Receptionist is very rude and unhelpful and sounds very grumpy and abrupt. They are very unmotivated and lazy staff. Doctors are good and helpful but seems always busy might need more capacity for staff as hard to get appointment and mostly always busy need to catch an appointment by start ringing at 8 as it always books fully within 30 mins or so. There is no priority service aswell first come first serve or go to ER and out of hours team. Very poor management.

Doctors do not care nor respond with any genuine concern. This practice has totally deteriated over the last two years since Dr Taylor and Dr Rudrashetty left. Especially Doctor White and to be honest many of the other doctors patronise you and if you ask questions, they treat you as if you're creating unnecessary fuss. The locums are more informed, caring and helpful. I have seen non english speakers at reception treated disrespectfully by the asian receptionist, who wears glasses. No organisation nor consistency of service. I have also witnessed the delay and mix up procedures and treatment . Askmy gp service does not always work and you are expected to login and ask for an appointment within 3 minites before they close the appointment service. How ridiculous. Nothing inspires trust at this practice.

If my daughters name was Abdul or if we came to the UK on a rubber dingy we would of been seen. 4 times we phoned for a Dr to see our little girl. Get told to use app or go to a and e. Disgusting. Wasting hospitals time. They registerd to many patients and now only tell us we can't be seen. That is YOUR FAULT.

I Can't believe how this practice has changed, for the worst. Receptionist do what they are advised to do. Unfortunately the appt isn't working or the staff choose not to read requests. I can't understand the point of having an option requesting to see/speak to specific. We see randam gp each advising according to there understanding of issues. Unfortunately there is no continuity of care.

Really fast response, 21st century online booking is easy none of the waiting on the phone nonsense at 8am just to get told there are no slots available, so much better than my previous gp, and a choice of gps to make it easier to find new approaches that suit me, recommended

GP practice has gone down hill massively, if you want an appointment for your child I'd recommended registering them at a different GP. Tried numerous times to get my daughter who's under 2 years of age an appointment, we've been fobbed off so much it's resulted in me having to register my daughter at another GP practice.

Very bad service appointments are even harder to book now. The contact form is open for one hour at 8am. It should be on for all day. When you want to make a call, they will just tell you to book online.

Like many other GP practices, Fairfieldā€™s can be very frustrating to contact, both by phone or ā€œask my Gpā€. However, once achieved, I have found the GPS to be accommodating and helpful. i have been particularly impressed by the clinical pharmacist, Amar, and the Medical Secretary, Ruth, in dealing with my issues regarding medication and hospital clinic appointments. Both of these people have listened and understood my concerns, which has been very reassuring

I was actually struck of their books after not using for a few years, however accepted me back when I needed an emergency appointment. Was referred and seen by hospital within 2 weeks. Since diagnosis, the doctors at fairfields have been great, even calling me to make sure I've received referral. Always managed to get an appointment when needed one, sometimes a small wait but services are stretched everywhere its the NHS!

Recently updated appt booking system, makes it much easier to book appt online - though few available. Glad system changed though!

šŸ˜  Awful woman did my vaccines in Room 7. Tried fearmongering as a tactic to sell me more vaccines than I actually need. Seemed extremely culturally ignorant. They also tried to charge me for the full course of both vaccines that I had, when I only needed the first one. Would never go back here. Ā£130...

šŸ«¤ Very quick and easy to get an appointment. Incredibly expensive....much cheaper to go to the travel clinic at the university. Also push you to have vaccines you don't necessarily need.
