i
have
been
with
this
surgery
for
over
20
years,
and
i
can
in
part
agree
with
some
of
the
reviews.
i
have
had
experiences
in
the
past
of
receptionists
being
arrogant
and
unhelpful
but
in
recent
years
they
have
been
very
good,
and
polite.
i
don't
think
i
have
had
any
reason
to
see
a
female
doctor
apart
from
a
locum
once
who
was
pleasant
enough.
Doctors
Merry
and
Rose
have
always
been
superb
with
me,
though
these
days
i
do
avoid
Doctor
Tao,
initially
he
was
superb,
so
polite
and
very
understanding
but
after
a
while
i
just
felt
that
he
saw
me
as
a
time
waster,
it
was
just
his
mannerisms
towards
me,
yet
it
was
the
surgery
asking
to
see
me
to
review
my
meds.
So
whenever
i
have
had
the
need
to
see
a
GP
i
have
tried
to
avoid
Dr
Tao
but
only
because
i
felt
uncomfortable.
i
have
had
ex
work
colleagues
who
say
he
[Dr
Tao]
has
been
brilliant
and
very
caring
with
their
elderly
parents.
I
have
not
seen
a
GP
now
since
well
before
covid,
but
i
have
regularly
been
to
the
surgery
for
my
elderly
Mother-in-law
to
sort
things
out,
pick
up
some
medical
summaries
for
example
for
disabled
parking
badge
applications
and
each
time
i
have
been
treated
with
the
utmost
respect
and
courtesy.
During
covid
i
had
one
issue
and
a
doctor
called
me
as
promised,
provided
a
prescription
for
some
strong
pain
killers
and
pointed
me
towards
a
self
referral
body
to
help
me.
I
have
asked
for
medical
advice
for
my
mother
in
law,
reception
have
got
a
doctor
to
call
back
and
help,
so
i
have
no
issues
with
this
place
though
i
do
understand
how
a
few
people
might
feel
differently.
On
the
downside
their
telephone
system
is
not
efficient
and
perhaps
needs
to
be
reviewed,
updated
or
better
still
removed
so
you
get
straight
through
to
reception
as
it
is
not
brilliant,
though
i
have
not
experienced
it
anywhere
near
as
bad
as
some
people
claim.
