I
have
been
training
with
Scott
for
four
months
now
and
I
can
honestly
say
I
have
loved
every
single
session.
I
could
see
visible
results
fairly
quickly,
however
not
only
am
I
down
two
dress
sizes,
I
am
so
much
STRONGER
physically
and
mentally,
I
have
way
MORE
ENERGY,
and
my
CONFIDENCE
in
and
outside
of
the
gym
has
grown
massively!
Scott
has
many
great
qualities,
he's
the
most
knowledgable
PT
I
have
come
across,
he
genuinely
cares
about
his
clients
and
really
listens
to
their
needs
and
difficulties
they
are
facing.
He
appreciates
that
for
some
it's
not
as
simple
as
calories
in
Vs
calories
out,
they
could
be
facing
other
issues,
like
in
my
case,
Hormonal
Imbalance
and
Insulin
Resistance.
Another
thing
I
love
about
training
with
Scott,
is
that
he
gives
you
100%
of
his
attention
during
your
session.
He
literally
watches
your
every
move,
correcting
and
educating
you
on
form/technique,
not
only
to
make
sure
you
don't
injure
yourself,
but
to
also
get
the
most
out
of
your
training
session.
Even
when
you
think
you're
done,
Scott
can
see
that
you
have
a
bit
more
to
give.
Almost
as
if
he
knows
you
better
that
you
know
yourself,
in
terms
of
training
that
is!
