Let's start with the positives. The room was what I would consider clean. There was a bar of soap / shampoo provided. The staff were friendly upon arrival. Other than that this place is a shambles. Rooms back on to a beer garden, bar and function suite blare music till 1am. I politely asked if they could move people inside after 12am, at which point they stated that this an 'entertainment premises' and made me feel like I was out of order for querying. The room: smelly, stuffy, no coffee, tea or amenities. No towel rail or coat hooks. It was small and very dated. As many other reviews have said there are a plethora of places i'd rather stay; a car, a hedge, Longbridge station to name a few. I'll never be back.

Went here and was guided to the wrong room and someone and someone answered the door while trying to unlock the room we were GUIDED too. The place is rough, drunks in the lobby, loud music going on till 2AM, with rooms essentially next door to a function room/night club. This place can’t be a social club/ restaurant/function room and a hotel it could never work. Pick one and do it properly.

The room itself was clean, there was no bin provided though. There was loud music played in the venue until the early hours, with a bass so loud the beds were vibrating. There was shouting and arguments in the corridor throughout the whole night and at one point we even heard someone being arrested outside our rooms. Will never be staying here ever again.

This hotel should not be stayed in. Fire doors propped open, my window opened onto a single storey flat roof that did not close. Bass beat music until 1am in the morning that was so loud that my room and the fittings in it were vibrating. Blood in the bathroom and frankly I was afraid to leave my room to speak to the staff as the reception was in the bar area where drunk youths were in attendance. So bad there was a security man on the door.

Had a memorial here for a close friend. Staff were lovely and professional. Good live act (MnM). Prices reasonable and with the right glasses . however ladies' toilets were 3rd world seriously BAD ! Dirty and no toilet seat . We're in England in 2023 DISGUSTING not good

Stayed here a few times now staff helpful good beer rooms clean if you need a kettle as behind the bar shop on corner to by thing

Had my wedding 10 June 2023. What a fantastic day/night. Claire the manager went above and beyond for us. Bar staff was out of this world worked so hard for us. Lovely atmosphere Recommended this place 10 out of 10

The Greenlands is a nice friendly social club. The main area has a snooker table, pool table and dart board with TV's to watch the sport. There are functions rooms for people wanting to hire out for do's, and a nice beer garden round the back. The only downside of the bar is it always seems to be sticky. We've used this pub many times over the years and you can gaurantee as soon as you put your arm on the bar it will stick to all the spilled drinks. A regular wipe from time to time to save customers arms wouldn't go amiss! The rooms are basic but clean. The only downside to the rooms is you don't get a kettle to make a coffee in the morning (We have stayed 4 times for work and social activities and never had a kettle so it wasn't a one off!). That's not the end of the world though as there are cafe's nearby.

Rooms were very clean with towels supplied and a TV in every room. The bar was lively with great service from the staff team.

Bedrooms on top of a function room and pub, very noisy. Room we stayed in black mould on ceiling, toilet seat slanted, shower tiles dirty, radiator hanging off wall. No tea or coffee making facilities
