Poor customer service calls about info for a clutch and the guy was useless, first said I would have to take my clutch in as there was a choice of 2, I replied by asking how I was supposed to take this in if my vehicle was out of use and secondly, it was his job to investigate and let me know. He said he would ring back but never did completely incompetent. I then rang a different euros and they managed to tell me straight away. He clearly wasn't up to the job, safe to say I'll be avoiding the Chesterfield depot in the future👌

Went in today stood for 25 minutes a long queue one young lad on his own under pressure trying his best and behind him in the office 4 bloke messing about laughing and joking kept looking but no one helped what a joke . Another customer said it happens all the time

Scammers. i used a legitimate discount code MID60 that was accepted on the website.yet when I cam to order for delivery OR collection, I was only allowed to collect ONE item of ONE litre of Castrol oil. The discount code is A SCAM. My XKR needs 7.5 litres of this oil, allowing one cusotmer to collect in person (POST IS NOT AVAILABLE) ONE LITRE AT A TIME is TOTAL SCAM. I will never shop with these charletons again, and my advice is you too, be aware of scam/sham offers by Euro Car Parts.

I needed coolant, fast. Checked the local supermarket, which was out of stock. Remembered Euro Car Parts is just around the corner from there and checked their website. Their online stuck check tool told me they had two bottles in stock locally, so I placed a click and collect order. It said collect in half an hour, however if I waited that long I would have been late for work so I limped the car around right away in the hope I would be able to collect earlier. They were open and has my coolant ready for me to collect! In about 3 minutes! Obviously, this was a very small order and it was early in the morning, but still very impressed! I won't even bother with the supermarket next time, I'll just order from Euro Car Parts and pick up there instead!

Very poor service Quick to take money but wasn’t helpful and didn’t hand over the goods when I proved I had paid for the item I eventually got confirmation number that they said I needed when they usually only need name! Will avoid in future

Went to the store ordered a cable, I was told it it would be ready same day at 3pm, it wasnt, come back tomorrow Wednesday. Still not there come back Friday - still not there come back Saturday - still not there come back Monday. Maybe there Monday bit of a joke and the nice bloke on the counter clearly embarrassed. Very poor I would avoid.
