This is a local soft play venue. I think the experience is much better if you don't have to drive around, struggling to find a parking space, as there's no car park available for customers only, and the couple of spaces right in front of the entrance are taken. The venue itself is nice, attractive and clean. It's not very big, but has everything a soft play should have, and more. There is a small sensory room as well, darkened, which contains some "playing with the light" features. There's an area for small children, where they can play with appropriate toys. Toddlers under 1 might get bored quickly, though. A tiny café on the spot offers a coffee from a coffee machine, but nothing artisan or professional. Light snacks available as well as bigger meals like all day breakfast or a selection of sandwiches and paninis. Toilets clean and in good condition, although during my visit the hand dryer unfortunately wasn't working. The mobile connection in this place is very poor and there's no Internet access. General impression - good. My 6 yo said "I loved it, Mummy", and I guess that's what's the most important.

Great range of facilities for various age groups, including a baby sensory room, vibrant decor, feels a bit dark in basement. Parking around is very limited though. Some staff lovely, others a bit disinterested such that children left crisps around in the actual soft play, to be fair the parent wasn't monitoring either (plus letting her 1 year old munch though a big packet of Doritos, healthy!🤦‍♂️).

Wonderful as always! Second time hosting a party here. Lovely food. Clean and beautiful decorations. Varsha is lovely to deal with and makes the whole event stress free.

I recently visited this delightful soft play place for a birthday of my kid and was thoroughly impressed. The staff was incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. The cleanliness of the facility was impeccable, creating a safe and hygienic environment for kids to enjoy. The wide range of fun play equipment kept the children entertained and smiling throughout. It's a fantastic destination for a memorable family outing!

Where do I start... 1. It was a breeze booking a slot in their website even the night before. 2. When we arrived, the space was small and cramped with lots of people(adults and children). Although it was a Sunday, the number of customers would have been limited considering the very limited spaces of the play and common areas. Prams were parked inside making the place even less spacious. There should be a separate area for prams outside so as to maximize the space. There was a birthday party for a kid as well. At first, we were not comfortable due to the volume people and there was no proper ventilation plus we didn't have a table and chairs to put our stuff. But after some time, other earlier groups left which provided as a table and more space to breathe in. 3. Me, my wife and our son enjoyed playing in the under 3s area. There were not a lot of kids/adults in that area so we were able to have the space for us most of the time. At one point, there were 2 older kids who went barging in and played for a while without someone stopping them not even their parents or a staff. That's why playing areas of older and younger kids are separate as older kids can have the tendency to knock smaller kids and cause accidents. 4. The toilet was clean, although there were no paper towels. It could have been much easier for some kids to dry their hands using paper towels. Not all kids are comfortable using the noisy drying machines. 5. I'm sure every parent who goes to soft play areas know that SOCKS MUST BE WORN especially in the soft play areas. There was one bloke who was walking BAREFOOT in the playing area and in the common areas. He even sat comfortably on one of the couches and put his feet up. Absolutely disgusting!! Even worse, NO ONE EVEN BOTHERED talking to the man who brought all his fungi or whatever foot infection to the play centre!! The couch where he was sitting and showing off his feet was just a metre and a half away from the area were more than 3 staff were chatting. 5. Lastly, we have to leave as our slot came to an end but when we went out, 2 men or dads were smoking very near the entrance/exit doors. I mean, is this even allowed? Knowing there are a ton of kids inside who can easily inhale their killer smoke when they pass? That shouldn't be allowed, management should be more strict on this. Anyway, all of these are just our honest opinions and I was only trying to highlight some points for improvement so at the end of the day, everybody is safe whilst having fun. Will we come back again? MAYBE or Maybe Not.
