    Absolute shambles of a practice from the very start, from trying to sign up with the GP to getting in contact with the midwife its been horrendous. No contact from the practice at all regarding sign up then when trying to contact the midwife noone seemed to know where she was? Or they were just acting like they didn't know. As it turns out she's been off for 6 months and apparently there's only 1 midwife in the whole of west Yorkshire. But this info wasn't even given over until the 4th time of calling. Then when she does call, its after my partner is back at work and then the midwife isn't even in the practice after 12. The receptionist then tells my partner that she was calling her about being late for her appointment that has never been arranged! So now we have to wait again till Monday for another call while my partner is at work to try and get somewhere, this is after a whole 5 weeks of trying and we are due for our 12 week scan next week! Absolutely shocking and a real disappointment to the NHS. What should be a happy time for us is full of undue stress that a newly pregnant woman can do without. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

    Receptionist speaks to you like a child, so rude and unfriendly- I thought people with this job were supposed to be caring and considerate and she’s the farthest thing from it. Want me to call between 11-1 to get a prescription, but unfortunately I have this thing called a job which means I’m not available to call in this minuscule window to order my prescription. Got my mum to call and they want me to go in for an appointment before I can get my prescription, but getting an appointment is near impossible so I can’t even do that. Absolutely laughable never known such a shambles

    Absolutely shocking I have a 1 year old baby and when ringing up for past few days they told me no appointments there is never no appointments and always say ring 111 and best thing about it you go to the doctors and there is never noone in the waiting room sometimes the staff are rude not very good for a doctors

    Receptionist are polite and point you to where’s best to sort your problem out. DRs are very good . Dr Isobel Disney is my preferred Dr. Nurses I found when I’ve needed them were spot on.

    The worst medical care in this place (specifically, no medical care). The waiting time for a regular blood test is over two weeks. One doctor was completely unhelpful as I had problems with numbness and I asked for comprehensive blood tests. He said that my blood tests a year ago were good, so now I am also fine without any test (only at that time I was absolutely healthy). Normally, these are not serious people who call themselves professionals.

    Very poor set up no appointments available not able to book in advance. Had to take my 7 year old son to hospital to the urgent care at Pontefract All the decent doctors seem to be leaving this is all since it became park green surgery.

    Shocking service , you just can not get through , I had a telephone appointment this morning - no one rang . When this is highlighted , all you get back is , it’s busy .. it’s not getting any better
