It is an awful experience. Last time everything was good,but this time is so upset for me.Foods are delicious,but the attitude is a horrible nightmare. Pic 1 is my brunch,pic 2 is my friend’s brunch.Can you believe it is the same food Item same size? The thing is,my friend order a regular size,but she found the credit card deduction tip is the big size.So she pointed it to the staff.The staff return some coins,like a shame?I am unfamiliar with the British culture.So she paid the same price with me,got a shamed and Discriminatory Brunch. More ridiculous,when I come back to home,and check the deduction tips,found I also paid a big size(like pic 3) prize for regular size!Also when I order my brunch, which I wanted is a Regular Veggie Breakfast!Everything is wrong If you are a British citizen , I have no advice for you. If you are a foreigner,it seems not a wise choice.

Lovely dog friendly restaurant. The staff are really welcoming and helpful, they brought over a bowl for our pup. Food options are reasonably priced.

Lovely food, attentive staff and great atmosphere. Would recommend Bendigo Lounge to anyone visiting West Bridgford. They have a large menu and a great selection of nibbles, tapas, cakes and drinks. They have a vegan/veggie menu and a gluten free menu, plus the ability on the app to add/remove/switch items in your meal. Something for everyone! Will definitely be coming back 😊

Part of the lounge chain, it’s nice and spacious especially good for kids and staff are always friendly. Food is always good if a little over priced and they do a vegan and gluten-free menu.

First time trying the Bendigo Lounge, it was lovely. Had always thought out looked nice from the outside and going inside it didn't disappoint. The food was all cooked to order and fresh, there were a number of good vegan options and they serve brunch all day which is a welcomed difference to most places. We managed to make used of the two for £10.50 cocktails and tried a couple of different ones the Raspberry Vanilla Martini being a standout. Would have liked a couple more vegan dessert options as there wasn't a lot of choice in that area. The service was great and all the staff were nice. This is deffinetly a place I recommend and will be visiting again in the future.

Friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere for either a coffee or food. The food looked great although I didn't have any.

Dog friendly, we ordered 3 tapas for £12.50 which is a great deal. Korean chilli chicken wings was too salty and the wings was too dry. Other then that it’s all great.

We're fans of the various Lounges, having visited a few. Great for lunch and great for groups too. I think decor is 'kitsch' aka nothing matches or is uniform. Which just adds to its charm. Good food, ordered on your phone (no app needed), and VERY tasty. We had burgers and they were excellent. No room for dessert, alas.... There's Beyond meat for vegetarian option btw. Note: often a queue on Saturdays

We dropped in for Saturday lunch whilst out shopping and visiting family. It was quite busy but we were able to get a table without booking or waiting. We liked the quirky atmosphere, staff were helpful and quick to serve us, and the food was very good. Upstairs it was hot so we stayed downstairs, and i noticed that they allow dogs inside, but other than that it was a great experience.

Been here for breakfast on multiple occasions, absolutely stunning. Everything is cooked excellently and they’re very flexible when it comes to changing things on your meal. The staff are always lovely and the atmosphere is perfect. The one thing I will say, whilst not enough to lose them any points, if you’re on the tall side you may find it a bit of a squeeze getting under the tables.

Had brunch in here, food took a little while but was totally worth it! I don't think the service is typically slow either. The food is absolutely delicious, reasonably priced and the atmosphere is fantastic. Nice relaxed vibe with pleasant music and decor. I had the Miami brunch and it blew my mind.

Christmas lunch: good price, tasty food, good selection, nice staff and we were allowed to take our time. Quirky artwork on the walls adds to the atmosphere. My only criticism is that when ordering by mobile most people don't leave a tip for the staff because one pays before receiving the food.

I had an awesome meal with few friends on a Bank Holiday I had pink lemonade as soft drink (delicious) and a burger vegan and gluten free plus fries and slaw, staff was paying attention when I mentioned my allergies and I want to highlight this is really important. Great customer service. Burger was really tasty. Interior design is cool and very nice.

We visited today and had great experience. The food arrived fast, looked good and was tasty. Cappuccino is nice, but you might want to skip the cake. There are many options to customise the food when ordering through phone. We were served by a young girl with pink hair. She was very friendly and polite and made us feel very welcomed.

We've been here before and do like this cafe. I just think they can do better. This visit we ordered burgers which were good, but unfortunately they were served with cold fries and homemade coleslaw on the plate which had been left to warm under the heat lamp so inedible! Serving cold coleslaw and hot fries should not be difficult for a nice cafe like this.

Cosy lounge style restaurant in the centre of Beeston, great for intimate nights out or group celebrations as the tables were great sizes and didn't feel too crammed in. Fab vegan menu and special offers with online ordering via a qr code. Service was super fast and the food looked, and tasted, delicious. Quite an extensive beer and wine menu and upstairs seating available. Allergen menus also available and we were impressed by how extensive the menu was - it was very difficult to choose between all of the delicious sounding dishes!

Always know what you get here, very consistent service and food quality. Great place to come especially if not booking. Lots of food choice.
