Really good service people who work there are really friendly do a fantastic job they are all in masks and visers so you are safe. All tools or scisdors and brushes and combs are kept in sanitised units which they put back in once used so will not be used from one person to another. Lots of different styles to choose from and they finish is fantastic.

Absolutely awful experience. Booked an online last minute appointment for nails and toes. The results were shocking. Looked like my 4 year old nephew had painted my hands and feet by Fluer Aesthetics. Contacted her to advise they were awful and no apology or accountability of her shoddy work. One word of advice stick to nursing as beauty isn’t you boo. . How you have the cheek to call yourself a professional when you clearly need more practice and charging prices like you’re good. Absolute cheek of it! Definitely lived up to the name ‘the mix up’ The first initial intro when I walked in the place was not professional, the staff are really mixed up and basically slagged off every other salon in the town as though they are best in the town? When you’re doing each others nails and hair because there was no clients or then me in there. Weird !!

Used this salon for the first time after my sister recommended it. The salon has a lovely environment, with some really lovely girls working there. Everyone is very friendly and professional. They make you feel welcome. I had my hair done by Louisa. She has done an amazing job on my hair and I can't recommend her enough!

First visit to salon today had cut and blow dry done by Beth very pleased with result salon had a lovely friendly atmosphere 👍

Love this salon, the girls are all so lovely and welcoming and the salon has a girly vibe! Would defo recommend getting you’re lashes done by Chelsea (the lash junkie) the best lash tech!! <3

Awful nails chipped after 4 days paid £25 for finger nails was told would last 3 weeks. Although they were short, she didn't advise that they may chip!. One nail completely fell off which surely shouldn't happen within 7 days. Have to pay again to have them done as i messaged girl who did them!!!. Very disappointed. All girls are self employed so I have no one complain to other than the girl who did them, won't mention her name. Unfortunately was hoping Mix Up could be my in-between salon when my usual salon is busy. But you live and learn. One bonus, the girls are very friendly in Mix up

Best eyelashes i have ever had!! All the ladies in this salon top or bottom floor are friendly and helpful. Its clean, fresh and cosy.
