This bike store has high schoolers posing as professional bike mechanics. I tried to buy a new e-bike, but the mechanics could not properly build the bike to sell. High schoolers posing as professional bike mechanics might work for fixing a flat, but not for serious repairs or properly assembling a serious bike. I will shift my business to a bike shop that knows what they are doing. I can't believe that Specialized has granted a license to this shop to sell their products when the bike mechanics employed there are not qualified to build their bikes.

Bike needed new tires and tubes. Not letting me know, they also added a new shifter so I paid more than what I could afford. Good quality work but I won't be going back.

Brady Edwards is first and foremost a great human being. Second, he is a bright business minded man. Third, his customer service is second to none. I refuse to buy bikes or biking gear from anyone else, EVER!

Josh went above and beyond in fitting my new comfort to my original bike stem. He could have said “I can’t help you or You need to buy a new expensive part.” Instead, he problem solved in the spot. Now I can ride in greater comfort! Great customer service, Josh!!

Bountiful bicycle has been my (one and only) bike shop since the late '90s. Prior to this, I frequented multiple bike shops. Within a short period of time, Brady, Patrick, and the entire crew had completely separated themselves from the other shops. Now, the relationship is invaluable: They not only know my bikes, but they share my bikes' history, and seem to care about them as much as I do!.

Over the last 3 weeks I have worked with Luke at Bountiful Bicycle - trading in my old cyclocross bike for a new Specialized Diverge. They have been the very best to work with. Luke spent A LOT of time answering my questions, going over options and discussing bikes, options, accessories, and giving me advice, expert opinions, and putting up with my endless questions. They found a way to put together a cycle that meets all my little quirks and requirements, even trading out current brakes for the ones I wanted and made it all work, not only on the bike but with the $$ also. Picked up the bike today and again they spent extra time fitting and modifying again. First ride tonight was awesome. Everyone at Bountiful Bicycle were the best!!

Bought a bike here a year ago and was happy with my experience

I’ve had a great experience with this location. I bought a bike online and picked it up the same day. I accidentally damaged the bike and took it back the next day for repairs and they got it right in and took care of it immediately. These guys really earned my continued business by taking care of their customer!

Went in and bought a used bike that Brady had posted on KSL. It was a good experience! I’m a new rider and they were pretty informative and helped me get setup with a helmet, gloves, pump, etc. great staff, and I’ll definitely be back!

Great Customer Service. They assembled my bike and upgraded the tires and tubes. Great place to do business!!!

Just have to come on and give a shout out to the Bountiful Cycle. I've bought a couple bikes from them now, many repairs, road bike fittings and purchased parts. They've always been welcoming and fun to work with. Thanks again guys!!!

I've been to a lot of bike shops over the years and this one is top notch. Friendly and helpful and knowledgeable, the rare bike shop trifecta. Patrick, who sold me my new MTB, answered a ton of questions, explored my needs, and went out of the way not to 'upsell' me on a pro bike when the comp version suited my purposes. Their service and communication have been great too. Short version: I've found a new bike shop!
