Misguided and sold improper products. I asked for a 33w turbocharging cable and also while purchasing I showed them my existing cable, charger head, and phone. They sold me a normal c type cable and said it will be the same. Later I found the cable they sold me is not a 33w turbo cable. Called them, and they first denied the order return or exchange, later when I explained to them that the cable they sold supports up to 22.5w and and they sold me the wrong product, they finally asked to come and get a refund. The point is not to refund or exchange or return. The point is misguidance, wrong product pitch, no technical knowledge, and not even understanding the customer's needs. A big zero For this store.

Today we have visited mi store of Diamond plaza Nagerbazar. It was a horrible experience for us. All the sales persons do not know how to deal with any customer. Also they are not at all technicaly sound. One guy was there with curly hair, he was way too rude. We have visited the store 2 weeks back and they have commited to exchange a phone at a certain value ,when we wanted to describe the same to him, fro the very begining he completely denied and continiously arguing ,yelling.He does not even bother to listen what we were trying to say. The other guy was also doing the same whoom we met 2 weeks back. Pathetic experience as a customer. As a customer atleast if we do not get any service from a store then what is the point of visit to a store, we can buy any time from online. We left the store just for their rude behaviour without purchasing the phone we have chosen to buy.

Pathetic experience.They are openly doing fraud with their customers.The staff of the store are not at all experienced and cooperative . They suggested me a wrong product and sold a defective charger to me They took the money first and then opened the charger and when i found it defective and asked for exchange or refund my money, they did not do so moreover they did manipulation with me by putting my phone on charge with another charger and showed that the phone is getting charged with the new charger i bought , I caught them redhanded while they were doing this manipulation with me still they did not accept their mistake and refund my money or exchanged the charger .I had to bck home with the defective charger which is of no use for me. Extremely poor experience .

Terrible experience.Mi has no service centre In kolkata for tv.Purchased a 43 inch tv but within 2 years panel got damaged. I have complained for repair as I purchased extended warranty.Its already 1 month over and when ever I'm contacting customer care they are misleading.

Pathetic experience as after purchasing MI tv 43 inches, 1 month ago the panel of our TV got damaged, as we complained about this, they are making us wait for days after days but still we haven't got our panel. They are telling that it would take fifteen days but a month has passed still haven't repaired our TV yet. Worst experience and awful service.
