    It's been about three weeks since I visited this place to get my mother referred to a community dentist by her GP. I was told that Monday to expect an appointment to be made that day and I would be contacted regarding that by 5pm. I waited by my phone all afternoon and did not receive a single call. No voicemail, nothing! So I went back the following Tuesday. As before, the receptionist took details and I was again told I would be contacted. Again I waited, and again, I wasn't contacted. I've had to make an alternative arrangement with a local dentist to get my mother's dentures replaced. But that appointment isn't until late April. My mother urgently needs new dentures as she has difficulty eating which is causing her a great deal of distress. WHY can't I get her referred for a home visit by a community dentist via her GP? What's the problem here? I'm planning another visit soon to find out what the hell is going on. I understand you guys have a heavy workload but this appointment should have been made THREE WEEKS AGO. Not good enough, must do better!

    Waited on the phone for 25 minutes got to number 1 and they cut me off. Had a message off a Dr nearly two weeks ago to book an appointment. Still can't get an appointment. It's becoming a real joke . Last time I spoke to a receptionist it sounded like a young lad that couldn't be bothered we me. No help at all. Seriously this is how you run a doctors practice. People are already worried especially when Dr asks them to ring. A receptionist should be sympathetic not rude and couldn't careless. I must take some of what I said back. Went into the surgery and the two ladies behind reception were very helpful.

    Worse surgery you could ever visit, first of all they have three receptionist since a year, all of them so arrogant and rude. Everytime when I ask them receptionist to get any information or anything related appointments or prescription they don't even want to talk to the patient, one young boy and girl always flirting with each other and chatting on the phone while you standing front of their desk. Coming to book an appointment, every morning I call for appointment even 8.30 they pick the phone and say all appointment booked. I'm trying to make an appointment for my three year old daughter regarding her blood test results since a week as I have received a text message from hospital to book an urgent appointment with the doctor regarding her results. The lady on the phone always so rude and arrogant while you call in the morning ask for an appointment. She seems never had a good life ( then go away and leave the chair for someone not measurable and unexperienced like you)You guys need to shut your surgery and stop playing with people life. Management really need to look into your receptionist because they are the face of your business but they are ruining it. I have made some recordings regarding their behaviour. Soon I will take them evidence to the place where I will get some help to stop these nonsense so called surgery playing with people's life. Sorry for the one star because there is no Zero star otherwise I would have awarded with zero

    This is the worst surgery I have ever been to. I rang at 8.30 in the morning to make an appointment as you would and my call was answered at 9.10am. I get texts to say I have an appointment but not told what they’re for as the messages are the same so I have to call to confirm what the appointment is for. Again I waited 40 minutes to get through to them even late in the morning. Their line is always engaged and literally one person dealing with every call. It’s pathetic. Also Jhoots pharmacy next to the reception area is a waste. They seem to have everything out of stock. I came last week to drop off a discharge letter from the hospital and then had another appointment this week only to find there is no discharge letter on the system. So where has the discharge letter gone? Has it been misplaced? Clearly patient confidentiality isn’t important at this surgery. Finally I bring you to my final problem. I had an appointment for my son today who was prescribed ointments. It’s Tuesday today and I asked if his prescription will be ready in a day or two. I was told the person who deals with prescriptions will be able to send this off to the chemist not tomorrow (Wednesday) but the following Wednesday. So by the time I get my sons ointments it will be two weeks. What is someone supposed to do in the 2 weeks when their sons skin condition is becoming worse?! I don’t know why this surgery is even open it’s clearly over subscribed and staff can’t deal with the high volume of patients. Leaving this surgery and looking elsewhere.

    This place does not even deserve 1 star, this is the worst surgery I have even encountered. Everyone except Larry is rude on reception, doctors are aggressive, with a terrible bed side manner , they simply do not care. They are totally incompetent, the sheer lack of care is disgraceful. You can never get a face to face appointment, the telephone never gets answered, enough prescriptions are not ordered to last until your next appointment. The midwife Claire needs to find herself a new job, if anyone is pregnant and gets her as a midwife find yourself a new surgery. DO NOT JOIN HERE

    The worst GP surgery I have EVER known. My dad a vulnerable adult with dementia and various other health problems, has been unable to get an appointment at this practice now for other a month. Everyday calling up at 8:30 to wait over 40 mins get through and appointments have gone? Receptionists are unhelpful, I would understand if he was calling up due to a cold but the man has had throat cancer in the past and now has another lump and no voice, but still ‘All appointments have gone’ I will be escalating this further 🤦🏼‍♀️

    I have been waiting for my X-ray referral for three months, but I just found out that it hasn't been sent yet. It seems that some people are given priority for treatment referrals over others.

    Absolutely disgusted !! Caller number 1 in the que for over 50 minutes for someone to then answer and hang up on me. This doctor's practice is beyond a joke. For the last 4 days I have phoned as soon as the surgery opened so I can book a doctor's appointment only to be in a que for hours or being told the volume of calls is too high and my call will not be answered. The word negligence comes to mind. I wish I could give Zero stars, they do not even deserve the one star I gave them so I could write this review.

    Service is awful as always I called about a month ago to get some blood tests the lady in reception said the next available appointment would be in about 3-4 weeks time I then agreed to the appointment (phone appointment) no one even called me on the date. I didn’t receive any call at all. I believe she didn’t actually booked it for me. Every time I ring I have such a hard time trying to get through when I do service has always been poor. Please improve this.

    Terrible, rang at 8.30 am, held in a queue until 9 05 then told mo appointments left for the day Impossible to see anyone, if you are really sick go somewhere else. If I could give a minus star I would.

    Terrible, can never get an appointment. Recently moved to this practice. Been with them 4 months and still can't get an appointment. Yes I ring first thing at 8.30 every morning. Receptionist unhelpful. No option to have even a phone appointment. Was told only two doctors available for over 4000 patients. Please can some one remind me why we pay taxes to pay these doctors and staff who we cant see! Pointless.

    Was on the phone waiting to be spoken to for an 1h30, once they answered the phone they hung up. I understand that the NHS is busy, however, I was fair and waited like everyone else. Only to constantly have the practice hang up once they answer. This is a shame.

    I'm trying to book appointment for my 4 year son. He had pain in his foot. But they are unable to give me a appointment for him! Very poor management!!! Please suggest something better. 😞

    Very poor service. Disappointed to be registered here. Called three weeks in a raw just for one appointment. Terrible service from the receptionists. Never seen any GP treating like this one
