wow! Incredible food! Lovely team! Captivating restaurant! Food delivered with pride and clearly made by passionate Chefs. The quality of the ingredients, the seasoning and the combination of flavours are all faultless. Even the finer detail such as the Coffee beans are of great quality, making for a delightful latte. This place truly is a gem of a find that is also just outside of the clean air zone with free parking right outside and to top things off, the food is great value for money. I can honestly say that from now on, when in Birmingham, a visit to the Rising Cafe will always be on the agenda. To top things off, the values of the restaurant and history behind it is a great reason to make this your place of choice to dine.

I remember when Rising Cafe was in Coventry and the food is just as lovely now it's in Birmingham. The story behind Rising Cafe and it's staff is so powerful and inspirational, making the experience even sweeter. My only suggestion is to give customers cutlery once they've ordered rather than it being left on the table during these Covid times. Keep up the good work!

What a find, I was having my rear screen fixed on my car at auto glass up the road and had to wait so I walked the 50yrds to the Rising cafe. What a great little cafe, well it’s more than a cafe it’s a charity run business that does great work for the rehabilitation of people that have fallen on hard times and fallen out of the system. The place is immaculate in presentation and the food is outstanding, if this cafe was in the centre of Birmingham you would be lucky to get a seat in a sunny day. Sitting out side in the sun was fantastic I had a sausage and bacon sandwich and a coffee followed by 2 x cokes in the 2 hours I spent there waiting for car repair. I chatted with the workers their who will live to tell you about the good work the cafe and the charity have done for them and helped them get their lives back on track a truly wonderful place. I highly recommend this cafe for its location people and food, if visiting Birmingham drop in for breakfast and leave your car in the street and walk into Birmingham the cost of breakfast would cover your days parking fee in a city center car park and you will also be doing some good for the charity. The next time I visit Brum and it sunny I will definitely be parking up in Chester street for breakfast at the rising cafe and walking into Birmingham. 100% highly recommend this place.

They used to have an amazing Rising Cafe in Coventry but sadly it got closed some time ago, so I was very excited to visit this place in Birmingham! even though it's not in the very city centre, it was easy to find; the cafe is very spacious, stylish and cozy ❤️ They don't seem to have as many cake options as they used to back in Cov, but the food was great nonetheless! The people working there are very sweet too ⭐ I'd recommend the cafe if you want to pop in for a lovely lunch or a cute coffee date (or tea date, as they have a nice variety of loose leaf tea)

Found my new breakfast spot. Popped in whilst car was been serviced around the corner. Ordered the full English, couldn’t fault it. Friendly staff and all round nice place to eat.

We have used Rising Cafe for our catering services for large meetings since it has opened and the food has always been amazing and loved by all. We recently held a meeting at the cafe, the service matched the standard of food and we had lots of variety to choose from. We would highly recommend the Rising Cafe for any of your catering needs, or for some breakfast/lunch if you are in the area.

Attended an evening event for Black women with the Lounge. Caribbean food served was curry chicken, jerk chicken, and rice peas. I was pleasantly surprised tasted great. The drinks options need increasing, and dessert options were lovely. Staff were friendly. Lovely space.

I've visited Rising Cafe on a number of occasions (work and social) and I have never been disappointed with the food or the service. Very friendly staff and ample portions served. Tried the Teriyaki Bowl today.... Very tasty 😋

The food is very good and fresh. We have 4 people, order 2 All day Breakfast, one Chicken Sandwich and one French toast. We cannot finish it.
