Terrific store! Lots of choice. We visited the cafe for a drink and were tempted by the cakes! Good old fashioned vanilla slices. Yum. The aisles in the shop were wide and bright. Covid-wise it felt very safe. Lots of mask wearers.

Me & my family had a day out in Haworth this was a great stop off on the way home ! Time for a bit of shopping an amazing cafe up stairs with a massive outside balcony! The food & coffee & cakes good ! Staff are very helpful! In this store something for everyone women men kid’s teenagers! Top brands for good prices ! Books , kitchen stuff make up stores , perfumes & aftershave stores discounted prices ! Toilets are amazing ! Carpark is fantastic !

Great place for shopping and treating yourself to some goodies. I had my lunch in BB's Cafe and ate next to the balcony where the warm sun was shining.

Plenty of things to browse and buy at great prices. Upstairs cafe good for lunch or just a drink. Love coming here and happily spend around 3 hours. Plenty of parking/toilets/other eating places.

Lost of variety in places to both eat and shop. Plenty of free parking. All the staff we came across were chatty, friendly and helpful. Would recommend and go agsin

Had a great Friday afternoon here started off in the restaurant with a fabulous meal. Then the shopping for dresses (not for me) for Caron.Spend ages looking as it was so quite then we meet Lorraine. For you ladies she Lorraine worked in the Roman department. Don't think shopping has been so easy as she did a fantastic job selecting so many dresses for her. Must admit they were really beautiful we came away with 4. Look for her when your shopping there makes our life so easy gent's.

Good variety of clothes and shoes, especially for older ladies. Nice and big and plenty of space for a pram. Cafe on the second floor is big and the service was quick - was so warm we couldn't stay long after finishing especially with a baby but staff were kind enough to warm baby food up for me. Would visit again.

Absolutely LOVE this outlet! 😀 Lovely large light and airy building set out more like a department store FULL of wonderful stock at reduced prices. The café/restaurant offers many choices where you can punctuate your hours of shopping! 😁 I could happily while away a whole day here and still want to go back for more, if funds allowed! Set in a beautiful spot in Lancashire, a visit would certainly NOT disappoint, and the people are so friendly and staff very helpful. I can hardly wait for my next visit! 😊

Great shopping experience, there are some bargains to be had for sure. Only slight critique would be that everything I liked was in small or XL and I'm not. Plus the staff seem to group in packs, chatting but if you do interrupt their chatter, they do help. Staff in the cafe were lovely and helpful, food was nice

Great place to shop. Its a very large 2 floor building with 3 eateries. Everything from clothes to things for the house. Prices are good and plenty of discounts. Just off the motorway and plenty of parking space. Been a few times and have always enjoyed it

So many choices of clothes with brands to suit many, bedding, towels, homeware with 3 different places to eat. Lots and lots of free parking. In recent years the floor area has been set out much better and in a more uniformed manner.

We've got to travel to Boundary Outlet at Colne..It's just a terrific atmosphere and a place to be. Most things you need and a great choice all in one building. Staff are very helpful and polite. Café, Restaurant/s, plus a Chippy at the other end of the car park (free). The food's tasty too.

Just bought a jacket, shirt, trousers and belt from the Skopes outlet. A lovely lady called Ann was amazing. Really helpful and professional. Went to pay, then offered a discount as sales were on. Didn’t get the lady on the desk’s name but she helped me download the app to enable me to get a good reduction. Really pleased because in the larger outlets, you don’t get the personal touch. You do at Boundary Mill. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Prefer visiting here Sunday. Friendly staff, good variety and more importantly, you won’t get trouble to find parking here.

