refusing a type 1 diabetic their prescription DISGUSTING. Desk staff are RUDE and IGNORANT. Phone lines are NEVER answered yet if you dont go in for an appointment you can not have your insulin seriously????? WORST GP EVER. NEED CLOSING DOWN.

Worst doctors ever, they don’t care about they patients, takes over 100 phone calls to get through and for some reason the receptionist that work there seem to think that they are fully qualified doctors then selfs.

absolutely disgusting service they tell you to ring from 8am you do this to be placed in a callers que , to either get cut straight off get to caller 1 then phone line goes dead, or it just forever rings through and nobody answers. ive a few times walked upto the surgery stood in waiting room and rang the surgery could see lights flashing on the phone to alert of a call and nobody answered it they just sat there chatting away with eachother

As patient I am trying to cal you from morning, No response and this is not a first time. If I go ask they always says come and book your appointment. Then what is the purpose of phone you have? People with covid, chickenpox etc how they can come ??? Please solve this issues in the GP

Patient facing medical staff are great, but poor communications accessibility means the easiest way to get an appointment is to go into the surgery, which isn't good enough.

Their IVR needs to hold more than 5 callers, I don't mind waiting to speak to someone but most of the time I can't even make the queue. I've dialled them 273 times today and STILL not made the queue. (that's not an exaggeration)

After a quite frankly harrowing and painful first experience of having my abscess wound packed at a hospital, I went into this appointment terrified and in tears. However, the resolve to this appointment was that I was crying tears of relief at the end of my visit. I had a wonderful, kind nurse called Angela who talked me through every step and was gentle and responsive to my needs. She made me feel safe and the packing experience was 10x less painful then it had been at hospital. Amazing service and so proud to call this my GP!

They deserve less than 1 star unfortunately I could not put mines star or zero.before you register just call them at 8 am even you could not book for emergency services.

I literally signed up and met the staff first time the receptionist staff are absolutely careless you'd think if ur in pain you would be asked if your OK or do you need support clearly no wow I turned it in major agony and she receptionist was absolutely rude on top of that how many times do I need to ring through its constantly engaged put your phone back on the hub so patients can be dealt with wonder why your being marked 1 star I'd give 0

Hi, I'm just saying my own personal experience my names Ballal and I would like to say that Doctor Benjamin Chambers has changed my life. He has helped me out in my lowest points of life and still continuously does so. I can't thank him enough he is always attentive and considerate of my needs. Always calling to check up and not once has ever made me feel low, he tries his best to always uplift me with his high spirits and I'm amazed of someone like this who exists. I was on the brink of life and death and he was the only person who helped me and saved me from taking my own life and I can't thank him enough. If anyone wants to go to a reliable doctor and someone who they can put thier whole heart and faith into I would recommend Dr Benjamin Chambers. He's the best and will always look after your needs. Thankyou doctor for bieng so amazing.

This place is going fown the drain, if i could i'd give this -4 stars.. 1. Place is full of "juniors learning" there's no problem with that but when you do need a professional help and you're not in the facility for the 1st time but X'th amount of time again, then their juniors make things even more complicated, postpone treatments needed urgent care and don't help in any way. 2. We've been sent from here to A&E / ER, 3 or more times, hospitals etc, spent 12+ hours to be sent back to this GP as its my dads main GP practice. Then back again to Walk-in centre to check up, then to Mansfield for untrasound.. They sent my dads scans to this GP, they've been sent on tuesday, and only today - thursday they received it as "receptionist said, then she hang up on me" following with a message "the doctor will see them tomorrow (friday)" but of course fridays they work shorter time and then we have weekend, so for this whole "check" if my dads leg is treatable will take over 1 week aspecially that orthopedics clinic said IT'S URGENT. For this GP poractice nothing is URGENT just their payslips and holidays ofc :) 3. The amount of times this GP practice has neglected my family health and friends is unbelievably surreal / bad. You're better off calling 999 / 111 for help as they're more likely to do something. Otherwise you better wait for death as that's the same waiting time as for your appointment with a doctor at this GP practice. (Yes this is your typical indian GP practice). - Good Luck!

today my partner went for a cervical screening, after she have been asked to wear a face mask at reception, she explained the reason why she did not want to wear one ,the nurse than asked agian inside the room, insisting why my partner she does not want to wear one, making the all situaltion very odd expecially for the kind of visit she needed to be done. ( NURSE WAS INSISTING SAIYNG THAT WAS FOR HER PROTECTION) basede on legislation There is no power to enforce mask wearing by patients, and GPs should be cautious about declining to provide necessary care to a patient on the basis of their decision not to wear a mask. this i very unprofessional, if she decided to start a carrear in the medical field she should be taking care of people welfare as priority.

Joanna was incredibly helpful in getting us vaccine ready for our trip to South America, all staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. From the day of putting in our registration forms to join the centre, it took 6 days before we had our consultation and vaccines. Big thanks to all the staff!

Been ringing since 8 this morning,cut off 3 times!! And then no appointments left when you finally get through!
