Excellent service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ So we popped in for a chat with Dennis, as we had an endless list of questions that needing answering before we’d even consider making such a leap financially. Great guy, really informative, took us through everything, even things we hadn’t considered beforehand. No hard sell, just friendly, informative and honest advice on hot tubs in general. So decision made later that day and the hot tub dream begins! Del turned up a couple of days later for a site visit, again really informative and he was happy to delay installation whilst we got the allotted area of the garden ready. Oh, by the way Del is a really nice guy, easy to get on with, knows his stuff, keeps in regular contact and also sorted us an electrician when we were struggling to get one. Day of installation, Del and colleague arrived as per his communications that morning. After set up Del went through a detailed how to - on use, maintenance, chemicals, cleaning etc. Thanks to Del, Dennis and the team the dream has become a reality. We would highly recommend Clear Natural Spas - such a friendly, knowledgable, informative and more importantly to us local team. Thanks Guys x

Received a fantastic service from Del, Dennis and the team....they definitely deserve 5 stars! I purchased the Cove C500 and absolutely love it. I didn't even need to go into the showroom. Del sent me video clips of suitable tubs, choice made, site visits by Dennis and Del (to confirm crane not required) and installed with no problems or hitches. Amazing service. Del, Dennis and the team were absolutely fantastic. They couldn’t have done more for us. From the moment I spoke to Del on the phone, meet Dennis in the showroom to the instillation the service was second to none. They bent over backwards to deliver and install our tub with a couple of days!!! The access was far from easy but it never phased them and in fact they left our fence in a better condition then when they arrived! We are very great full and extremely pleased with our hot tub, Thanks guys

An outstanding service. From the first time we contacted Del he provided professional and friendly advice and support. He helped us choose the perfect tub for us when we had no clue what we really wanted. Nothing was too much trouble, from arranging Steve to sort the electrics to guiding us through every step of the process. The tub was swiftly installed by a great team and we are delighted with the result. Highly recommended!

Outstanding! The whole experience from start to finish. We dealt with Dennis throughout, who was very knowledgeable and honest which helped us immensely when choosing our hot tub. He then came and did a free site visit to make sure the tub we chose would fit. We chose and ordered the tub Friday, they had it delivered by Monday, and it was fitted yesterday (Tuesday)!! Dennis and Rich installed the hot tub and gave us a very in depth talk on how to maintain it with the chemicals. We would definitely recommend the guys at Clear Natural Spas. My husband and I wanted to acquire a hot tub and Clear Natural Spas came highly recommneded by a friend. So we went to visit their show room in Tewkesbury. On arrival we were welcomed by Justine, who was approachable & very helpful in going through the various hot tubs available, after looking at the various models, we decided we wanted the Wellis Malagar, to our surprise they had one in stock, which was great as we would be able to get it installed within a few weeks. My husband liased with Del to make sure we had the correct ground work to be able to install the hot tub, along with the correct power supply, which they would have sorted out for us if required, but the place for the hot tub, was already suitable and we had a friend who would do the power supply. A date was fixed for installation within just a few weeks. Del and Dennis arrived on time to cary out the installation, they were both very professional and approachable people, they carried out the work meticulously and to a high standard to ensure everything was working correcltly. Every stage of this installation was executed with precision, taking great personal care to make sure everything was working as it should be. My husband was with them throughout this process and it appeared to me that every effort was taken to answer any questions my husband had, in essence they were both great people. Dennis spent time at the end of this process going through the various chemicals that would be needed to look after the operational side of the hot tub and how to prolong its life and keep it working to its full potential. My husband and I have used the hot tub on numerous occassions and speaking for myself, it has done wonders for my aches and pains. We are both very happy with this model we have chosen. We would both highly recommend using Clear Natural Spas to any one, who is looking to acquire one. I would like to take this opportunity to thank them for making this acquisition an enjoyable experience and more importantly hassle free.

Brilliant. Initially made an appointment to view a few tubs at the showroom. Del gave us a full review of the Nordic Spa Cove Encore and answered any questions we had. At the time it was out of stock but he managed to obtain one a few weeks later. Delivery and installation went without a hitch. Provided with a full breakdown on how to operate and manage the cleanliness and chemicals used within the tub. Very pleased with our purchase. I am sure that all the family will make great use of it.
