Cannot make appointment face to face or over the telephone. Only way is through askmygp, put request through at 8.20am on Friday, receptionist rang 9.00am withheld number, missed the call due to school run, plus I never expected a GP to call back this quick. Then a very rude receptionist called back at 2.30pm to say all appointments are now taken, would you like me to book your son in for Monday...didn't care at all, noting meant anything to her, kept on saying we tried in the morning! The thing is why cannot themselves communicate via emails or messages to say they have called! Very poor services. Dr Khan practice owner is never available, absolutely rubbish service! NHS need to do something to protect patients

People rate this place 1 star but that's disrespectful, the GPs aren't bad its how the NHS limits their job to make them look more useless. For what they can do the doctors are always kind and doing the most they can. I do agree with people about how the receptionists are mean half the time, they need to stop, but other than that this place is fine.

Never can get an appointment here, it is ridiculous. Then get referred to the walk in centre why have a GP if you are always referred to a walk in centre with waiting times that are painful in itself. I understand the pressure we are all going through and I appreciate the work everyone is doing. With a very sick mother in the hospital and a full time job, I do not have the time to be waiting around for 3-4hrs

when you need an appointment you won't get are always busy ,at the clinic you wait an hour for your appointment, the doctor searches Google for a patient

Never get opinments the reception staff are useless and never helpful total waste of time other ones out there are better derby road or Ilkeston road. Dr. Khan is pathetic sent my daughter home after a severe tummy pain turned out it was appendix it burst had to call ambulance 18 years ago!!

I am writing this with deep regret. I have alot of respect for Dr Khan and Dr Ali. But my health comes first!! I have been a patient at high green from the day I was born (the 80's) but Why?....Why tell patients to use ask my GP for the site to down?!?. Why the receptionist ask patients to call in at 8am be put in a que for more than an hour. I have been trying for over a week to speak to a GP!! It was the GP that told me to call back if still not well. I have now resulted to take left over medication (antibiotics and steroids) from previous operation which is not enough to get rid of this chest infection, its just enough to keep it from getting worse and resulted to using inhaler more frequently. 111 fully booked 999 hours wait. Think it's time for health insurance. Because the NHS looks like its going to collapse.

Left them with a urine sample for my child to see if there was a possible infection. Had to chase up for an update myself that day as it was getting late and had not heard anything.When I rang then I was only told its been sent off to the lab for further testing. My child was only advised to drink loads of fluids and water. Still no update from them which i have to ring again to find out the resuots.

I absolutely despise this place. They're not helpful. Staff are rude. They don't care. They have an online system that is never available. They'd rather send you to the pharmacy rather than assist.

I thank all the staff. I visited with my daughter, I was very worried. But the doctor was much nicer, politeness is present. They also gave directions and found out the cause of the disease. Everything went great without delay. Thanks for your help.

Disgusting attitude from the receptionist. Can never get my little girl in to be seen. If her name was Abdul or she came here on a rubber dingy she would be seen by now. Fed up of our own system failing British citizens.

This practice is run by incompetent people they registered too many patients and staff is ill mannered and often rude and impolite too. If you want to ruin your health plz register here

1 star because less then that I cant choose,Absolute rubbish ,Total non professional team and worst appointment system they will ask you to use ask my GP and when you will go to website most of the time it's already closed saying we are short of staff due to this and that ,A team best in making excuses and not doing their job God knows why NHS using such rubbish surgery

Impossible to get an appointment, their website is compromised and has been involved in a data leak. Receptionist are unhelpful and rude, I understand your work load must be through the roof but when you’re dealing with sick people a little understanding and sympathy goes a long way.

The receptionists are so rude and unprofessional! If your overload with work then complain to the government not our fault! The stupid online system never works and when you ring the wait is more than an hour for them to then either put the phone down or say request online! Well if we need to do everything online what are you here for? GO HOME!

Me and my family have been with this surgery since 2008 and now had to left and join other Surgery. Since last few years it becomes very hard and almost impossible to get face to face appointment with GP. It looks like this surgery have registered too many patients beyond their control and unable to deal patients properly. Mostly offered phone appointment. First ring them for an appointment, you are lucky one if call get connected but struggle not finished yet, they will ask you wait some one call you. Lucky one if you don’t miss the call, then they ask about the issue and ask to send photos. After lot of struggle they will provide appointment with a student/ junior GP.

There open from 8am-10am but u can only get an appointment if u ring or go online at 8am anytime after you will not get it and be told to ring back. The online service is rubbish and if u have issues reception doesn't help. The reception staff are unhelpful and rude especially when dealing with ill patients. They have ignored serious health issues iv had thats resulted in me paying privately and being in thousands of pound worth of debt. I would not recommend this surgery to my worst enemy. Staff are increasingly rude and dismissive on the phone
