Been part of the Surgery for years and service over the time has been declining. Had my blood taken recently more than a week ago but no results. Have called them few times and every time there is a promise to find out what happened and absolutely nothing. There is absolutely no sense of concern or responsibility shown by anyone just lame excuses. Really disappointed.

This is the worst GP ever. There is a Dr there called Atiomo who is incompetent and rude and very unprofessional. I would love to see her qualifications because I highly doubt she is a proper Doctor. I would not recommend this surgery even to my worst enemy. People's lives are at risk as long as this surgery is allowed to keep operating.

This practise is unprofessional and potentially dangerous. The average waiting time for an appointment is around 19 days and you will be extremely lucky if you can book an appointment for that week for emergency. Also, the the nurse was taking a blood test and she couldn't find the vein (the normal procedure for this is to refer you to a hospital if they can't find the vein) so she tried the other arm and she couldn't find the vein. She twisted the needle in my arm to try to find a vein. I have moved to a different GP now.

This is not a medical center, when you try call to make an appointment, the response when answered says "no appointments" when the call comes in. When it arrives, I have no idea what follows, they ask you to message crew for help or get it on Google, they are funny and they taking people away is not embarrassing. very bad experience

I saw my doctor only 1 (!) time here, No doctors, incompetent staff, no chance to book an appointment online, even if you call them 8:00 you'll be waiting for 40-45 mins when they say no more appointments for the day and no option for booking an appointment in advance.

I live not too far from here so it’s easy to get to,all the staff are great and really friendly.

Dr Atiomi is nothing but a screen watcher, if she has to touch you she looks horrifued. Terrible surgery that is only interested in numbers on books for money.

was called a Gp in the morning 8am and ask them to book me to see the GP because i have allergy and want to do a blood test to find out what is the allergy was call 3x times and 2x times they said we will call you back.. no one is calling me back and then was call again in the morning and the lady told me this allergy is not emergency so she know already how i feel and what my skin even she dont meet me.. this is a joke and she ask me to call again in the morning next day ! for wasting time i have to take every single day an allergy tablet because my skin has red things coming out.. and itch for 2 months ago and the receptions lady said this is not emergency !

I love The Alice Medical Centre the reception Staff are so nice and friendly and the doctors and nurses there are so nice too and they listen and help anyway they can I moved to Nottingham from London and the treatment from London was so awful moving to Nottingham was the best decision I made thank to everyone that has helped me and given me information that I needed with feeling horrible after 😊😊

Absolutely awful, wait times are shocking and seems to be a constant problem. Only stay because its close to my house. But absolutely shockingly poor.

Waiting time is a joke, you can't be late but they usually are late 20, 30 mins. Tbh waiting time wouldn't be an issue if I would get help there. The lack of knowledge is shocking, especially female doctor. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who's looking for help, all what you get is "keep an eye on it for the next few weeks, it'll go by it self and take some paracetamol" etc.

This GP surgery is absolutely appalling with the most unprofessional and rude staff members I would not even recommend my worst enemy to go there. It took an hour to be seen for an appointment originally made for 10 we got seen at 11 and this was for my daughter, originally they told us no appointments were left then after complaining we got a call back saying they got one my child was in pain told to take paracetamol until an appointment was available! Disgusting considering this surgery is in partnership with the NHS I work in health care never ever going back there again.

Bad Service, and very bad reception there is not any doctors to c u unexperienced when you tell them, what’s your problem they searching in Google they give you the wrong medicine