It's got just about everything. Some great bargains, but worth checking online. Nice restaurant downstairs and a good fish and chip shop. Parking is no problem. Only problem is that it can be too big, allow plenty of time to get round

Called New Year's Eve. Not too busy and lots of tills on so no queuing. Great place to visit. Lots of different brands always at reduced prices. Good time to visit is the sales and, with the app, an extra 10% off. Excellent parking and plenty of it. Super clean toilets!! There is a fish and chip restaurant at the entrance of the car park and a good cafe inside too . One thing to be aware of- do not follow the post code on your satnat! When you get near enough follow the brown signs for Boundary Mills. We go to all the Boundary outlets - right up to the one near Newcastle if we are up that way. They are all worth a visit but Colne is definitely the best!

I was pleasantly surprised on my recent visit. The clothing stock is much more modern than it used to be, with some great designer brands too. The home section is excellent on the top floor with some great savings to be had. Some really good options for eating too, we went to The Hive restaurant on site which was delicious and really reasonably priced too. Plenty of on-site parking too.

If you've got time on your hands then worth a visit. Something there for everyone. Just don't like the layout downstairs.. You can pass things by or miss them without knowing.. Not great merchandising

It’s big. It’s tiring. But plenty to see and buy. The cafe is very good. Really friendly staff there. The food was excellent and not expensive. The car park is busy. Try and go midweek to miss the crowds

Quite impressed. First time I've been for ages. Its had a very good makeover. Looks much brighter and modern. Good stock, well laid out.

Massive place lots of designer makes and spaces (shops) to choose from. Large discounts available on lots of items. Great choice and variety. The place is a credit to the staff,it's laid out beautifully, everything is so clean and sparkling. The assistants I interacted with were friendly cheerful and helpful. Had a great visit 👍

Boundary mill.... Got some good items as always from here..... But but but when we went in to the restaurant ( Bannister)..... How has this place got to this poor poor level?..... We always have a meal in here..... But sadly it will be the last time.... Poor service poor meal ( broccoli you struggled to cut it never mind eat it)..... The overall meal was very poor..... After the meal we waited for some service to order a sweet but nobody was available..... If the restaurant was busy I could understand it but it wasn't.... Plenty of tables empty..... So all in all we will be going to boundary mill again..... BUT certainly Not Bannister restaurant.

Better than I thought it would be. Plenty of parking in a well planned car park. Nice and spacious inside. Lots of mini departments with a wide variety of goods. Even though on my visit there were quite a few people visiting it didn't feel over crowded. I think if you look there are quite a few bargains to be had.

I quite like this fish and chip shop restaurant. It's got good ambiance. A plus has to be that they say they fry their fish and chips in pure vegetable oil without any horrible lard added to the oil. I also liked the upside down small boats decor hanging from the ceiling and when you look out the window it seems like the motorway is heading towards you whilst you eatt. An overall pleasant experience when we were there for lunch.

Found some very nice clothes here and the prices were very reasonable. The store has plenty of things for the home and a perfume shop where the staff were very helpful and went the extra mile to make our purchase special. Plenty of parking here with easy access to M65.

I enjoy shopping here especially if you go early it's not as busy. The coffee bar isn't that good and let's the shop down. Coffee watery they need to adjust the machine we actually returned our coffees. The clothes and household goods are good love a brand

Pretty much the best clothing and home store in the county. Excellent dining on site. It kind of amuses me that tour operators bring buses full of ladies of a certain age to spend a few hours here.

Better set out everything easier to view. Lots of lovely items can probably find anything you need. Its bright, spacious i could spend hours just looking round. Its not too expensive for some things.

I have managed to get to 67 years old without visiting here. I absolutely hate shopping ! I'm the guy who you see standing outside all the shops while my wife is going up and down every isle....just looking....I must admit it wasn't such a bad experience. Nice quality items on sale. I admit after an hour I sat in the car while my continued shopping. Hey ho....!

Brilliant day shopping. Cafe reasonable prices and clean and nice food. 1 star loss was for not being informed to pay for M&S items in M&S. All four of our party had to leave carefully chosen items at main checkout because of time constraints....

Not been for few years. Was in the area so called in. Much better. Do some good fashion. Bags, shoes some designer, beauty. Much improved. Will visit again nut will be next year due to distance.
