This is just a little feedback for the disco / meal we had at the Hawthorns last night (16/12/22). The food was great (3 course set menu) that soup was exceptional The venue was fantastic and the service from Naomi and Tiran (names maybe spelt wrong) was 2nd to none. The bar staff was fast to serve, polite and couldn't have done a better job for you. Security was thorough but professional, also friendly and polite. We were on table 16 as part of the L.G Christmas party and we had a fantastic time. The DJ played a great selection of music and the dance floor was proof that he did a great job throughout the night. Your staff should be commended for the exemplary job they did facilitating our needs and I am happy recommend your party on Google reviews You have our thanks for a job well done last night and I'm sure L.G will be back next year. I was there as an away fan for a thoroughly-enjoyable West Bromwich Albion 1 Sunderland 2. The stewards were very friendly & professional, and the organisation impeccable. After the match away fans have to walk down a path that leads in a few minutes to their coaches and then to the train/metro stations which are clearly signposted. The ground itself is fine, with decent views of the pitch. The match was pretty decent too :-)

We were there for the West Bromwich Albion vs. Chesterfield match. The stadium looks lovely, the staff was very efficient, except in the half-time when you go for a hot drink, there was a giant queue all the way. Maybe they could make it more efficient in that way.

Great venue for events and conferences Good location, close to the M6. Plenty of parking.

Staff made a child late for school locking the entrance trying to check tickets. People not doing there job properly as the people who had tickets still couldn't walk through. Ridiculous train and tram service. Incompetent staff.

Absolutely fabulous, bloody amazing and completely fantastic, pitty that we (the baggies) conceded a free kick in a dangerous area of the pitch, and conceded a goal from it in the 89th min, to draw, when we so clearly deserved the win and all 3 points.. See you at the next home game, or the one after that depends on if I get paid before or after the next home game..
