Unfortunately
I
have
to
select
at
least
1
star
before
I
can
post
this
comment.
This
practice
is
not
worthy
of
a
star.
I
understand
and
appreciate
that
practices
are
possibly
understaffed
and
having
to
deal
with
a
lot
of
demand
and
pressure
but
this
cannot
be
the
same
excuse
being
used
time
and
time
again.
The
receptionists
at
this
practice
are
extremely
rude,
there
is
no
care
nor
regard
for
their
patients.
I
have
had
argument
after
argument
as
they
always
fail
to
provide
me
with
an
appointment.
After
arguing
they
then
sigh
and
then
offer
an
appointment.
They
have
such
bad
attitude.
What
is
the
point
of
having
a
GP
if
we
cannot
make
an
appointment
with
them.
Fair
enough,
they
may
be
booked
up
however
I
don’t
understand
how
the
receptionists
have
the
nerve
to
speak
to
the
patients
the
way
they
do.
My
personal
opinion
is
that
practices
such
as
these
are
based
in
lower
class
areas
consisting
of
people
from
all
different
ethnic
backgrounds,
some
that
are
fluent
in
english
and
some
that
are
not.
A
lot
of
patients
unfortunately
experience
the
same
treatment
by
these
receptionists
that
treat
everybody
with
the
same
tone
and
paint
them
with
the
same
brush.
I
believe
the
staff
need
to
be
equipped
with
better
training
and
really
up
their
attitude.
This
is
mine
and
my
family’s
health,
I
don’t
need
to
be
arguing
with
receptionists
to
get
through
to
a
GP.
This
is
not
just
one
experience
by
the
way,
it’s
the
constant
treatment
I
face
with
this
practice.
