This hotel is dated, dirty and just awful! The sink did not drain. The shower had no pressure. The room was dirty! The pull out sofa bed had springs coming thru the mattress. The hallways and stairwells smelled, carpet was stained and walls need painting. The hotel was very pricey. You should avoid this one!!!

Decent room and good breakfast. Staff is friendly. My girlfriend and I have stayed here before and will likely stay here again. Hallway is overly perfumed. Happily the room did not have the same smell. Spring mattress in 225 had a depression in the center so I slept on the edge of the bed. The shower curtain in 225 is short.

This hotel took care of me when the Marriott magically canceled my reservations that I had. The staff at this hotel is superb. I told him what had happened with my canceled reservation and they compensated Me by knocking $50 off my room

I deleted my review from a previous stay and replaced it with this review. I stayed for 3 nights. The thermostat on the wall in the kitchen area didn't work, but the controls on the wall unit did. On nights 2 and 3, the A/C in my room stopped working. Night 2, I had the thermostat set to 69°, and my alarm clock thermometer said the room was 72°. I figured this was within the tolerance of the thermostat, and 72° wasn't uncomfortable. Night 3, I set the wall unit to 65° and the room was 74° to 78°: too warm to sleep. I didn't say anything to the staff, because packing up and moving to another room at 10PM didn't appeal to me, especially since I was checking out in the morning. On my way out of the hotel, I tried to get the attention of the person at the front desk so I could give them a heads-up about the A/C so nobody else would get stuck like I did. Well, the young lady at the front desk never looked up from her phone. In fairness to the staff, this young lady ignoring me was the first time in 10 to 15 trips in the past 6 years where the staff wasn't exceedingly polite and accommodating. Fair or not, it only takes one bad experience to lose a customer.

The manager is very rude she was double charging me not once not twice but three times and then yelled at me and said I'm in the wrong and I'm supposed to be a customer who have been faithful to Marriott for over 30 years

One of the few hotels we have found that allow more than 2 dogs! They even have a good size fenced in dog run which is very convenient and you can watch the planes taking off. We will definitely return due to how pet friendly they are. The doors throughout the hotel need some work (hard to open or don’t close on their own), bed was too soft for us, and breakfast was pretty bad so took away one star, but coffee was good and staff was friendly. Wish they had king sized beds in the suite.

Everyone's super friendly and helpful. The barbecue is amazing and they have all the things you need to cook with it.

If you have to stay here, I guess you don't have a choice... The trash piles up in the hallways, the place has an oven whelming smell of cleaning products.... But that does not mean it is clean.

Staff, stop spraying, baby powder scent in halls! It's nauseating.

Haven’t made it into our room yet, booked a suite back in January and paid a very high price for it. We got here after a 12 hour car ride for the desk to tell us there are no suites available. We are now split up in cheaper separate rooms. Sheets on the bed have stains, very outdated and questionably clean. Staff stated they can get us into our suite tomorrow morning but overall disappointed.

Clean hotel, nice staff, i was worried because some reviews werent great but everyone I traveled with was happy with the place. The beds were comfortable too. No place with any "mileage" on it will ever be 100% perfect. I saw very minor signs of wear here and there. My dad used to travel for work and always said he trusted Marriott hotels because they'll always be at a decent, clean, place to stay and this lived up to that. We only stayed a night, didn't need the showers so can't speak of them. We all agreed we'd stay here again if we need a place in the area, we moved off LI but come back frequently to see loved ones. I wish it was closer to our family in Queens! I definitely recommend it.

Let me first off by staying I travel for a living and have been a Marriott member for the past 8 years. I have over 700 stays at Marriott properties. Last night when I checked in I was greeted by Michael. He was absolutely amazing. Even when we had an issue with our room he seemed to be the only employee who cared. For the following night when our room was corrected he went above and beyond and truly made my family felt welcomed. If you are checking into this hotel and have an opportunity to be checked in by Michael know you are going to be in excellent hands and he is going to go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed.

Rooms are very outdated. I didn't even have a chair to sit in had to lay across the bed to watch tv. Phones were down that night needed to call to the lobby ended up having to walk down. Nice friendly staff and very clean, but very outdated. Kudos to the cleaning staff

Parking is very limited, Parking lot is too small for the amount of cars that are parked. Mattresses are too soft and sink towards the middle.

Very expensive for the few days we were there but close to where we needed to attend a funeral! Smaller rooms than I have been in for a towneplace suites but enough that we were able to relax after a stressful few days!

Good location. Windows that open and let in clean air. Rooms need some TLC. Breakfast is unhealthy except for the coffee which was delicious and the reason for the 4 stars

Excellent room, very clean, covid-19 rules, Nicole our housekeeper was very nice. Coffee bar available 24/7, free wrapped apples. Breakfast was very good, the pool across the street was closed for renovations, no biggie.

The staff is the nicest staff I have ever had. Everyone was so pleasant and accommodating! We even survived the snow storm and some of the staff helped us clean out our cars. If I could give it a 20 out of 5 stars I would
