Popped in for a coffee this morning what a lovely little coffee shop. Spotlessly clean fantastic staff and the coffee...... if you like your coffee you need to try the coffee at this place. They also do food cakes toasties etc. If you're on the Waterfront give this place a try you won't be disappointed.

A great little find, sat out in the open, it's like being on holiday, a nice relaxed atmosphere.

Fantastic tasting coffee (best in at least a 20-mile radius), good food, kind staff and a fantastic atmosphere! Would recommend to anyone that likes a good Italian grade creamy coffee!

Amazing coffee shop the staff are so lovely. Really really feel at home so comfortable could stay there all day. Me and my friend Margaret only discovered it a few weeks ago its now going to be our favourite Wednesday coffee shop. This is my first time writing a review but from my fantastic experience I felt that I must! The customer service is the best I have experienced anywhere ever. The owner was knowledgeable, friendly, passionate and had a great sense of humour. He was also very attentive when taking orders, great at giving recommendations and even gave us a couple of free samples of his unique twist on a cortado. The coffee was good too.

Beautiful coffee, yummy mozzarella sandwich, very friendly warm welcome by staff, will definitely be back !

Sad to see there’s anything below a 5* review on this lovely coffee shop! Absolutely wonderful place, beautiful atmosphere, so relaxed and beautifully designed! The hot drinks are gorgeous with so much pride, as is the food which is well presented and has a lovely range of lunch time/breakfast foods. The staff are so welcoming and pleasant and clearly love working there too. Definitely beats Starbucks and costa and has quickly become my favourite coffee shop!

All staff here are a breath of fresh air, very attentive, polite, helpful and eager to make sure your visit is enjoyed. The cafe atmosphere is wonderful, clean and chilled out. The food is high quality and fresh. The coffee is perfect. A rare find where everything is right. Thank you! Will be back soon. I had a Frappe and the Potato hash and Avocado toast. All delicious.

We visited 10 Steps Coffee shop, this week and the service was outstanding, really friendly and welcoming atmosphere. We had an Iced Mocha and Iced Latte, which was really tasty and refreshing. It's a really nice place with comfortable seating, and we're really looking forward to visiting again and tasting their protein coffee and my favourite breakfast, avocado and toast.

Love this place! My favourite coffee spot. Staff are so kind and hospitable. A wasp even flew into my coffee and they made me a new one for free - such amazing customer service. Always coming back here, coffee and food is to die for!!!

Highly recommended - First class coffee with first class service. Located on the waterfront with a tasty menu too. The FS46 shake and the Americano are my regular orders but my favourite is the Flat White!

Great coffee and food, atmosphere and owners are friendly, overall wonderful little find. Had a couple of Frappuccino’s due to being a hot day and the cheese melties were sublime. Will definitely be back. Easy to park nearby as well thanks to being on the Waterfront.

One of the owners was extremely friendly and attentive as we caught him during a quiet period. What a lovely place & company. Our new favourite spot. Plenty of alternative milk & food options too!
