We typically love Dutch bros, but our experience at this location was subpar. The employees were very kind but got our order wrong twice (we didn’t send the second one back). While we were sitting outside, somebody else got out of their car because their order was wrong as well.

Dutch Bros is one of my favorite places for grabbing a drink and enjoying being outside. I was a little disappointed with this location as my order was messed up multiple times. The staff was very friendly, it’s just never fun to repeat yourself so many times. Of course I will be going back, just some training with the staff could be beneficial regarding drinks and common orders.

Love this Dutch Bros location! Been a major supporter since it opened. The owner Blake is an amazing person, he pours his heart in to his company and it shows. The employees he hires show how well they are treated by how they respond to the customers. This location will always have a special place in my heart. Drinks are always spot on and for whatever reason it is off that day. Simply jump back in line and ask for a remake. (Or better yet, taste it before you leave.) My favorite go to is a Small Hot White Coffee Mocha with a little Caramel drizzle or a Medium blended Sugar-free Rebel Daydream flavors with raspberry drizzle. (It was seasonal, and I am sad about it.) My ALL time seasonal favorite is a Small Blended Peppermint Mocha with soft top and Candy Cane topping.

Really friendly staff, quick ordering and wide variety of drinks. If you want something sweet and sugary in the morning, this is the place to be. I don't like that they only have cold brew or drinks with espresso shots. They don't have pour over or drip black coffee which is what I really wanted.

Love Dutch Bros! The staff is so friendly and helpful. Very patient when I forget what I want to order and have to look it up on google or whatever. Wish there was another in Bountiful but its definitely worth the drive. Thanks Dutch Bros for fantastic coffee!

Fast service despite the long lines. Friendly employees. It's nice to be able to use their app to browse the menu, pay for purchases, etc., from the convenience of your car while you wait in line. The flavors of the drinks are quite muted, though. I'm not sure what it is about their syrups, but all the drinks taste generally the same to me no matter what I order (lavender, Irish cream, hazelnut, even peppermint). It's all just subtle sweetness added to the lattes. I keep switching up the flavors, but none really stand out as tasting very much like what I expect it to.

This Dutch Bros is always top notch with their drinks and friendly staff. There are endless drink options (make sure to download their app!) that will keep you coming back. The Christmas Morning Chai is my go-to!

Two girls were standing outside the drive one had a yellow and blue shirt and the other was wearing a white shirt talking to someone in a white car holding a puppy for 5 minutes then went back inside for another 4 still talking to the customer. By the time I decided to write a review I couldn’t get a picture to show. One more thing that puzzles me is they handed them a pizza box? I like this place a lot just waiting 9 minutes while they are talking to someone and holding a dog is ridiculous. Seriously.

I love Dutch Bros their drinks are amazing. However, I don't understand why they have a drive-thru. We spent 25 minutes just to get drinks. They're line is so chaotic with people cutting in line. They need to be more organized. We had people who ordered after us get their drinks before us.

We had a terrible experience on a recent visit. My drink came out like milk and so I asked what was in it and why it tasted like milk, the barista just started at me and said “what do you want me to do?”. Maybe remake it? When I asked she called her supervisor. Every single time I order a drink here it tastes different. Never consistent with making their drinks and their employees are not friendly. Definitely going to a new location!

Worst service ever! My husband was there to order me a large rebel peach without ice and a small ice on the side because everytime I tell them to put less ice in my drink they don’t put less ice. Hence why I asked for large rebel no ice with a small cup of ice on the side. Today they put my drink in a regular size cup with no ice and they told my husband that that’s there large drink with no ice. My husband tried to explain to them 3 times he needs the drink in a large cup because he paid for large drink and that his wife will put the ice in there the way she likes it but they kept ignoring him. I’m very disappointed with the customer service and the way they treated my husband like he doesn’t know what he’s doing. Worst customer service!

Friendly upbeat staff! The broista who took our order also was so kind to give me her own sticker after hearing I don’t live near a DB!
