He was knowledgeable and informative which allowed me to develop confidence that CT Gold and Silver would treat me fairly, and they did. After my aunt died was left with a house to clean out and so much jewelery that was marked. Kelli was so helpful in explaining the process, and helping us identify what each item was, and what they could be worth. Will totally return and work with these kind and wonderful people again.

I drive by this store every day and always thought it was probably some fly-by-night pawn shop but when I was cleaning out my mother in law's house, I came across some unmatched pieces of sterling silver flatware and after looking online and reading reviews, I decided to take a risk and go in there.
