The ICU is not well maintained during the visiting hours. Any number of relatives of the patient can enter during the 1 hour visiting time and at a single time even three people of a single patient is being allowed inside. But the doctors are good.

Very Horrible behaviour , they r not synchronised internally , just hungry to take money cashless or cash . Cardiac department is 👎 inexperienced Doctors and staff , have almost killed my relative , without pre informing patient house member or relative they started OT which was unsuccessful and huge blood loss which caused patient serious and sent to ICU ward . Don't ever go for any reports also or they will say xyz.... Yours patient is serious or immediately need to operate soon for bla bla reason. 🙏Stay away from these type of careless hospitals if you love your near ones .

Good hospital. But the numbers of Staffs are huge. Sastha sathi Card & Mediclaim card is accepted here. Ortho surgeon Dr. Arghya Saha does his operation here. Surroundings are neat and clean.

The reception staff members behaviour is very bad..and the security guard's behaviour very rude...I have seen 2patient died in just 2days...doctor comes once in a day,and the rest done by RMO.. horrible experience...

Totally wasted Management... Harrasment of patient party family. The management of the nursing home doesn't know the schedule time of Doctors... I'm very disappointed with this type of hospitality management.. Today 17/7/23 my mother has been admited to this nursing home for a cardiac problem. Operation time was between 5:30 pm to 6:00 pm. But still now when we asked to the management that when the operation will start they are telling that Doctor will come within 20 Mins... (Time is now 7:38pm). If this type of management goes on there will be a great problem for the patient and also to the patient party. We have reached to the Nursing Home @ 10:00 am and now it is 7:42 pm and still the management is telling that the doctor will arrive on 10 mins.. We are counting the time... Hopeless management...😠😠😠

Behavior of security and admin are worst. They doesn't know how to behave with Patient party. One security person named Bijon Dey (don't know whether this is his actual name or not) is pathetic. He makes his own rule. Asking all relatives of Patient party to stand together in a crowded area. Doesn't following present covid protocols where there should distance maintain is required. Even he shows his attitudes. Overall pathetic experience.

The staffs on the reception are very arrogant and misbehavioural. The nursing home has lack of area for patients and family members and lack of stuffs.

It's a private hospital located in Purba Bardhaman District besides Anamaya Superspeciality Hospital. Medical & Non-medical Staffs are very friendly. The quality of their facilities lies in their tag line, "We care... He cures".

Hospital Staff ⚕️ are well behaved.. timely clean & maintained. But the one of mejor problem is ..there was no.. setting chair or any sits .. outside there..but all facilities are quite good. I'm requesting to the hospital authority to look on this.

Poor management blood bank is mostly fraud if u have donour card and u take blood from suddenly then they charged 1400 RS if asked to again donate blood same day then charge is 600rs ....totally fraud

I should give minus rating here. Too bad service, fraud management. Dr talapatra is a killer not a doctor. Don't admit your patient here. I face terrible situation when i was there with my cardiac patient my father. Again, don't admit your patient.

Nice hospital. But very very bad communication.specilly people in medicine department. People has not cooperate us.They are making mistakes as a result of which general people make harrased. Timing of any kind of works is not proper. Different people said different guide to do the progress. So we are very very confused. But overall treatment is good.

Good doctors and nurses. All are amiable and cooperative. Critical cardiac operations are done with reasonable price here.

Huge let down with the hospital management.. staffs behaviour was so bad accept 1-2 staffs, specially the security guards . They are just showing there rules and the rules are not fixed. Every day the rules are changed. They treat with family members like a street dogs.. don't come to the hospital it's better to go the government hospital.
