location. Whether you are traveling for business or pleasure there are many Ashens within 15 minutes of the hotel. There is ample shopping as well as multiple options for places to eat. There is also usually very good availability at this hotel I am always happy to stay here when I’m in the area

    Rooms were well organized and clean, heat/ AC worked well. Not run down like some others in the area. They also have an indoor pool.

    Service was great, the rooms were clean and the bathrooms had plenty of toiletries. I wish they had a pool though. It was convenient to have a Walmart supercenter right next to the hotel.

    Just checked into the hotel and had the rudest experience from the check-in staff, I have ever had at a Marriot. I paid 30-50$ more for a Marriot brand as compared to other similar hotels in the area. Marriot has always had certain standards and it is our brand of choice. I had booked by phone and had requested and confirmed with the staff (who was very professional) for including breakfast in the price. However, the check-in person totally refused and talked to us as if we were lying.

    After a long 12+ hour workday and travel, I was warmly greeted by Durrell who was manning the front desk of this Courtyard by Marriott. He made me feel welcome and thanked me for being a loyal Bonvoy member. Durrell is a credit to the manager who hired and trained him. Such outstanding customer service should be applauded.

    My experience was absolutely brilliant. Spectacular in every way imaginable. Fantastic crew operating the facility. Comfortable room at a reasonable rate. Friendly front desk always willing to assist. Great food at the Bistro Cafe. Morning breakfast was delicious. The meal I had in the evening was perfectly prepared.

    I was eagerly planning my first trip to New York and my family suggested the Marriott Hotel, which was recommended by the bride and groom. However, my experience with the representative named Shella was unpleasant. She was impolite and kept pressuring me to book a room, claiming they were filling up quickly. Despite my repeated inquiries about the location and refund policy, she hastily booked my room. Afterward, I received a policy email and realized that she had booked the wrong location. I called back within 5 minutes to cancel, only to be informed that the policy only allowed for a 30% refund. I was disappointed and frustrated that I was losing $400 in this way. I will continue to pursue this matter until it is resolved since it is unfair to take money from customers without proper communication and notification. Also, the local number I called turned out not to be local at all. If this issue is not resolved, it will be a failure on your team's part to accommodate my family, and it will ruin the trip not only for me but also for my entire family.

    This hotel is in a perfect location. Unfortunately even the larger king room is small and poorly furnished/bad layout. Very dated and in need of updating. It seems original from when it was opened 15 plus years ago and hasn't been maintained. Not a bad choice, but you can do better for the money. Way below Marriott standards.

    Stefanie Muhlbach was a pleasure to work with for our wedding hotel block! She made the process so easy and communicated accordingly, she personally came to greet me at the front desk to retrieve my guests hotel bags from me. Overall the hotel staff are very friendly and my guests loved it and the amenities!

    I got a disabled room. The grab bars in the bath tub are in the wrong locations, and there was no seat in the tub. Also, the disabled room itself was at the end of a long hallway. Most places have them near the elevator. The people at the desk were fantastic! Very friendly! The rest of the room was very nice!

    My stay was great, until I checked out and realized I had left my Diamond necklace behind and my husband's airpods and a garment bag. I called once I got home and was told the housekeeping manager was on vacation and I should leave a message for her to call back. Because anything found in the room will be sent to lost and found this was told to me on Sunday right after I checked out. So I figured someone will get back to me, no one did,so i called back on Monday and was told nothing was found in my room. Which is a lie because I know for sure I left the items there,I checked my bag numerous times and my husband's bag and did not find my items in either bag.i was there for a family wedding my sister in law blocked off over 20 rooms for this special occasion .what was supposed to be a wonderful experience turned to be a complete violation..I have stayed at many Marriott s.But this will be the last time. Since there are untrust worhty workers.

    We stayed here two nights for my mom's funeral at Pinelawn in December of 2022. We traveled from DC and arrived late at night, around 1 or 2am. Shinita greeted us with warmth and a smile. The grounds are kept well, there is ample parking, and the hotel is updated. I especially appreciate the cafe and lounge area near the main entrance. This area made it easy for us to get grab and go food in the morning. Our room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Though we didn't get to eat at the bar/restaurant, we wanted some NY Pizza after the funeral and the night person at the front desk was very helpful with recommendations [I didn't catch her name]. We ordered Piazzeta, per her recommendation, and it was perfect! I should also note that the lo ation is conveniently located near local shopping. I had to make a Target run during my stay, and it was less than a 6-minute driveway. If you are looking for a clean, updated hotel with friendly staff, look no further!

    I decided to book a 2 night staycation. I loved the room and the place and quiet. What I will say is that the bed was very uncomfortable. It was so uncomfortable that I stayed the second day until I got tired, and then I checked out early so I could go home and sleep in my own bed. The Bistro's Chili Lime wings were amazing the first night, and the staff was very accommodating. Nice room, but I will not stay there again because the bed was pretty unbearable.

    Used this hotel for my wedding block and everything went so smoothly. Rooms were updated and clean. Service was great. Lobby had nice spaces to sit with a few friends. Brunch in one of their party rooms was great and had lots of options for people. Would definitely recommend!

    We used this Marriott as our Wedding hotel block and could not be happier with our experience. The Manager Stefanie M helped with planning and coordinating our special day, making it very easy. We have heard nothing but positive feedback from our guests about Marriott's service and organization. The entire weekend went smoothly which allowed us to have SO much fun! We would highly recommend working with this team again to anyone, especially Riviera Weddings.
