Basically i have ordered rice witj pei peri wings... they gave me something else. I went to the store to ask that this is the wrong prder... they are like they are confident they gave me right orde. I left my food there... but they said its okay... so unprofessional staff.

Updated Review: After the woeful online ordering experience, I thought I would try them in person to give the benefit of the doubt. However I was more than disappointed. They forgot my drink which I checked the bag before I left, but the worst is reserved for the actual chicken if you can call it that. The chicken was tough and literally the blandest fried chicken I have ever tasted. The coating was basically flour, with zero seasoning, and the chicken was tough and dry and oily. The burger was the same, with the bun being stale, it also fell apart very easily. I had to bin the food in total as it was inedible. If you are after some genuine fried chicken you will not go wrong ordering at Dixy down the road, which is meant to be the lower end of fried chicken however is still miles better than Chicking. Despite Chicking's flashy advertising, the food itself was far below the expected standards. Avoid this restaurant to save disappointment. Took my order on ubereats and prepping it, only to be cancelled AN HOUR LATER! What a complete waste of time. First time ordering and last time. Completely unacceptable, and the store was not even busy. Ridiculous.

Awesome fried chicken at an affordable price and very good service from the staffs. The biggest perk of the shop is having the fanta frozen and tango ice blast and those are amazing. Do check out this store for a wonderful experience.

This place seems to be very expensive considering the amount of food you get for the money. Portion sizes are small. Chicken and chips alone is a fiver, rice and chicken is approx 6.00. service very slow, took 15 minutes to being out my meal. Will not be visiting again, save my money for somewhere else! Food quality not all of that, now KFC is proper chicken

I am absolutely delighted to have found this place! Staff are very friendly and the chicken is lovely! The whole family loves this place! Thank you to the two lovely staff who attended to us on Sunday 30th July in the afternoon!

This is the one i am looking for. Freshly cooked spicy fried chicken is outstanding. Love your food. My whole family is your regular customers now.

Iam so happy and satisfied with this shop. The food and service was soo good especially the person who attended us, his name is Ebin if i remember correctly. He was so kind and helpful . I will strongly recommend this shop to all my friends and please do check out this store and explore more tastes.
