The last time I was in a Marks and Spencer was in Hong Kong over ten years ago. Previously, when they were in Toronto before they left the Canadian market. I wasn't sure what to expect when I entered the store. My 5 year old daughter immediately started looking through the kids clothes but didn't find anything that caught her eye. I browsed the menswear section on the upper most level. This store has 4 levels in total so it is very large.

Good sized store with multiple floors. Great selection of clothes.

I love Marks and Spencer, the shop looks immaculate, easy to navigate, their products are top quality and one of the best shopping experience in Nottingham and in any British city.

Mandy at the bra fitting appointment was a natural! I was super self conscious about my body but she made me feel right at home. She is an amazing lady. By the end of my appointment I felt super confident and all of the above, comfortable in my own bra for the first time ever! I didn't want to take my bra off even when I got home. Lovely, large M&S store; situated in the city centre. Has multiple levels, accessible via escalator. This is one of the only places I shop for outfits for work, and I always find what I need. They are not cheap, but the quality of their clothing is outstanding. The foodhall is situated at the lowermost level, and I always buy their fruit when I'm there. It's always fresh, and tastes great. Well worth the price. The noticeable reduction in plastic-free packaging is also commendable.

Its weekends and the store was packed. The lift was un-function (not sure why). Overall loves to shops the groceries and food section. The cashier was friendly and attentive. Thanks.

Been out shopping with the wife popped in for a quick coffee right price, lovely people.

There seems to be a real issue with the sizing of the men's clothing, not a stote problem. The staff I'm the men's department have been lovely and helpful, despite me returning 5 x kn a week exchanging trousers. Sadly my experience with Lesley in Lingerie has been very unpleasant, what a rude woman who would benefit greatly from some customer service training g or removing from the the tills. Not what I expect from M&S

Cafe menu in your main Nottingham store had so many items unavailable that it gave virtually no choices at all. Also we were required to drink tea from a takeaway paper mugs and food from paper plates using a takeaway wooden knife. I was absolutely disgusted with the experiece of eating here. The staff tried their best but could not make up for the lack of basic equipment required for an eating establishment. I have just travelled back from Australia and could not believe the drop to an unbelievably low standard in the store.

Not been in here for years tbh. Suit shopping in town with the hubby today. The service in here was excellent. Maria was extremely professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble, not had service like that for a long time. Made a very necessary task very easy.

Ordered school uniform 10 days ago for store collection next day. The website allows you to order stuff that they don’t have or they run out of! Not sure marks and Spencer’s should invest inventory system?! One part of the order only available online has been cancelled. The other part even though available on site but click and collect won’t cancel my online order. Places like this don’t deserve to be in the high street in this age! The customer service or the lack of it is appalling! No one wants to take accountability.. just blame the system or warehouse.. no intention to help the customer in front of you! Shame!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing their customer service, and I must say, it was outstanding! Coby provided excellent advice, and their social interaction was top-notch. They were friendly, attentive, and made me feel valued as a customer. Plus, their customer support was exceptional - they went above and beyond to address my needs and ensure my satisfaction. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of great customer care. They truly know how to make customers feel special!

I associate Marks & Spencer with quality unfortunately that doesn't extend to their cafe food. Toastie was microwaved so not at all toastie chips were disappointing. The two stars were for the service but I'd give -1 for food!

Wanted suede gloves, poor choices. Cafe was busy tables weren't cleared and no trays. Checkout Service is disorganised, cashiers leave the till to serve drinks and fetch missing items (trays and teapots).

M&S have so many things and expensive. I've tried the testers for REN skincare and were amazing , but I bought the wrong things from flapping over the ranges. The lady working on the beauty section must of been laughing how I was trying to convince her I knew about skin care. But who wants simple facewash, it's your skin, don't spend £1 on it.

Went to meet a friend in the café. Queue was relatively small but still a prolonged wait for my order. Plenty of vacant tables. My coffee was pleasant and my friend enjoyed her pot of tea.

Really rude old woman in the fitting room (1st floor). She could be more kind as we're not going there to steal anything! So we left without buying anything cause of this horrible person.
