    This pharmacy is horrible DO NOT SEND YOUR THINGS THERE. They continue to mess up my child’s medications they gave me the paperwork for 2 medications that were not in the bag they told me everything was ready the day before when I called I go and the medicines missing from the bag and another one they said I need to get in contact with the insurance for I specifically called the day before to make sure I had to do nothing on my part and I was told it was ready. Then you ask to speak to a supervisor for further assistance no supervisors are available. Not to mention I had to pay out of pocket for meds that my insurance would have covered but they never told me when I called I had to call my insurance company so I had to take the hit because my infant needs her medicine. In addition they had the phone number on file a number I’ve never even heard of this is just todays visit. Every time it is a problem I it’s this pharmacy they can never get anything correct.

    Terrible customer service , management encourages the poor behaviors and choose to dismiss you when you ask for help. It’s unsettling because this would never happen at the CVS in valley stream . I wonder why ??? Race place a huge part !!!! I am a nurse and I a juicing business and they treat me as if I came off the street ( even if I did ) customer service should be a routine experience so customers can continue to shop at this location . I am a loyal Customer for 9 years and since the management has change so has the quality of my shopping experience.

    It doesn't matter if you visit the drive through or go inside, the wait for prescriptions is nothing short of ridiculous. Poor customer service all around! the installation of a Health Hub has only added to the chaos.

    I like to go to CVS becase you can find medications when you are not feeling well . And everyone that work here are really friendly. If you are looking for something there then just ask the workers that works here and they will give you whatever you need. I

    The Pharmacy at The Elmont location is very disappointing. I refill my prescription on the CVS app and always says in process and when I go there later in day it’s never ready. They wait until you arrive to fill order.

    This review is due in part by the pharmacy. I am writing this review to express my frustration with the CVS Pharmacy on Dutch Broadway. I have been a customer of this pharmacy for many years, but I have recently had several negative experiences. The most frustrating issue is that the pharmacy never seems to have my prescriptions in stock. I have called ahead to make sure that my prescriptions are ready, only to arrive at the pharmacy and be told that I have to wait for them to be filled. This has happened on multiple occasions, and it is very inconvenient. On my most recent visit, I had to wait over 15 minutes on the line to speak to the pharmacist. Once I finally got to speak with someone, the pharmacist, Melissa, seemed to have an attitude. She was rude and dismissive when I asked her about my prescription. I am very disappointed with the service I have received at this CVS Pharmacy. I do not recommend this location to anyone. Here are some specific suggestions for improvement: Keep prescriptions in stock. This is the most important thing that the pharmacy can do to improve its service. Customers should not have to wait for their prescriptions to be filled, especially if they have called ahead to make sure that they are ready. Reduce wait times. The pharmacy should take steps to reduce wait times, such as hiring more staff or implementing a more efficient system for filling prescriptions. Improve customer service. Pharmacists and other pharmacy staff should be courteous and professional to customers. They should also be willing to answer questions and provide assistance. Reduce side conversations. Pharmacists and other pharmacy staff should avoid having side conversations with each other while customers are waiting to be served. I hope that CVS Pharmacy will take these suggestions into consideration and make improvements to the Dutch Broadway location.

    The female cashier with dreads may very well be the least helpful person I’ve ever encountered. I was purchasing lotion and of course I had to request help since this inexpensive, everyday-product is locked away. The female with dreads refused to let me physically handle the product and walked off telling me that the product would be waiting for me at the front of the store... I also needed to pick up items from the pharmacy, and would have simply paid for the lotion at the rear pharmacy register. This makes no sense to have to swipe my card twice given that I simply could've have paid for this item when picking up other items from the pharmacy. Blatant racial profiling. This place needs a complete staff overhaul.

    Horrible customer service. Horrible communication. My wife was on hold for more than 1 hour, I ended up driving to the location and the pharmacy was ignoring all calls. I do not recommend anybody come to this location at all.

    This Pharmacy Staff is so inept and unprofessional. The line is always long. The staff, one girl in particular, is not afraid to use profanity with customers waiting in line. What irritated me the most is the case where my doctor’s office sent the prescription and I went to get it 24 hours later and had to wait to get it. I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes yet it took over 45 minutes. When I ask to speak to the manager, I was told that I have to come back tomorrow to speak with him/her. Can someone light a fire under the staff or please close down because the service is atrocious. This must be the only CVS that offer this kind of service.

    I find it extremely disrespectful to those who make appointments to have to wait on a line this long. The signs are confusing and say to drive to designated parking spot when really they are allowing testing at the window And that’s why it takes so long. So even if you show up 15 minutes prior to your appointment as recommended your still not seen at the window until after your set appointment time, why require appointments at all.

    Would not recommend using the pharmacy here. They NEVER answer their phone. When you go in to pick u prescriptions it’s never ready. They’ll always say it’ll be ready in 20mins and you come back an hour later it’s still “it’ll be 20mins..”.

    I'm in CVS pushing for customers service waiting & NO ONE Show up and I see employee walking around talking to each other and no pay me no attention are help me and i am waiting and no one came to help me i end up leaving because i have been waiting a long time for someone to come over and help me It's a shame and unprofessional so many employee on shift and not one of them could help me!!! very unprofessional all I see is these employee walking around talking and laughing it's disgusting!!!

    Service in the pharmacy department drive-thru was unsatisfactory. They do not open at the hours they have posted. The posted hours state they open at 8:00am; however I waited outside for ten minutes online before deciding to come inside to pick up my prescription. While on line I saw the young lady actually open the drive-thru window for customers at 8:13am. Employees can be seen playing around behind the counter even though a long line of customers is waiting to be served. This CVS pharmacy used to offer exemplary service. A change in employees is noted and perhaps responsible for the decline in customer service.

    I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your CVS store located at 1797 Dutch Broadway on October 2nd, 2023. I arrived at the store at approximately 6 pm, utilizing the drive-thru to pick up my prescriptions. Unfortunately, I was left waiting in the drive-thru line for 15 minutes without any communication regarding the issue. It was only when I reached the window that I noticed a sign indicating that the drive-thru was not operational and customers should enter the store. At this point, I approached an associate named Mahti, who was closing the gate to the window from the inside. I inquired why no one had informed those waiting in line about the situation, especially considering there were at least three cars behind me. Mahti directed me to speak with a manager, and Jade came over. As I was explaining my concerns, Jade abruptly walked away and had Mahti close the gate on me. This left me with no option but to enter the store to seek assistance. Inside, I encountered a lengthy queue of 12 people ahead of me at the pharmacy counter. This experience was not only frustrating but also raised questions about the customer service standards at your store. I believe that customer service should prioritize clear communication and empathy. It was disheartening to see that no one from your team had taken the initiative to inform customers waiting in the drive-thru about the situation. The associates should consider how they would like to be treated in such circumstances. I am hopeful that you will take this complaint seriously and address the issues I have raised. I understand that situations may arise, but better communication and a more considerate approach from your staff could have significantly improved this experience. I trust that you will take steps to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.

    The pharmacy staff was very helpful in filling scripts that were unavailable at my regular store.They made time to fill them right before closing. Melissa, the pharmacist, was extremely kind and took time to explain my medications.

    I came for a Covid test that occurs in the drive thru. I came 20 nins early for my Covid test that starts at 10 am. I am the 10 am appointment. They literally made me wait 20 mins to take a Covid test.
