I'm really disappointed with this Company, I joined a holiday company maybe 25 years ago, or more, and in that time it keeps getting bought out so more money needed to upgrade. Last call end of 2021, I was told if I paid more money I would have $8k in my bank and I could nominate a family member to have a card. So I did with his christmas presents, with all the blurb of 70% off, etc etc. So last week he rang suggested a couple of areas he'd like to go for 4 days. They came back with a suggestion of Salt at Kingscliff, but he didn't get 70% off, be lucky if its 10%, so he told me. I rang spoke to reservations, who said I needed to speak to higher ups, so in time Lynette rang and advised they couldn't get a good discount on Salt, because its an Accor property ? So why did the staff member suggest it?? He needed to use money in our account. I was told on Monday that my son would receive a call from reservations to try and change, so no call Monday, no call Tuesday, no call Wednesday, and today being Wednesday I have rung 3 times and got message bank, 3 times I left a message and still no call back. It's probably too close to his booking now to change and find somewhere else with the days he has allocated, but so disappointing to know you have so much credit and they sell you a property that you can't use the money???? Would have thought having been a member for so long some special treatment might have been forthcoming, but don't hold your breath. Turns out he could have got the accommodation cheaper without going through them, but question is why did they suggest that resort when they knew he couldn't use our bank account? Very disappointed!

RIP OFF, RIP OFF, RIP OFF! Bought some vouchers 10 years ago, what a mistake that was. I gave up trying to use these vouchers some time ago as they NEVER ever suited my travel / accommodation needs. For 10 years, the Resort club has rang me trying to get more money out of me. I have told them many times to stop harassing me but they keep ringing. The Resort club is the worst company to deal with and not worth any so called discounts they promise you'll receive.

Never used them again called for money was told about great offers. Tried to access deal have over $4000 in credit but cannot use in one hit. They rang me with a deal but when I rang the hotel directly I got a better deal. Might as well say its a scam very unhappy

I joined this resort club a while ago. You pay membership you got thousands of dollars to Use but you keep receiving phone calls to upgrade to another level and keep paying $390 ???? Not sure what I paid for and how can you book any resorts and use the vouchers? V Every time I want to book the holidays they keep telling I need to Pay from my pocket. Such terrible experience.

I went to an intro seminar by these people over 15 years ago - never bought anything and to this day they still will not stop calling me. The last 3 times I insisted they take me off their list. They said 'of course I will'. If I tell them they said that last time, they just say it will definitely happen this time. And now I'm being called by them again - it's too much!!

What a rort. RC represented at time of purchase to provide discounted prices to the resorts they have available. Each time I received a quote for accommodation I could find it cheaper for the same room and dates on the internet. When raised with the Resort Club that if I needed to price check I may as well book it myself and requested a refund for an unused service - Manager Barry stated that "oh well, no refunds after 30 days." I accept that is the case, however the unprofessional, unhelpful nature - not even offering to find suitable accommodation deals for travel was enough for me. Recommend search engines will provide better prices then the resort club deals. Providing this fact to make the consumer aware - shame on me for my mistake - buyer beware. Perhaps only join if your planning on using it within the 30 days.

Don’t give them your money you will get nothing in return, except more phone calls telling you, you have been selected for an upgrade that cost you more money and still nothing in return…they don’t even return your calls!

I would give it 0. Absolute extortion. Harassed with calls to pay more to upgrade membership for better deals. Then unable to get dates requires and having to pay an exceptional amount out of pocket with only a small amount used from credits (that is your money). Can only use all of credits for hot deals..and after reading the reviews people can never get dates required. All your credit sitting in their pocket and you’re unable to access it freely. Can get a better deal online or straight with hotel. Reported to ACCC
