This
review
is
due
in
part
by
the
pharmacy.
I
am
writing
this
review
to
express
my
frustration
with
the
CVS
Pharmacy
on
Dutch
Broadway.
I
have
been
a
customer
of
this
pharmacy
for
many
years,
but
I
have
recently
had
several
negative
experiences.
The
most
frustrating
issue
is
that
the
pharmacy
never
seems
to
have
my
prescriptions
in
stock.
I
have
called
ahead
to
make
sure
that
my
prescriptions
are
ready,
only
to
arrive
at
the
pharmacy
and
be
told
that
I
have
to
wait
for
them
to
be
filled.
This
has
happened
on
multiple
occasions,
and
it
is
very
inconvenient.
On
my
most
recent
visit,
I
had
to
wait
over
15
minutes
on
the
line
to
speak
to
the
pharmacist.
Once
I
finally
got
to
speak
with
someone,
the
pharmacist,
Melissa,
seemed
to
have
an
attitude.
She
was
rude
and
dismissive
when
I
asked
her
about
my
prescription.
I
am
very
disappointed
with
the
service
I
have
received
at
this
CVS
Pharmacy.
I
do
not
recommend
this
location
to
anyone.
Here
are
some
specific
suggestions
for
improvement:
Keep
prescriptions
in
stock.
This
is
the
most
important
thing
that
the
pharmacy
can
do
to
improve
its
service.
Customers
should
not
have
to
wait
for
their
prescriptions
to
be
filled,
especially
if
they
have
called
ahead
to
make
sure
that
they
are
ready.
Reduce
wait
times.
The
pharmacy
should
take
steps
to
reduce
wait
times,
such
as
hiring
more
staff
or
implementing
a
more
efficient
system
for
filling
prescriptions.
Improve
customer
service.
Pharmacists
and
other
pharmacy
staff
should
be
courteous
and
professional
to
customers.
They
should
also
be
willing
to
answer
questions
and
provide
assistance.
Reduce
side
conversations.
Pharmacists
and
other
pharmacy
staff
should
avoid
having
side
conversations
with
each
other
while
customers
are
waiting
to
be
served.
I
hope
that
CVS
Pharmacy
will
take
these
suggestions
into
consideration
and
make
improvements
to
the
Dutch
Broadway
location.
