Most awful medical practise. The receptionists have such bad attitude sometimes. I went in for a serious and delicate matter concerning my health and had incorrect information added to my medical record. I didn't find out such information was added until I book another appointment for another matter completely unrelated and the other doctor ask me about it. I tried to tell them that the information was incorrect but they didn't advise me how to sort it out. I changed practise but the incorrect information is still on my medical records. I haven't had a positive experience with this practise in the 2 years I was with them. The CQC should really investigate.

If you are new to the area please do not register at this surgery. The most simple things like requesting a prescription, they make so difficult. All of my medication is usually late, sometimes I don’t receive the right items even though I’m on dialysis and have kidney failure. I have tried to resolve it so many times with them. I now request my medication from Echo online, but the surgery still manage to mess up their role in that too. Dealing with them is so stressful and on the verge of upsetting when you are missing medication you need. I will be changing surgery.

Sometime you find 😇 sometimes you find 👹 At the reception and am sure that everybody knows who's The 😇 and who's the 👹 I try to find good thing to say but really incapable to do the simple thing Why they let it open ?

Dr Lao is the only doctor I have ever seen here who seems to actively care and be interested in the patients. Fortunately I haven't had to visit too many times.

Got a appointment after 10 days and then had to wait 34 mins as the doctor was running late.

You shouldn't call them doctors ,very rude, booked for HGV driving chek,asked for £120 first, l cancelled it,and found £47 in City centre

Don't bother, terrible rushed and always locum docyer

I m completely satisfied with both doctor and reception. The doctor was very helpful and caring while the girls at the reception was very kind and helpful.

I can't even get through to make an appointment telephonically. And the few times I've been there in they are very short and don't actually pay attention to your issues

Avoid at all cost. Dr. Lo not suppose to be called a doctor. She is refusing all referrals and treatments saying that patients are unreasonable cost for NHS!!!! even when contacted by A&E and asked for referral she is refusing and saying you already been to a&e if they didn't help I will not do anything to help you!!! She is a joke . AVOID AVOID AVOID
