    Scott is the person you need in your life when it comes to PT sessions! He is professional, dedicated, understanding & target driven. From the 1st time I met Scott before I started my sessions with him, he made me feel heard when it came to my fitness, he made me feel comfortable esp as this was my first experience within a gym enivronment. He listened well to my goals and he put a plan in to help me achieve these goals. PT sessions with Scott is a serious workout but it is so fun and so worth it. He not only helps you get physically fit but also mentally fit to! Highly recommend Scott! Great guy! 👏🏼

    I began my PT sessions with Scott when I felt as though I had hit a brick wall with my exercise regime. Through Scott’s knowledge, experience and support he taught me how to get the best out of each and every gym session and how to improve my diet. Scott is very passionate about helping and supporting those who are serious about wanting to make that positive change. I would recommend Broadway Fitness 100%

    I had the pleasure of having Scott as my PT. I was struggling to lose weight after having my baby and needed that push and one to one sessions to motivate me and find my love at gym. Scott is so knowledgeable and adjusted his schedule to suit mine to help me meet my goal. My weight loss journey started with him and he gave me back the confidence I lost. I couldn’t recommend him enough.

    I had Scott as a PT over the summer, he was happy to edit and tailor a work plan that would fit my time scale and through our sessions greatly help me improve my confidence in the gym. Scott also taught me how to use a lot of the machines; we went through a easy and adaptable workout plan and how I could later on improve upon it. Scott was incredibly helpful and I humbly recommend to anyone else

    I have been training with Scott for four months now and I can honestly say I have loved every single session. I could see visible results fairly quickly, however not only am I down two dress sizes, I am so much STRONGER physically and mentally, I have way MORE ENERGY, and my CONFIDENCE in and outside of the gym has grown massively! Scott has many great qualities, he's the most knowledgable PT I have come across, he genuinely cares about his clients and really listens to their needs and difficulties they are facing. He appreciates that for some it's not as simple as calories in Vs calories out, they could be facing other issues, like in my case, Hormonal Imbalance and Insulin Resistance. Another thing I love about training with Scott, is that he gives you 100% of his attention during your session. He literally watches your every move, correcting and educating you on form/technique, not only to make sure you don't injure yourself, but to also get the most out of your training session. Even when you think you're done, Scott can see that you have a bit more to give. Almost as if he knows you better that you know yourself, in terms of training that is! If you're seriously looking to take control of your physical well being and hit those body/fitness goals, I highly recommend you reach out to Scott.

    After feeling stuck in a rut with weightloss I decided to start PT with Scott, finding a PT to trust wasnt easy but Scott really is the best around. He listens to you and adapts things to what suit you best. Himself and the positive community he creates offers encouragement and support whenever needed. In 12 weeks I lost just under a stone with Scott, and have learnt basic principles in and out the gym that have helped me adapt a healthy lifestyle. Not once when doing PT did I feel like I couldn't carry on living life and had to restrict myself to lose weight. 100% would recommend investing in PT with Scott if you want to feel healthier happier and more confident đź‘Ť

    Scott has got to be one of the best pts I have trained with. His knowledge and techniques will always be the foundation of my own fitness journey. I cannot emphasis enough of how greatful I am to learn from somone who has your best interest at heart and teaches you life lasting ways in the gym. It can be very intimidating when you first start as a begginer. However through Scotts training program I didn't only learn about the correct form, and different exercises but also having the right mindset. I learnt how to impliment a routine, how to eat right, what to look out for. Learning from Scott has given me the confidence i needed to be successful at the gym. If anyone who has helped disapline my mindset, it's 100% Scott. Till today I train with the will power he has taught me to believe. One thing I will always take away from the period I have trained with Scott is not only how to lift weights, but how to feel strong and talk to yourself inside of your mind, because that's where the real battle is. Thank you Scott for making a positive difference into my life. Forever greaful.

    I highly recommend Scott at Broadway Fitness, he took my confidence from knuckle dragging to moon orbiting. Diet and exercise plans bang on, although I train, after a series of health issues and injuries. Scott has got me hitting heights again. The health issues are still there but the confidence is still sky high cheers geez.

    Scott is a brilliant PT, and I would highly recommend! After being confused to why I was not seeing any results when training by myself. Training with Scott has made me a lot fitter and stronger. From the easy to follow diet plans to the effective workout techniques and routines, has now made me happier within myself and within the gym, and looking forward to continuing training with Scott's techniques.

    I first met Scott in Dec, having been struggling to lose weight for a while. I was having back pain, sleeping issues, and tiredness. I explained why I wanted to join his program and we agreed to start in Jan. Roll on the new year, Scott looked at my training schedule and what I was doing. I was introduced to core compound exercises and Scott was making sure my technique was spot on. We worked out my calorie intake to keep it in a deficit but at the same time not starving myself. Looked at my macro's and made sure they were at the right levels. Within a couple of weeks, I started to notice a difference. I would send in my weekly stats and Scott would make sure everything was on track and making adjustments to my training or eating. Each training session was great as I was learning new exercises, and i would ask as many questions as i could think of. I was also part of a WhatsApp group with people facing the same challenges as myself. This was great as we would motivate each other and help with advice and share ideas and supplement deals available. Knowing you are not alone in such a journey is such a big help. Having Scott mentoring the lot of us was a big factor. Being able to ping a message just as it pops in your head and getting really great responses was a big help. Throughout the 12 weeks Scott has pushed me and allowed me to believe in myself. Becoming more confident in the gym, training properly and most important making a longterm lifestyle change. I lost 13.5 Kg (yes over 2 Stone!) During this time. I had my doubts but when you see the results each week they quickly dissappear. Back pain has virtually gone, sleeping has improved and more energetic than I have been in years. So for anyone who reads this, give it a go!. You have a personal trainer who knows what he is on about and makes sure you see the best results possible. Thank you Scott!

    Absolute top fella, He will help you achieve your goals with ease👌🏻 If you're willing to put the work in and listen, you'll go far with scott. I had a few obstacles to overcome during my sessions, causing major frustration on my part, but he never gave up on me. Instead coming back to me each time with multiple ways of overcoming my problems. Best decision i made was asking scott to help achieve my goals.

    Three months ago on the 20th January I came across Broadway fitness and after watching his promotional video and listening to one of his clients I decided to take the jump, get of my backside and change my lifestyle. As soon as we met Scott asked about my goals and explained, not how he was going to change me, but how he was going to give me the tools to help myself and he did just that. I have suffered with an injury for many years and been with numerous PT's and always failed as sometimes they are either not sure how to cater for the injury or not really as interested as they originally make out, this was not the case here. Scott catered perfectly for my needs and taught me how to utilise other exercises to build the area up and strengthen it. Along my journey with Scott I have had the support from not only him but also the other lads taking the challenge, a WhatsApp group was set up where we could give each other the support we all need sometimes to make our goals easier, plus a little banter to boot. In three months i have dropped three stone and toned up and feel better than ever. This guy will give you the chance to change your shape, fitness and mental health. He really knows what hes doing. Nice one Scott cheers brother.
