    Abbie is a fantastic yoga instructor, she has fantastic knowledge, and brings the perfect energy to class each time. I always feel 10 times more energised during class, and perfectly relaxed after class. Abbie is not only a great teacher but also a truly lovely person. Would highly recommend her classes!! ☺️

    I have been lucky enough to have had Abbie guide me through my weekly Yoga practice for over a year. I can not recommend Abbie enough! Her classes are easy to follow , hands on adjustment so you will never injure yourself and always have the best alignment. The classes have plenty of options for beginners and intermediates and most importantly they are Fun! No two two classes are the same and there is always something new! Abbie teaches in a friendly all inclusive way. I love her classes and I leave feel relaxed , strong and balanced mentally and physically. If you are looking for a yoga instructor then You will not regret participating in one of Abbie's classes, she's just brilliant!

    I have been attending Abbie's classes for almost 7 years and wouldn't go anywhere else for yoga. Her engaging classes are never the same week to week. Abbie's love and knowledge of yoga translate into a very welcoming and warm environment, and there are classes that both physically challenge, and provide relaxation depending on what you need. Cannot thank Abbie enough for the positive impact she, and her classes have had. Everyone should give it a whirl!

    Having practised yoga with Abbie for over four years now, I highly recommend her classes! She's an amazing yoga teacher with a wonderful attitude, catering for all abilities and bringing new ideas to her classes each week. Her classes help me both physically and mentally, giving me that boost, refocus, and all important 'me time', which has helped me through some challenging personal times. Her in-person classes are simply brilliant and I LOVE her park yoga sessions (bring on the sunshine!), but also the way she's adapted over the last year, creating an online community with loads of pre-recorded yoga classes and meditations, as well as live classes, show her passion and dedication for sharing her talent and the wonders of yoga with the world. Thank you Abbie! 💛

    Abbie is the best yoga teacher around! I love that every class is different and varied, Abbie will push you when she knows you can go further, and brings a great sense of humour. No matter what your ability, classes are tailored to suit everyone and flow seamlessly. I can highly recommend!

    I started going to Abbie's class recently and I'm really enjoying them! She takes the time to show the moves off and each lesson we've had different moves to try. I really enjoy how she starts and ends the class with a 5 minute breathing and calming exercise- great to get into the zone at the start, but it also prepares you for going back outside to the world. Not that you want to because Old Stables Wellness is a beautifully serene place.

    I’ve been going to Abbie’s classes since May 2022 as I wanted to get back into a routine after Covid. I’ve been doing her Yoga classes and Bohdi Ropes. My body has completely changed and I now feel a lot stronger. My posture is a 100% better and this is all down to Abbie’s help. She’s a great teacher and is very patient. I love that if I’m not quite doing a move right then she will show me how I should be doing it. This has helped me to improve my technique and feel more confident in the class. I’d recommend Abbie’s classes to anyone!
