We
ordered
tea
and
a
toasted
sandwich
for
two
of
us.
We
waited
and
waited.
A
woman
with
a
young
person,
possibly
her
son,
sat
on
a
nearby
table.
There
was
a
written
note
for
customers
saying
their
meal
was
freshly
prepared
and
they
weren’t
a
fast
food
outfit.
All
that’s
fine,
no
problem.
However,
there
was
one
member
of
staff
who
was
involved
in
ceramic
painting,
another
serving
customers
and
one
other
it
seems
who
was
actually
preparing
food,
it
clearly
wasn’t
adequate.
The
woman
nearby
was
served
her
meal,
and
the
lad
with
her
was
still
waiting
for
his.
The
woman
made
some
gestures
of
exasperation
to
us
as
we
shared
our
frustration.
We
asked
the
person
at
the
counter
if
our
meal
was
nearly
ready.
He
said
they
had
had
several
orders.
A
while
later
we
asked
again
and
said
our
parking
was
running
out.
We
eventually
walked
out
of
the
building
in
frustration.
I’m
not
commenting
on
the
food
as
we
didn’t
have
any,
the
service
clearly
needs
much
tightening
up
on.
Altogether
we
waited
38
minutes
from
time
of
ordering
to
when
we
left
