My partner and I felt a bit lost and overwhelmed going into all the different jewellery stores searching for an engagement ring until we came here. We had such an amazing experience at JQ Diamonds. Surinder was fantastic! She made us feel so comfortable and welcome. We were given so much help throughout the process of buying our engagement ring. The customer service we received was fantastic. The ring needed to be resized and the stone needed to be set. This was done within 24 hours. The ring is absolutely beautiful, even better than I had in mind before we went. We did not feel rushed or pressured to make a purchase (which we had felt in other jewellers). We had shopped around the Jewelry Quarter and JQ Diamonds was by far the best for price and customer service. The 6 monthly free cleaning service and 3 yearly valuations is a great bonus.

Had a bespoke ring made using gemstones from other rings with a sentimental value. Katie produced a super design which was organic and flowing. She was very empathetic about what I wanted and always receptive to feedback. She was very patient about making changes and delightful to deal with. The finished piece was gorgeous. Highly recommend.

Adam was an incredible help from the very start. I came in the store for just a casual browse and ended up purchasing an engagement ring! Incredible experience from the team at JQ diamonds! From our initial consultation with Katie and when we went to pick up our rings from Matthew, we were always provided with a first class service. All I can say is wow! Chloe from JQ Diamonds is an absolute legend and knows exactly what she's doing. Emma (my now fiancée) is awesome but she's a fussy lady and Chloe worked with me on the quiet and at a very fast pace to create a bespoke, one of a kind dream ring for Emma (me too of course). Chloe made the whole process not feel like a process at all. There was no stress involved at all and she absolutely nailed the ring design based on conversations and some back and forth pictures. Emma was and still is blown away by the ring. Everyone loves it and they have said that the ring is without a shadow of a doubt Emma through and through. From the bottom of my heart Chloe, thank you sooo much for putting such a big smile on Emma's face and making her cry so many tears of joy. When I saw the ring for the first time you nearly got me too. We will see you soon for our wedding bands :-)

First came across JQ diamonds when we were searching for somewhere to redesign my engagement ring. Matt was a pleasure to deal with, he listened to my needs/concerns, made me feel at ease, and worked with me to design and build a new setting for my existing diamonds. He said he knew exactly what I was looking for, and he was right! We were sent CAD mockups, and a 3D wax version of the ring to ensure I was happy. The communication was great throughout, the team were always friendly and helpful on every encounter, and the ring itself is so unique and beautiful that I fall in love with it all over again every single day. We were so impressed with our experience that we also purchased our wedding bands from JQ diamonds, and we wouldn't have done it any other way - they have gained two loyal customers in us!

From the design process of coming up with a sketch and talking the details and intricacies of the ring to keeping me updated every step of the way.
