Terrible experience, was told to go else where by a member of staff without even telling her what type of appointment I wanted, she then told me the wrong time to ring up in the morning to get an appointment. Eventually when ringing at the correct time 8:30 am, the line was busy untill I was eventually put on hold for ten minutes, when I got to the front of the que the line hung up on their end. Rang again and put on hold again for a further 15 minutes, to be told there were no appointments left. Terrible system and ridiculously hard just to get a screening. Really makes you not want to bother getting tested, and they make it clear they would rather you go elsewhere before they know how they can help you.... even though I made an appointment with my GP and they told me to come here, never again.

Receptionists are rude uncaring and untrained...they don't listen to your query and just have an attitude from the moment they answer the phone. Never any appointments no drop in for emergencies. When you do manage to get an appointment usually three weeks after you needed it you wait for ages like it's s drop in service and not a times appointment. Very unfriendly and uncomfortable service. Don't usually get call or anything with results. Avoid unless desperate the health shop is the best

Waited over a hour on two occasions for them to answer , once answered I was told I could simply go to boots for free medication, went to boots, no such thing , called back and the lady denied anyone would say that said I must have called a different number after literally calling back on my recent number , whole place is a joke , a slice of cheese with dementia could run the place better

have been calling every single morning at 8:30 am exactly for the past couple of weeks in order to book an appointment. the line is always busy for the first 10 minutes or so, when you finally manage to get through there's a 10-15 mins wait to then be told there's nothing available and if you want a normal appointment, they can offer you a space in approx 4 months. the service seems a bit pointless, but the issue is how rude the receptionists are at all times.

Waited 45 minutes only for them to tell me they had no phone consultations available for the next following weeks. Your best bet is to call at 8:30 am and hope they can help you. Feel very disappointed, they were of no help at all.

I had a great doctor today (Harriet). She was really amazing, she made sure I felt comfortable and made me feel at ease about my procedure. The procedure was quick and painless. Which I really appreciate because I was feeling nervous before the procedure. She was really kind and caring, quite frankly it was one of the best doctor experiences I've had.

Poor services. I waited for a phone call for more than ten hours as I was told that a nurse would call me. I had to buy pills with my own money. The clinic has poor, unreliable services and I would advice anyone not to go there.

Called on the phone and got through quite quickly, I was put on the waiting list for nexplanon (to be expected, and not a problem). The person I spoke to was quite curt and offhand, and seemingly got annoyed when I asked a question about waiting times. However, it was a simple phone call and she took all of my details. Overall, I managed to get through to someone quickly and got what I needed out of the phone call, I just wish the receptionists conduct was a bit less abrasive, as I came away feeling like I’d inconvenienced someone by trying to advocate for my health.

Was told the nurses were on strike so I couldn’t have the depo and the lady at the reception decided to tell me “you shouldn’t be having sex without contraception anyway” I cannot believe the cheek and how unprofessional it was as I don’t have the depo for that reason and it was so rude to assume Other contraception costs money and to assume any patients circumstances and to judge them is so outrageous. Someone could want the depo for more than one reason and it’s not the receptionist job to judged that decision

😠 Awful woman did my vaccines in Room 7. Tried fearmongering as a tactic to sell me more vaccines than I actually need. Seemed extremely culturally ignorant. They also tried to charge me for the full course of both vaccines that I had, when I only needed the first one. Would never go back here. £130...

🫤 Very quick and easy to get an appointment. Incredibly expensive....much cheaper to go to the travel clinic at the university. Also push you to have vaccines you don't necessarily need.
