Fresh n slow should be the name of this place, 3 kebab wraps and a garlic bread ordered well over 1 hour 40 mins ago. Phoned to cancel the order. Stay well away

SCAMMERS… taken over other businesses and not delivering- stay clear! - review from the other place - hot stuff SCAM!! The original HOT STUFF, closed early 2021… the owner sold machines etc to another take away in the area - (isn’t public knowledge) - but left this as OPEN online. - they accept orders and do not deliver.. or if it’s a simply order sometimes they do. I was scammed out of £30, if you ring the number, it’s not in use anymore.. and the mobile number is never answered. - in around 50 calls, he answered once saying it will be 5 mins and never got anything and never answered again. Because of how they have done it, if you go and try and see why you haven’t got your food, you’ll be created by an empty take away store. - without the knowledge I gained from my source… this is so they are never trace… apparently there is a few more in the area they have done this with - taking advantage of places closing over covid… allegedly… they actually work out of Fast n Fresh in Mansfield woodhouse.- contacting police with this info.

ordered 2nite granted its boxing day....however rang 4 times after the hour of waiting only to be told be 5 mins 4 times the kebab burnt your mouth off the pizza was burnt and bland will never be ordering again absolute rammel....

It takes over an hour for them to deliver the food and I only live 15 minutes away. When the food gets here it’s already cold and the chips are soggy. Burnt meat. Gave this place enough chances and they just keep messing up. I ordered 3pc chicken strips, 6pc onion rings, cheese burger and a plain regular chips, everything else came cold but they did not send my chips and now I have tried to ring them to tell them they forgot my chips there is no answer. This isn’t the first time they’ve “forgot” parts of our order before. I certainly won’t be returning back here. This place needs a reality check and definitely new staff and better food

absolutely awful, ordered at 20 past 12 and didn’t get our food until 10 past 2, man who answered the phone was a liar and told me it had been on its way for 10 mins at half past 1 and when i rang again 15 mins later her told me it would be another 5 mins when it’s only a 10 min drive from the place, he also proceeded to end the phone on me both times and then ignore my calls, when the food finally arrived it was freezing cold and tasted nasty

Absolutely awful. Ordered chicken burger and salad. Came with nosalad. Cold chips and cheese and the carton the burger was in looked like it had been kicked around the floor. Was asked to ring on arrival as ut was late. Hammered on the door like a mad man . Rang to complain rude mam who doesn't give a toss

Ask for Pepperoni, peppers & doner meat on a pizza & this is what you get. And don’t even think about ringing to complain.. the disinterested female hangs up & then won’t pick up. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Seems to have been taken over by someone else yet again..pizza's are now mostly just dough and crust and are tiny and are not that nice anymore, manners also cost nothing so when you go why cant they even say hi or smile? They also dump rubbish across the road which i have saw rats in due to it (massive issue council have been made aware by others) If you order from here NEVER get it delivered go fetch it! delivery drivers have always been terrible and cant follow simple instructions, they'll just deliver to a random house on your street and hope for best! my house number is 36 yet they somehow delivered it to a door that literally says 24 on it! then when you ring them up they deny making a mistake and put phone down, they never answered again until we phoned on another number...long story short some random house down road got free food and i had to get a refund from justeat and wait hours to get food from elsewhere after a long day! They constantly change name i don't know why, seems they just pass the takeaway around to different people in a group to have a go, was called peri peri something now its back to fresh n fast, seems they are also deleting profiles on ordering apps and remaking them to remove awful ratings. The service i can't stand but the food was decent for the prices up until the recent change, £5 for a pizza the size of a small plate thats 90% crust.

Very lovely staff. I was in a difficult situation and they were very kind and understanding. They gave me a bottle of water even though i didn't have any money, which was desperately needed as it's the hottest day of the year and no shops are open. Thank you Fast and Fresh

Pathetically slow and late delivery. I also put that a cannot hear door knocked upon delivery as I live upstairs, but after an hour, I was luckily downstairs waiting. Delivery guy says he “doesn’t understand English”. Place is probably not even 2 miles away and it’s a Sunday. First and only time I have ordered, never again.

Unfortunately this wasn't good and I had a strips and chips meal, no taste, no salt, the sauce is not good. The shops is filthy and needs to clean up, rubbish everywhere, windows dirty. This is a honest review. I wish I tried the pizza but the person barely speaks to you. I will help you if you want

Food took an hour and 50 mins to arrive, only a burger and chips. Food itself tasted lovely and was hot when arrived, food is quality for money.
