Worst clinic in Birmingham. I was entitled to free medicine for gout and at the reception they told me to buy it myself without a prescription and for my own money. I was given an appointment over the phone with a doctor. I waited half a day and received a message that they allegedly could not contact me, although everyone dialed perfectly. Customer service is disgusting.

Went there yesterday for the first time. I was a bit concerned after reading some of the reviews however I had a good experience. I was seen on time and dealt with professionally. The doctor and nurse listened to my issues and were friendly and made me feel at ease.

Recently visited here. All staff were lovely. Had an appointment with ENT doctor. He was so professional and kind. I had a small procedure, which was done with professionalism and reassurance. He gave me sound advice to make life style changes. Thank you so much.. Early appointment was really good too. I'd recommend this place,as my appointment was made very quickly.

I received a message on my phone to book a follow up appointment in the eye clinic, went online as instructed to book the appointment. Unfortunately had no appointments available that were suitable due to work commitments. I then called them and waited over 20 minutes with the obligatory awful music playing, for my call to be answered well not answered the receiver was picked up and automatically put straight back down. I am absolutely fuming. Not good enough.

Had an appointment with Dr Arun Sinha today for an ENT referral that I had waited for 16 months for. I have to say he was absolutely lovely and very professional. A very friendly Dr who made me feel at ease and comfortable. A big thank you 😁

Can't fault the opthalmic team. 2nd visit, 30 minutes to have all checks done and see Consultant. Clinic always clean and staff very welcoming and helpful. Thanks again.

Too slow doctor will see you after hour of your appointment time. Very frustrating disappointed

Really lovely place got seen on time but it was so hot on this day and couldn't get a cold drink And was unable to leave my husband to go outside to find one. Can they not have somewhere to buy cold drinks... inside the centre ?
