This is the worst medical centre I have ever been to. They don't answer any calls. And when they book appointments they are very unprofessional. I went to get a skin tag removed and the doctor sent me to a breast cancer center. Nothing to do with what I asked for. My daughter has eye allergies and when we called they would prescribe eye drops without even checking her. This people play with people's life and honestly they don't even care.

Absolutely terrible and unprofessional Medical Practice. Especially the reception staff who require customer service training immediately. The phones lines you are constantly in a queue and then they just disconnect you very disappointing this has happend to me, serveral times. The web says open 9am _ 6pm but got told have to ring at 8 am for an appointment. Dr Sharma is also rude everyone I see him he's says it because of my weight Unfortunately I have no option but to put a complaint in to the practice and NHS England.

Worst gp / doctor i have ever been. So rude, unprofessional, moaning about thier work, kept telling me that I haven’t had water or ate anything since morning. Asking me that what i need , i mean if i know what i need whats the need of you then. Disgusting people.

Unprofessional receptionist dealing with people in health care and doesn't know what she is talking about. I've asked simple questions that she should already know the answer too. This is people's life's and health care you are messing with I believe there should be experienced staff not children on the phone.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SURGERY!! I have never seen such horrible inconsiderate rude and dismissive staff! Receptionist don't want to help at all! An elderly lady who couldn't speak English well was dealt with terrible today as I was in! Been my drs for 4yrs but I'm done. The drs and receptionist are the rudest I've met. DO NOT GO HERE

Absolutely the worst surgery. Never answer the phone, called bang on 8 am and waited in queue position 8 for 3 hours, the call was never answered. Unable to get an appointment after calling every day for a week. Got so I'll that I ended up in a&e. The staff at this GP practicedont give a toss about the patients. Absolutely disgusting.

Suppose to open at 8 ring.and then they put on the recording saying we are sorry getting a high volume of calls at 2 mins past 8. The service as got worse since the merge.

My hearing is very poor and I use a hearing aid and I have to repeat the sentence several times for me to understand, but the staff of this treatment center talk to me with kindness and patience.

At a time when there is so much negativity towards the NHS and General Practice, I'd like to say how wonderful all the staff are here. Receptionists always happy to help and the regular doctors there are great and knowledgeable

Please don't register with them. The appointment system just doesn't work and they never pickup the phone, it's ridiculous.

The staff at the reception and doctors who I have seen are very helpful and very polite. the reviews on here don’t do justice. Thank you for all your help

Only went to greenfields as I couldn't see anyone at my surgery, think the doctor gets paid just for attending and not actually doing anything, he'd already made his mind up what was wrong with me before even looking at me , wouldn't even listen to me explain what was wrong , told me to shush for 20 seconds after asking me what was wrong , and all he wanted to do was sign me off work for 2 weeks!!! Overall service, not impressed at all

This is the only medical practice I've been to and I hope all aren't the same. They don't care to help and just want to dismiss you. Been pushing for something so simple for almost a year now till I finally broke down and clearly wasn't leaving till she did something to help. Asking for something so simple shouldn't require my tears for them to help and inappropriate questions were also asked. Overall these people clearly don't care and the attitude of the people working there and atmosphere is horrible.

I don't understand why GP's like this are even allowed to exist?? They are rude, insulting, unprofessional and damn right disrespectful. They need to be shut down. They shouldn't be allowed to get away with treating people the way they do. I honestly hope when they are in need of help of a GP professional help they are showed the same amount of respect and care they do everyone else.. (NON) Awful place to registered DON'T BOTHER!!!!!!!!

I have skin problem and it’s been more than 3 months I’m trying to get simple gp appointment and still I’m on waiting list, I have paid a huge sum of insurance just to suffer and be on waiting list, nice
