I had my first treatment today and it was amazing. Narissa made me feel so comfortable and talked me through each step of the colonic hydrotherapy. It was really quite fascinating. Initially I felt a little cold when the trratment finished but after 15 mins I felt like I could move mountains! I feel great. Definitely something to try if you are having gut issues.

Colonics hydrotherapy, specifically Serene Therapies, may not be an obvious self-care but it is definitely about caring for yourself, especially your gut. Narissa is gentle, caring and very attentive to your needs. I definitely recommend! 5 stars from me!

Being a 36 year old man and a first timer, I was pretty scared going in! But I was getting desperate to relieve myself of some bad prolonged bloating and constipation and decided to go for it.
