I'm
really
disappointed
with
this
Company,
I
joined
a
holiday
company
maybe
25
years
ago,
or
more,
and
in
that
time
it
keeps
getting
bought
out
so
more
money
needed
to
upgrade.
Last
call
end
of
2021,
I
was
told
if
I
paid
more
money
I
would
have
$8k
in
my
bank
and
I
could
nominate
a
family
member
to
have
a
card.
So
I
did
with
his
christmas
presents,
with
all
the
blurb
of
70%
off,
etc
etc.
So
last
week
he
rang
suggested
a
couple
of
areas
he'd
like
to
go
for
4
days.
They
came
back
with
a
suggestion
of
Salt
at
Kingscliff,
but
he
didn't
get
70%
off,
be
lucky
if
its
10%,
so
he
told
me.
I
rang
spoke
to
reservations,
who
said
I
needed
to
speak
to
higher
ups,
so
in
time
Lynette
rang
and
advised
they
couldn't
get
a
good
discount
on
Salt,
because
its
an
Accor
property
?
So
why
did
the
staff
member
suggest
it??
He
needed
to
use
money
in
our
account.
I
was
told
on
Monday
that
my
son
would
receive
a
call
from
reservations
to
try
and
change,
so
no
call
Monday,
no
call
Tuesday,
no
call
Wednesday,
and
today
being
Wednesday
I
have
rung
3
times
and
got
message
bank,
3
times
I
left
a
message
and
still
no
call
back.
It's
probably
too
close
to
his
booking
now
to
change
and
find
somewhere
else
with
the
days
he
has
allocated,
but
so
disappointing
to
know
you
have
so
much
credit
and
they
sell
you
a
property
that
you
can't
use
the
money????
Would
have
thought
having
been
a
member
for
so
long
some
special
treatment
might
have
been
forthcoming,
but
don't
hold
your
breath.
Turns
out
he
could
have
got
the
accommodation
cheaper
without
going
through
them,
but
question
is
why
did
they
suggest
that
resort
when
they
knew
he
couldn't
use
our
bank
account?
Very
disappointed!
