I love their Collections and I love their Service. They are reasonably priced and TATA's quality is without comparison one of the BEST. The Customer Service Representatives are simply marvelous. They would walk with you every step of the way and be there to assist you with making the right choice.

Service comes from the heart and yesterday’ after being such an old customer of Caratlane I felt it deep within. It’ was closing time the shutters were down still just one to the staff outside the store and they were so considerate to open the store for me. I know they almost all the outlets have some best customer service providers but yesterday the experience had something quite touching and thus I’m giving this detailed review. Inspite of being almost at closing all the three staff were so courteous, ever smiling and helped me chose the best solitaire ❤️ I’m really happy with the product and want the company to recognise all three of the staff present at the closing time . You guys have the best team . Thankyou team Southcity for also giving me such a beautiful exquisite crystal gift it looks so beautiful. All the best guys and keep up the great work . The staff out here is really helpful and attentive. I came across Ms.Rupa, who was quite prompt and helpful. Had a good experience. I hope the store Keeps more collection, their collection seems a bit limited.

Caratlane products are impressive but minimal Collection as compared to online Caratlane app...But the most pathetic thing is the product build quality ::: Its very very fragile...Not durable as compared to 22 k gold.. My baby's bracelet had got damaged just within one week...& their repair policy is not customer friendly at all...it took 1.5 months to got repaired... Not a tension free purchase

Staff behavior was really bad. The staffs were really arrogant and was not helpful at all. They were treating me as if I was in a mall and was just there for time pass. I was in their store for 15 minutes or more and they didn't ask me to have a seat. They were not into showing any of the jewelleries by their own and their expressions also suggested that they were really annoyed by my presence. Two girls were sitting at the back and playing games. You had to call them to show you things. If you are looking for a good caratlane store with good staff behavior then go to behala or bansdroni store.

This was my first visit to CaratLane, and will never visit again. Staff are very bad, they will only gossip among themselves and if you ask them to show some jewellery they will be so disgusted to hear that. If you want to try out any jewellery even before that they will put the jewellery back to the showcase.

I had checked Caratlane's amazing collection online and had gone ahead to place an order in the South City Store.The store experience was smooth and the executives there were extremely helpful and polite. However the bangle that I had ordered had to be custom made, so I placed made an advance order and the delivery was promised about 21 days later.From hereon, began a story of quintessential delay .From 29th September ,2020 till date I have been provided with at least 3-4 tentative delivery date all in vain.I would call up the store on every scheduled delivery date and they would inform me with regret that they have not received my product from their manufacturers.I had paid around 45% of the amount in advance and they had failed to live up to their word.I would request each and every person to think twice before placing an order with them in case you want a delivery on time. As for me, I don't know if I'm getting my product. Will never again buy or recommend. Extremely Disappointing behavior from such a reputed brand..

Now that is something. I am head over heels with the exquisite collections of Caratlane. Love it the most.

One of the biggest store in Kolkata with better collection than other stores, but giving 3 star cause one of the men staff named Rohit was really rude in behaviour towards me and my wife on our anniversary day recently when we asked him to take our finger size measurement for the second time for the rings we decided to purchase. Very appealing collection of Jewellery

I visited this Caratlane outlet yesterday. Their collection is alright as compared to the website, but they can arrange the product for you if you are willing to place an order. I bought a 14K earring. The attendants are quite helpful. They answered all my questions patiently. Somehow I felt the making charge is too much considering the amount of gold and diamonds.
