Ranaghat Samsung servuce center stuffs behavior so embarassing with me .because they told me that my phone would be ready within 1 and half hour but they had took 5 hour for complete my mobile.😨😨😨😨😨

Very good behavior. Staffs are well trained and professional. Only problem is parking. Very little space is available for parking. Ambience is good. Proper sanitisation is maintained. But there is no toilet for customers. No forceful selling. They will ask you to buy extended warranty but you can opt out. Over all very much satisfied.

Very bad service is here I am already facing problem in my phone three times display issued in warranty period. After reparing my phone from this service centre repeat same problem in phone and lastly service centre has told that your issue will resolve in out of warranty after third time issuing in my phone.

The Behaviour of Staff is Very rude, They are very unprofessional and They Think that i captured A personal Photo that have already uploaded.Afterall they given a reason they can't allow it just because there are many cctv cam. The worst samsung care I ever went. Very slow service very less customer but still taking long time I came in morning and I submit the phone and now it's 6.45pm still they told me to wait half and hour what a worst service

Bad customer service, very root behaviour, I don't like service worker lady and boys .Speaks very badly. Those who work in this service set do not have a little sense by looking at people's clothes and pants, whether they have money or not.

Waiting till now it's 5:30 pm .. i have came here at 1:20 pm .. and still work on progress .. this a kind of harrasment ...to us who came from far away .. if you have hole day then come here .. other wise you have to blow your mind ..

Very good service. They stuff is so friendly. I usually service my own phones here. Excellent work 👏. (I cut two stars ony the reason because they initiated me a service delivery on a date but they didn't delivered the service on that day)

Best service centre in Ranaghat! The entire environment is very neat & clean. There I have found that, the owner of the service centre is seriously aware of COVID-19. She doesn’t allow any gathering and takes care of the older customers. The service personnel was very polite & friendly. I went there to buy an original accessory. She gave me a form to fill it up. After sometime, I got my desired and authentic accessory. Besides, there was not any difficulty regarding payment. I paid through UPI. As, this contactless method is helpful during this pandemic. Finally, the service personnel frankly said good bye to me and wished me for my safe return journey to home. Overall, my experience was really awesome and memorable. Thanks to SAMSUNG.

It's little bit expensive.....they have to be more quick regarding customer issues and parts delivery....otherwise its nice service centre

Open barglars, take high charges, delayed operations, doesn't value budget and mid range phone's customers... রীতিমতো খোলামেলা ডাকাতি.. And be aware, they may mishandle or tamper with your products.. they have taken 12 days for my phone's issue and mishandled my new phone, I have noticed that later on..
