Ordered a lot from these guys, orders always processed incredibly quickly, receiving the beans within 24-48 hours of placing the order most of the time (unlike many competitors they place weight on getting fresh coffee out ASAP). And of course the coffee is great, perhaps the only slight reservation would be for them to include a few more special blends (hence the 4 stars).

Wonderful coffee from friendly, inspired people. It's a local business for me so that's a bonus. I absolute love their 60/40 blend. It has by far the most boring name of their offerings but it's a monster if you like a big, bold, rich, smooth chocolatey taste. Company and coffee both highly recommended.

Great coffee that is usually delivered within a day or 2 of ordering. Tried most varieties as a full bean and always get a great pour in a Sage Barista Express machine. Would be keen to know if there is anything I can do with the printed cardboard packaging; seems a shame to put it in the recycling if there is a way I can return it to you.

Really impressed with the quality of the coffee these guys are putting out, even compared to other speciality roasters, who often charge a lot more. Nice to see the close relationships they obviously have with the growers who supply them. Beans always arrive very quickly and have a very recent roast date (why bother buying speciality coffee if you don't know if it was roasted yesterday or three months ago?) The recyclable 250/500g bags are a bonus too.

I just moved into a new flat with an induction hob and discovered to my horror that my trusty moka doesn't work on it - a quick search for an induction plate led me to H&G and less than 24hrs after placing the order, it arrived in time for morning coffee! Cutely wrapped in an offcut of coffee sack too and no plastic in sight. Amazing service - I'll now be ordering some coffee too, what a great independent business!

I was generously gifted a coffee bean subscription a couple of years ago and when a sample from this roastery arrived I knew I had found my daily brew. I subsequently took out a subscription directly from Heart and Graft. The subscription service is very easy to use and can be adjusted just as easily to suit your needs. At every step their customer service has been exemplary. Always helpful and rapid in their responses. Their sense of responsibility to the coffee growers, the environment and the product is obvious from their website, testimonials and the quality of their beans. Finally, the coffee is delicious and consistently so. I have been drinking Honduran Miriam Perez Natural every morning for over a year and I have absolutely no regrets. In short, delicious coffee from a conscientious roastery. Highly recommended.

Normally get a big bag of Barnraiser that everybody loves and like to try a few more out there beans. Love the mystery beans as a low cost way of exploring! The folks at Heart & Graft are as wonderful as their coffee! They've been happy to provide recommendations when I've been, and I've yet to experience a miss from their roasts. Just don't make the mistake I did today where I missed the "please wait here" sign at the front - I'm so sorry for the spook!
