A strange experience, it's a Starbucks that doesn't do the Starbucks App. Americano coffee is on-draught.?...And the draft from the front door that jams open is like polar wind. The toastie and cake was nice. Staff & Service? Well they weren't actually rude but it was apparent that there was somewhere else that they'd much rather be.. probably won't be rushing back

Amazing place to have your cup of coffee. There are some chairs and tables to set outside under the roof. However, the car park allowed you to park for one and half hours.

Been a several times. Even though staff very pleasant, I feel a few things need in inproveing . I went in school holidays to find a large group of kids eating chips from the local chippy and hadn't even brought single thing from Starbucks also throwing ball at each other. When Then coffee buyers had no where to sit. I went today and a guy drinking a cheap strong large from a can on the seats outside. Property the roughest Starbucks ever.

I ordered my favourite Toffe Nut Latte and it was nice. The service was not too bad at all. The store is clean and with plenty of seating as it was not that busy. Toilet was not too bad. Nice and compact branch.

Fabien and Jack were absolutely outstanding. Not only was the service impeccable but the atmosphere was great ,the shop was spotless well stocked and a lovely place to visit after a horrendous drive from Nottingham. A hot flat white and a perfect caramel latte for my friend was much needed it was so nice I had another. Great job boys keep it up .!!!!!!!!

Probably the most pleasure I get is enjoying a visit to my favourite Starbucks. This isn’t just a team it’s a family and they work very well at it. I love them all and the customer service is on point. Absolutely couldn’t give no more there quick efficient and so friendly

Everyone seems to like Starbucks but I had a frappé which literally just tasted like milk. Maybe it depends on who makes your drink because mine wasn’t very nice or worth the money. It was quite busy when I visited and there was only 2 members of staff on the floor which I don’t think is acceptable.

Tables, floor and toilet very dirty. Doesn't look cleaned at all.

It was grotty and dirty in the cafe..coffee average very disappointed...why wasn't it being cleaned ...the floor & tables terrible hate the uncomfortable seating and dowdy decor

Typical generic Starbucks, staff are polite but when I typically go mid afternoon the tables and chairs are a bit disheveled and vacated tables are not always cleared promptly though there is usually some choice left where to sit.

Coffee and service as expected, good quality coffee and reasonably quick service. Only downside was tables and cafe was slightly grubby, sticky tables and used cups left on tables for the duration of our visit. Cafe was also quite dark, little natural light and dim ceiling lights inside.

My youngest daughter wanted to try the pumpkin drink, she loved it. Very nice staff Clean and tidy inside

Great service and tasty coffee drinks with a smile. This is a nice Starbucks and I have no complaints.

Dreadful coffee shop. No proper cups were available because the "dishwasher broke down" so they charged 30p extra for paper cups. Miserable staff. Unimpressive coffee.

Near perfect apart from the parking. Was charged £70 for being a few minutes over the 90min free parking. It states you can ask the stores to have you details to extend the time but when I asked the stores, they said no they can't do anything.

More expensive than my usual place. For my usual place I pay £4.40 and this was £4.85. no drive thru and staff not overly friendly. Me personally won't visits here again

Firstly, I asked for a medium americano black. It was made with milk but it wasn’t a problem as mistakes happen. The woman with blonde hair and glasses brought a new cup and slammed it on the table without a single word and walked away.

Literally the worst coffee, indeed any liquid consumed in 51 yrs on the earth, I have ever experienced. To the point that I can only assume the, I refuse to call the young lady a barista, server produced the flavourless bubbling concoction as a bet to see how bad she could get the small cappuccino. Awful, truly awful. Time cannot be the reason as there was no queue, a result I imagine of the places reputation being widely known. Never again.

Giving all Starbucks a 1 star because they have put their prices up waaaay too much. I do prefer Starbucks over Costa but thier prices have gone ridiculous....

The staff are lovely! My neighbour and I go in most days for our frapps and even though it’s not our local we use this Starbucks for how helpful the staff are. First class customer service! The place is immaculate and they make the entire experience enjoyable. I usually find it inconvenient. Can’t sing their praises high enough. Great job guys! From expresso frapp extra I’ve lady 🤣

Visited with my sister for a coffee and a chat. One of my favourites amongst the coffee chains - enjoyed the caramel waffle Latte and a bite to eat. The price of a visit does add up if you have more than a coffee but its a nice treat. Really enjoyed the lime cooler. Toilet was clean. I cleared the table before we used it - but there were plenty of available clean tables- I just wanted to sit away from people so was being picky. Would use again

OK but very busy and only one staff member doing the drinks (was Sunday thou) got my drink wrong but will let them off because was nice 👍🏻 😀
