I
deleted
my
review
from
a
previous
stay
and
replaced
it
with
this
review.
I
stayed
for
3
nights.
The
thermostat
on
the
wall
in
the
kitchen
area
didn't
work,
but
the
controls
on
the
wall
unit
did.
On
nights
2
and
3,
the
A/C
in
my
room
stopped
working.
Night
2,
I
had
the
thermostat
set
to
69°,
and
my
alarm
clock
thermometer
said
the
room
was
72°.
I
figured
this
was
within
the
tolerance
of
the
thermostat,
and
72°
wasn't
uncomfortable.
Night
3,
I
set
the
wall
unit
to
65°
and
the
room
was
74°
to
78°:
too
warm
to
sleep.
I
didn't
say
anything
to
the
staff,
because
packing
up
and
moving
to
another
room
at
10PM
didn't
appeal
to
me,
especially
since
I
was
checking
out
in
the
morning.
On
my
way
out
of
the
hotel,
I
tried
to
get
the
attention
of
the
person
at
the
front
desk
so
I
could
give
them
a
heads-up
about
the
A/C
so
nobody
else
would
get
stuck
like
I
did.
Well,
the
young
lady
at
the
front
desk
never
looked
up
from
her
phone.
In
fairness
to
the
staff,
this
young
lady
ignoring
me
was
the
first
time
in
10
to
15
trips
in
the
past
6
years
where
the
staff
wasn't
exceedingly
polite
and
accommodating.
Fair
or
not,
it
only
takes
one
bad
experience
to
lose
a
customer.
