Don't waste your time or money with this dental surgery. It goes to show how corrupt this surgery is when they attempt to have legitimate reviews removed. I have been a loyal customer to Springhill for years and was part of the Denplan insurance *scam* scheme. Since the previous dentist left, this surgery has gone seriously downhill. Rude receptionists, constant cancellation of appointments (one of which was because the dentist decided to go on holiday even though these appointments are booked around 6 months in advance), and a genuine lack of customer care for patients. The new dentist stated that I required a root canal for my tooth on my last visit. The dentist then stated that this required a complex root canal treatment. Conveniently, this is not covered by Denplan. How does a tooth suddenly need a root canal treatment? Why wasn't this picked up earlier? Unfortunately the surgery decided to wash their hands of me and basically said it was my problem which was going to cost me £1000. So the question I have to ask is what have I actually been paying Springhill dental practice? Because right now it seems like you have happily took my money whilst constantly cancelling my appointments, ignoring my emails and providing a service only Karen's diner would be proud of. Seriously, avoid this place if you want to be looked after as a customer.

Dentists don’t get any better than this…I have had four very rapid treatments for a range of tooth issues and I have been hugely impressed with the thoroughness, patience, great advice and excellent care I have been given….My fear of dentists is definitely on the wane…The receptionists are welcoming, the hygienists splendid and Anit and India are a brilliant team whilst you’re in the chair…Rounds of applause and huge thank yous from me…👏🏼⭐️👏🏼⭐️👏🏼

Firstly, I would like to say I don’t like dentists! NO OFFENCE Springhill staff but I would most definitely recommend Springhill Dental Practice. After going to a few other local practices, I can say from first hand experience you will not be disappointed. Maria was very polite, welcoming and helpful, she was also knowledgeable about the dental plans that are in place. Trust me it saves a lot of money. India and Dr Hamzah were both amazingly professional, friendly and very informative.

We went for our six monthly dental check up today at Springhill Dental Practice. Dr Anit was very thorough and made us both feel at ease.

Utterly incompetent. I left the surgery due to the sheer incompetence of staff and dentists. Also not to mention the ultimate scam known as denplan. Today I received a phone call asking why I hadn't booked back in for a check up even though I left the surgery last year! Perhaps if you checked your records you will see when and why I left. If you like to be treated properly and value good customer service, then please avoid this dental surgery. You may also see that there are very few poor reviews, this is because they have them removed. I know this as they tried to remove a previous review of mine. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Since my previous dentist left Springhill and the new team came in I have always had a good experience at the practise. The staff are friendly and my dentist and the hygienists are very helpful and informative. I recently recommended Springhill dental practice to a friend of mine and I believe she is now a patient of yours.
